ABSTRACT – The increased information about the benefits that exercise provides has influenced many individuals to change their habits, starting an active and healthy lifestyle. The present work aimed to investigate the factors that motivate men and women between 18 and 30 years to practice physical exercises in weight gyms, and the factors that influence the withdrawal. The research methodology used was based on a cross-sectional field study, with descriptive characteristics, in which the data were presented in a quantitative and qualitative way, using as support, scientific works that came to contribute to the theme. The results obtained in the present research show us that for both the male public (58%) and the female public (72%), the identified extrinsic motivation of regulation is the most sought for the practice of physical exercise, due to their characteristics. individual benefits (physical, emotional and behavioral). From the results of this study, we can conclude that the main factor in the search of young people in general, for bodybuilding exercises is based on extrinsic motivation, due to the individual interests that exercise provides. The factor related to the dropout of the studied population was the search for bodybuilding to avoid feelings of failure and to seek physical exercise for influence or to please the people around them. Thus, individuals do not have a daily motivation, resulting in the abandonment of the practice. Demotivation was not observed in the present study.

Objetivou-se verificar o uso e a eficacia das metodologias ativas da aprendizagem utilizadas pelos docentes do curso de Educacao Fisica de uma instituicao de ensino superior do sertao da Paraiba. Procedeu-se a uma pesquisa de campo, do tipo exploratoria e abordagem quantitativa. Foi realizada com 14 professores do curso de Educacao Fisica. Foi utilizado um questionario elaborado pela pesquisadora, os dados obtidos foram analisados no programa Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Verificou-se que os docentes usam as metodologias ativas, os principais metodos utilizados foram seminarios (92,9%), estudo dirigido e os debates (85,7%), filmes (64,3%) e a sala de aula invertida (50,0%). Com relacao ao metodo mais eficaz houve um equilibrio nas respostas, mas a sala de aula invertida (28,6%) e as mesas redondas, debates e TBL (21,4%) teve destaque, ainda, 100% dos docentes consideram que as metodologias ativas teem eficacia para o processo de ensino aprendizagem. Conclui-se que os professores do curso de educacao fisica estao fazendo uso de alguns metodos das metodologias ativas da aprendizagem e afirmam ser um eficaz para o ensino-aprendizagem.

En el presente articulo se abordaran tematicas sobre la intervencion terapeutica y educativa desde la mirada de la educacion fisica para abordar esta discapacidad. En primer lugar, se dara la definicion de autismo, para luego proseguir con la normativa vigente que les permiten a dichos sujetos incluir su trayectoria educativa en una escuela comun, eliminando las barreras que obstaculicen en el aprendizaje, para luego continuar, se daran formas de intervencion pedagogica en el ambito educativo. Mencionaremos los signos de alerta a tener en cuenta tanto en el ambito formal y no formal (clubes, gimnasios, centros deportivos).Se hara enfasis en los beneficios que un profesor de Educacion fisica puede ofrecer dentro del equipo terapeutico. A nivel mundial se solicita que en los centros que asisten las personas con autismo para su tratamiento, dentro de su cartilla de profesionales deben contar con: medico, neurologo, psicologo, psicopedagogo, terapista ocupacional, psicomotricista, fonoaudiologo, acompanante pedagogico, acompanante terapeutico. Por ultimo, se hara referencia sobre la concienciacion sobre el autismo y de que manera se puede visibilizar interviniendo desde nuestra area.

O futebol e um jogo que tem regras preestabelecidas pela FIFA, onde duas equipes disputam a posse de bola com o objetivo de marcar gols. O estudo tem como objetivo investigar se o gol marcado ate os 15 minutos iniciais de partida tem influencia significativa no resultado da partida e se a ocorrencia deste gol pode ser fator determinante nos resultados positivos. A metodologia e longitudinal, de pesquisa de campo, sendo analisadas 1139 partidas do Campeonato brasileiro de futebol serie A, nos respectivos anos: 2016, 2017 e 2018. Realizou-se um levantamento de dados, dividindo o tempo total da partida em 6 partes e considerando os jogos em que o placar foi inaugurado ate os 15 minutos iniciais da mesma. Nas competicoes e temporadas analisadas e possivel afirmar que a ocorrencia de gols nos periodos iniciais foi determinante para o resultado do jogo, sendo de grande influencia e decisivo na busca de resultados positivos.

RESUMO: Os habitos de vida da infância atual tem levando a uma diminuicao natural da aquisicao de habilidades motoras e ocasionado problemas de saude como obesidade e comportamento de isolamento social, pois acredita-se que o brincar e jogar promovem a aprendizagem de habilidades motoras fundamentais. Com a pandemia, o isolamento social acarretou o agravamento dessas dificuldades. A problematica da pesquisa transcorreu em torno da questao de qual a influencia das aulas de educacao fisica, e por consequencia da atuacao do professor, nos habitos e escolhas das criancas no tempo livre? Assim, o objetivo do presente estudo e realizar uma comparacao entre as escolhas de atividades no tempo livre, em dois momentos distintos, um durante as aulas de educacao fisica presenciais e outro no momento de pandemia, em uma tentativa de identificar a influencia das aulas nas opcoes de lazer. Como metodologia utilizou-se a pesquisa descritiva, realizando uma comparacao nas respostas de questionario aplicado em dois momentos distintos, antes e pandemico, a alunos no Centro Educacional Campinho, no Rio de Janeiro , durante estagio supervisionado. A analise dos resultados foi feita usando graficos tipo pizza. As consideracoes finais a que este artigo chega e que houve uma mudanca significativa nas escolhas de atividades, durante as aulas presenciais de carater mais dinâmico, com pratica de jogos e esportes e, na pandemia, mais passivo, com escolha de jogos no celular, computador e assistencia de filmes.

