The study carried out addresses the issue of muscle strength development in the problematic context generated by the Covid 19 pandemic, for 8th grade students in middle school. The experimental program was implemented during the time interval November 20th , 2020 - March 15th , 2021, by combining online activities with the variant of the lessons taught at school. The studied group (11 girls and 10 boys) went through the variants of planned strength training structures for the main muscle groups, which were completed with various programs selected from the Youtube platform. The results fully confirm the working hypothesis formulated. The results obtained must be analysed with caution, the isolation at home affecting the motor potential of the students, but the fact that significant progress is still made indicates the possibility of scrolling the contents of the school curriculum in this undesirable context.

This paper examines the throw effectiveness in the last 10 minutes of close games (50-60th), during the season 2018-2019 of the Greek Men’s Handball Championship “Handball Premier”. The research observed all the matches from the 2018-2019 Greek Men’s Handball championship. 61% of the total attacks ended with a throw with 56% of them ending as a goal, while the rest 39% of the total attacks ended with a turnover or a 2- minute Suspension/Penalty. During the last ten minutes (50-60th), there was both an increase in the shots that came from the 6m area (22% to 26%) and the percentage of suspensions and penalties, while the percentage of the fast breaks declined by 4% (17% to 13%). In conclusion, whereas the total effectiveness of throws increased in the last 10 minutes (50-60th), the number of the fast breaks and the defensive effectiveness decreased resulting in more suspensions for the defensive team.

The aim of this study was to emphasize the possible influence of a training program, which had as a prevalent effort the aerobe type training program, on the moving speed development at 10 – 11 years old children, during an athletic training period. Even if this may seem irrelevant, it has a very importance influence on the preparation level, on the further performances, on the continuation / afterwards training, and even on the state of health. Regarding the experiment, we can see a small difference between the improvements in sprint performance of the two groups of 0.13 and 0.12s, respectively.

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between rhythm skills and some biomotor skills that may affect this skill of the students who regularly receive sports training. Therefore; 45 Medical Faculty and 33 Sport Sciences Faculty students who have been studying at the Higher Education Institution for at least 2 years participated in the study voluntarily. Rhythm skill test, balance test, standing long jump test, musical and physical intelligence tests were applied to the participants. As a result; it was determined that there was a significant difference between high tempo (132 bpm) rhythm skills in favor of the sports group. As a conclusions, it can be said that these differences will increase if there are more intensive courses on rhythm skills when the selection of students who will receive sports training and the content of their education are examined.

The study was designed as a descriptive-relational study. The study was carried out in Konya city center, Selçuklu district. The population of the study consisted of adults between the ages of 18-65 living in Selçuklu district of Konya province. The sample size of the study consists of 163 adults. The social media addiction scale mean score of the participants was 69.11 ± 15.92. When the social media addiction scale mean score was compared according to the physical activity level of the participants, the social media addiction score mean of those who were the physically inactive was found to be higher than the social media addiction scale score mean of those who were low physical activity level, and the difference was found to be statistically significant. In terms of physical inactivity, it was found that women, those who are married, and those who perceived their health to be moderate were more inactive.

The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the importance and the influence of 3vs3 small-sided games (SSGs) for improving different technical abilities in soccer game. The research was held for 12 weeks, 36 workouts 30min/session on a group of 24 young soccer players (age=8.6±0.2), divided in experimental and control groups. For the experimental group we applied a program of SSG -3vs3 - 4 small soccer gates and for the control group we follow the standard training. They were assesed in pre-test and post-test by using video registration and by counting the scored goals, demarcation, passes and dribligs. The program applied for the experimental group demonstrated the efficiency of it, all the technical abilities have improved.

This paper aims to identify the role played by physical education on the psycho-motor potential of high-school students from the standpoint of the evaluation and assessment process. In this context, the research hypothesis starts from the assumption that the role played by physical education means on the psycho-motor potential of high-school students can be highlighted through the evaluation and assessment process. The experiment was conducted at the "G. J. Cancicov" Technological High-School of Parincea, Bacau County, over the course of the academic year 2020-2021, on a group of 25 students (12 males and 13 females). Seven psycho-motor tests were applied, taken from Scarlat (2003, p. 9), comprising psycho-motor markers for high-school students. At the end of the experiment, it can be said that the research hypothesis was validated, and the evaluation and assessment process can highlight the role played by physical education means on the psycho-motor potential of high-school students.

The question of the evolution or possible involution of results in the junior category A has not been studied and published in the literature. The emergence of results in this sport is carried out only by taking into account several factors, starting from the pre-selection process (orientation) and up to the quality of the athletes' training and last but not least from the level of endowment and the material basis that the respective athletes have. Through this research I want to show the evolution of the results of juniors A category over the period of 8 years (2013-2020). This study presents the results of the top three ranked at the National Speed Skating Championships. Being a sport that largely demands the muscular mass of the body, without producing significant disproportionate changes, it favorably influences the body's functions, the indices of physical abilities being characterized by a significant increase.

The aim of this study is to determine the coronavirus anxiety level of individuals, their physical activity levels and to evaluate the relationship between them. The study was carried out in Konya city center, Selçuklu district. Individuals who resided in all neighborhoods of Selçuklu district of Konya province and had not been diagnosed with Covid-19 before or who did not enter contact quarantine due to Covid-19 constituted the study. When the physical activity level of the individuals was evaluated, it was determined that 64.8% of them were not physically active, 19% of them had a low physical activity level and 16.2% had sufficient physical activity level. The coronavirus anxiety scale mean score of the individuals was found to be 11.87 ± 3.85. As a result, while women were in the risk group in terms of physical activity, perceiving their health badly and having any chronic diseases were determined as risk factors.

This study set out to investigate the usefulness of an adapted physical activity protocol to improve pain and functional capacity through structured adapted exercises to muscular capacity on patients in a Functional Restoration program. Material and methods: 83 patients, aged between 19-63, who accepted to be included in this study and diagnosed as chronic low back pain. The patients were treated for a total of 12 weeks, 3 sessions per week. The level of pain severity of the participants was determined by Visual Pain Scale (VAS). Oswestry Disability Index for functional evaluation; Low Back Pain Disability Index (LBPDI). These assessments were performed at the beginning and end of the 12- week treatment program. In line with our study results, we anticipate that the planned physiotherapy and adapted physical activity (APA) protocol will reduce the health expenditures by finding a solution option for chronic low back pain commonly seen in societies.
