Low lumbar pain, localized or associated with a root syndrome constitutes over 50% of the cases presented in the services of physical medicine and recovery. Lumbar pain determines for temporary individuals in the current society a temporary incapacity for work. Its incidence increases with age, the physical-kinetic treatment being the most judicious treatment of lower back pain. The subjects of the research were in the number of 50 diagnosed with lower back pain, which we divided into two groups, one control and one experimental. Over the course of six months, recovery programs were applied for the patients, whom we recruited and were diagnosed with low back pain. The clinical management of persons diagnosed with low back pain is a complex one which involves the development of protocols that contain besides physical exercise and physiotherapy procedures such as laser therapy, ultrasonotherapy, the application of high and low

The problem of the staff’s training in the higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova, including those in the educational science fields, was and it is, in the constant focus of the specialists. Lately, there are more discussions about hypo dynamics phenomenon, which is the deficit movement, and also characteristic for the higher education institutions with the pedagogical profile. Numerous researches showed that students in these institutions have a lower motor regime, which inevitably decreases the work capacity, worsening health, and have other negative effects. In this regard, we choose to analyze the motor regime of the students from the pedagogical universities of the Republic of Moldova, and to present some suggestions due to improve of this subject in the above-mentioned institutions. One of these suggestions would be to attend physical education classes regarding the sports preferences; furthermore, to attend a favorite sports section instead of attending physical education classes.

In this paper I have done the three countries were Romania, Greece, and Turkey. The hypothesis of this research was the presumption that by conducting a comparative study on the three countries, one can assess the level and ways in which the inclusion was done through cultural and educational diversity. The research was directed toward the analysis of the way in which the inclusion was done in regards to the physical, functional, or sensory disabilities, the education level for which this approach is done, and the identification of the implementation means and methods. The conclusion that can be drawn at the end of this analysis can offer good practice models in regards to person - environment - occupation (education), opportunities for the teachers to train and develop professionally in this sense.

The purpose of this paper is aimed at optimizing the training strategy of the female students in the University Politehnica of Bucharest cheerleading team by increasing the manifestation indices of the combined motor qualities specific to this sport. Our intention was to create and experimentally validate effective means of physical training, depending on the biomotor potential and the age particularities of the female students, the conditions of practice, as well as the requirements of the competitions to participate in. The pedagogical experiment included a sample of 14 female athletes members of the representative cheerleading team. We intervened in the preparation of the experimental group by applying training programs focused on the development of specific motor qualities. Comparing the results obtained in the initial phase with those at the end of the research, demonstrates the efficiency of the didactic strategy approached, an aspect that favored the performances evolution of the subjects investigated.

The use of the “Data Volley” software of statistical analysis in professional volleyball can offer many options of assessment and analysis, among which also the individual evaluation of a single player or of a single game position in turn. In the current case, that of the Middle Blocker. This programme of recording, assessment and analysis was designed to offer fast and precise information to coaches of all levels, by which to judge their team or the opposite team. The main objective of this study is to implement a programme of individualized training for the Middle Blocker, using statistical information, but also details obtained from the video evaluation of each technical element, and the capacity of putting into practice the tactical indications coming from the coach, that are specific for the Middle Blocker.

The purpose of this research was to identify the role played by aerobic gymnastics means in stimulating the psycho-motor skills markers in middle age people. The research hypothesis was elaborated, stating that presumably, the application of fitness-type aerobic gymnastics programs, rationalized and selected for middle age people, can stimulate their psycho-motor and functional markers, influencing their life expectancy. In order to verify the hypothesis, an experiment was conducted at the Know Limits Studio fitness club in Bacau, on a target group of 8 female middle age subjects (60-65 years old) who practiced aerobics at this gym. The research methods used for this paper were: the study of the bibliographical material, the observation, the experiment, the tests, the statistical-mathematical method and the graphical representation method. Practicing aerobic gymnastics based on a certain rigorously elaborated schedule, which included "cardio", and aerobic steps, lead to the development of motor skills to superior levels.

A basic feature of the modern volleyball game is to increase the efficiency of the attack actions, as a form of overcoming the opponents. The game of volleyball offers different conditions of possession of the ball within the two game structures, which is also reflected in the organization of the attack, so there will be a difference in the efficiency of the attack, in favor of the attack after reception from service, which must have as a preliminary action, the distribution of the set to certain areas, but also they must have a trajectory, which allows the attackers to adapt to the game variables. The study through the recordings allowed a complex analysis of the content of the actions initiated by the players of the teams, giving us the possibility to establish correlations both dependent on the actions of their own team and of theirs vis-a-vis the opposing team.

The motivation assessment regarding the attendance of physical education classes was known by the survey of 652 students from the secondary school, 345 boys and 306 girls. We used the motivation study survey, where the questionnaire contained 9 questions regarding the activity within the physical education classes and 3 questions containing information about the students. After investigating the students we can say that most are motivated to come to school, participate actively in physical education, are not happy if the lesson is canceled, over 50% sometimes talk to parents about the activity, they do not want another teacher at class, he practices different sports, especially handball and football, besides they want to introduce tennis, and he does not attend physical education and sports classes to diminish the general success or avoid absences.

This study was performed on a sample group of 10 persons, ages between 30 and 40 years, all experienced practitioners of group fitness training, having professions among modern trades. I conceived a macrocycle lasting 6 months, whose mesocycles are structured starting from a 100% kinetotherapy base, following as with the transition from a mesocycle to another, each mesocycle to have, depending on the phase of work, a different weight of the physical therapy and fitness exercises and a permanent change of the variables in order to obtain a continuous adaptation, alternating the volume and the intensity. Although it is no longer in the process of growth – time by which is a deficiency is supposed to be corrected, working with an individual on the muscular side relaxing the shortened muscles of the incorrect posture, shortening elongated muscles, implementing in the consciousness of the individual the idea of correct posture.

The monitored group consisted of 12 female pupils of the eighth year of primary school in B. Bystrica (age 13.42 0.3 years, body height 162.6 2.3 cm, body weight 49.7 2.1 kg and body mass index 18.8 0.9). In terms of prevention, we focused on finding the levels and relations between the foot and body postures by using standardized methods for physical and sport education (Foot posture Plantography and method of Index and Chippaux-Šmírak; Body Posture Method of Klein and Thomas modified by Mayer and Dynamic spine function (Tests of Schober and Stibor). By applying various physical programs in the lessons of physical and sport education, the levels of foot and body postures improve after 4 weeks (Bendíková, Marko, Rozim, & Martinský, 2019). The listed study is the part of research project: VEGA 1/0519/19 “Physical activity as prevention of health of school population in Slovakia”.
监测组为B. Bystrica小学八年级女生12名(年龄13.420.3岁,身高162.62.3 cm,体重49.72.1 kg,体质指数18.80.9)。在预防方面,我们侧重于通过标准化的体育教育方法(足部姿势Plantography and method of Index and Chippaux-Šmírak;经Mayer修正的Klein和Thomas身体姿势法和脊柱动态功能(Schober和Stibor试验)。