According to IBGE, the age group of the population had a significant increase from 2012, where life expectancy in 1940 was 45.5, and in 2018 is 76.2 years in men and 79.8 years in women. The way that the elderly are seen and treated by society ends up giving a non-real image, because old age began to be treated as a stage of life characterized by physical decay and absence of social roles from the second half of the nineteenth century. This research intends to contribute to the analysis of how the current society sees and treats the old age, and trying to answer questions of if the prejudice exists, and what it represents to be "old" in the conception of these elderly. The methodology to be used is qualitative and quantitative. Based on the literature review, historical data, and the application of a small WHOQOL-bref questionnaire adapted for the elderly, to be answered by older people from 60 years old. Selected and qualitatively articulated bibliographies. This information will be analyzed to dialogue with the official documentation in the investigation, privileged to explain the social historical process of the elderly. The results show that seniors have autonomy, and have active social participation, and that age does not prevent them from accomplishing what they want efficiently.

This paper presents a teaching proposal that emerges from students' alternative conceptions on a theme for a teaching sequence based on Lakatos epistemology, that enables the discussion of science through historical aspects, aiming to contribute to the construction of the knowledge in science teaching. The proposal was conceived from the analysis of the results of a research done on the initial conceptions of students about the pesticide theme carried out with a total of thirty students of the 3rd grade of the public school system in the southern region of Parana, Brazil. The results revealed the possibility of the teacher acting as a mediator of the teaching process in which the students' conceptions were organized in a model in which the scientific theories are generated, produced by the protagonism of the students in choosing a concept that best characterizes the studied theme.

Buscou-se dentro da psicologia desportiva um instrumento que permitiu realizar a pesquisa sobre o Perfil Comportamental dos atletas da Ginastica de Trampolim durante o periodo de preparacao (treinamento) e competicao. Para melhor entendimento, descrevemos um pouco da historia da ginastica de trampolim desde a sua criacao ate os dias atuais. Embora nos dias atuais a ginastica de trampolim ser reconhecida como uma modalidade olimpica, ela ainda aparece como um esporte marginal no Brasil e em um estagio incipiente de desenvolvimento, e isso acaba muitas vezes interferindo tambem no perfil comportamental de muitos atletas.Nesse contexto, a presente pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar o perfil psicologico dos atletas de alto rendimento da modalidade de GTR. Foram enviados questionarios para atletas de 30 paises, e somente 23 responderam e entregaram a tempo, tais como: Argentina, Australia, Alemanha, Africa do Sul, Brasil, Belgica, Colombia, Franca, Mexico, Nova Zelândia, Polonia, Portugal, Russia. Foi investigado aspectos como nervosismo, ansiedade, preocupacao sob pressao e resultados competitivos em âmbito nacional e internacional.Atletas de todas as modalidades estao constantemente sendo submetidos a um alto grau de pressao. Isso geralmente ocorre antes das competicoes e tambem treinamentos que as antecedem, gerando desgaste fisico e emocional. Alem de muito preparo do corpo, e necessario tambem preparar a mente.

Foram enviados questionarios para atletas de 30 paises, e somente 23 responderam e entregaram a tempo, tais como: Argentina, Australia, Alemanha, Africa do Sul, Brasil, Belgica, Colombia, Franca, Mexico, Nova Zelândia, Polonia, Portugal, Russia. Foi investigado aspectos como nervosismo, ansiedade, preocupacao sob pressao e resultados competitivos em âmbito nacional e internacional.Atletas de todas as modalidades estao constantemente sendo submetidos a um alto grau de pressao. Isso geralmente ocorre antes das competicoes e tambem treinamentos que as antecedem, gerando desgaste fisico e emocional. Population aging is a worldwide reality, which is occurring rapidly, especially in Brazil. Functional capacity is one of the most important indicators of the health status of the elderly population and can be conceptualized as the ability to maintain the physical and mental functions necessary for the individual to maintain their autonomy and independence. The present study aimed to evaluate the functional capacity in institutionalized elderly. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional and quantitative study conducted with elderly residents of the Porto Seguro and Yeda Lucena LSIEs, located in district IV of Recife - PE, Brazil, in December 2017. For the collection of data related to functional capacity were used the following instruments: Katz Index for ABVDs; Lawton and Brody Scale for IADLs. Of the 35 elderly included in this study, 65.7% (n = 23) were male, the highest prevalence in the 60–70 age group (58.8%; n = 20). Most of the elderly (76.9%; n = 20) had no partner (divorced, widowed, separated or single), had 1 to 4 children (48.1%; n = 13) and were literate (64.0 %; n = 16). The present study characterizes mostly a long-lived population. Regarding functional capacity, most elderly people have independence for all basic activities, are partially dependent on instrumental activities and advanced activities, most activities are no longer performed by the elderly.

This paper about the 2018 Russian Football World Cup aims to analyze the technical aspects of matches that contribute to promote situations without objectivity and reduce the time of the ball in play and propose suggestions for, based on the data obtained in the World Cup 2018, reduce the deficiencies of these aspects in Brazilian soccer. The situations that contribute to the decrease of the playing time were considered: the kicks without direction, the concession of the lateral throw, the crossings and the fouls. Made use of the comparative method to analyze world soccer considering the results obtained in the Russian Cup. The matches were watched and match data collected from June and July 2018 with representations of the ranked teams of the five continents. Then the data analysis was performed; the comparison of players' actions during matches; and changes were proposed in order to improve the performance (results) of the Espirito Santo and Brazilian teams. Through the results of the research we suggest measures that provide changes in the state of Espirito Santo and Brazilian soccer towards a better future.
