They all have in common physical exercise. The art the dancer, the gymnast or the skater have reached is the result of learning, of continuous practice of a large series of routines intended to improve their understanding and abilities to express themselves. As anaesthetic attitude of the body in movement, dance seems to define most concretely body capacity to reveals itself through harmonious, expressive, supple, light and precise movement expressing certain states as a result of the relationship between body andpsyche. But valuation of individual expressiveness depends on the wholeness of one’s motor skills, their development level and his psychological and intellectual qualities. Consequently, physical exercise can stand for a form of nonverbal communication due tothe powerfulness of the message transmitted and can determine different levels of expressiveness of the whole body.

Obesity can contribute to the development of other serious conditions such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus and some types of cancer. The work aims to assess and analyze the morphological state of the subjects, in order to improve their health by using specific exercises in therapeutic swimming, for 16 weeks. Research involves identifying the body mass index category (BMI) of subjects and determining the level of body composition before and after the therapeutic swimming program. Following the initial tests, only 8 women were selected who met the inclusion criteria and were subsequently subjected to the study. In conclusion, the results show that the body fat indicator decreased significantly between the initial and final testing, the bone density indicator did not show a significant difference, and the indicators of mineralization, muscle mass and physical rating also recorded significant increases in.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the sports gymnastics program on the motor skills of male students. The research hypothesis is that a 15-week gymnastics training program will have positive influence on the motor skills of male students. The research was conducted on a sample of 54 male students aged 20-22 years ± 6 months. A sample of specific motor tests for sports gymnastics: push-ups, pull-ups, sweeps, long jump, trunk lifting, leg lifting, lunge, squat. Despite the limitations of the study, it can beconcluded that the experimental program of sports gymnastics lasting is an effective method that leads to a statistically significant improvement in motor skills of male students.

The comparative study I present was conducted in 2022 at the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti on a sample of 52 students (boys and girls, girls having a percentage of more than 90% of the total subjects), the data being compared with a previous study (2019) in order to be able to compare the evolution or involution of young people's perception of different problems aimed at physical/sports activity. The age of the participants in this comparative study was in the range of 19-30 years, the method used was the survey, which was based on an anonymous standardized questionnaire with 8 questions that concerned the importance of sports activity in young people, but also their perception of the subject presented. From the study carried out, there is an increase in awareness of the importance of sports activities in everyday life, this is also understood as an activity through which young people can overcome different difficulties or social barriers.

The main objective of the study was to demonstrate the effectiveness of the physiotherapy means for patients with acute hyperalgic shoulders. The research methods were established according to the objectives of the research, as follows: the study of the professionalliterature method, the testing method, the statistical-mathematical method and the graphical representation method. From the analysis of the data obtained, we found that by the specific means of physiotherapy, it is possible to get rid of pain, so that the patient with acute hyperalgic shoulder is able to sustain a medical gymnastics program in order for a fast recovery of the scapulo-humeral mobility. According to the obtained results, it can be concluded that the application of the means, methods, procedures and techniques of physiotherapy ensures the optimization of the recovery results.

The purpose of this study is that of comparing the effects of aquatic training to the effects of land training, to decrease the fat mass. 24 male students from the UPIT Physical Education and Sport Departament were subjects of the study. The subjects do not practice any performance sport except the loisir sport or the sport exercises from during the faculty hours. The same trainings and testing facilities and methods have been used for each evaluation and each lesson. Each training lasted for 45-70 minutes, 3 days per week. To establish fat mass, we used BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) principle. A significant difference of 2.72 has been registered (pre=18.2 and post=15.47) between the two groups with regards to the fat tissue established after the water training programs had ended.

Basketball is one of the most important sports in the world in regards to the number of spectators, viewers, and number of players worldwide. The purpose of this study was to determine the elements influencing the speed and shooting precision in high school students that have practiced basketball as an extracurricular activity. The subjects were 25 pupils aged 16-17, from the Gheorghe Vrânceanu High School of Bacau. They practiced basketball as an extracurricular activity over the course of 4 weeks, 3 times per week, playing two dynamic games, "Left-Right-Up" and "Colors", in order to see whether speed and shooting precision can be educated. The results show that there are differences between the recorded times, with a p = .025. In conclusion, it can be said that the high school pupils' speed and the shooting precision can be educated using specific basketball means and methods.

The aim of this research was to identify new ways of attracting and stimulating the body to maintain the motor capacity of operational personnel in professional structures for emergencies, namely military firefighters using the game of football. The experiment tookplace on duty and had as subjects about 40 military personnel, to which the tactics and technique specific to the game of football were applied. After completing the motor training performed and carried out on the synthetic sports field inside the unit, as well as when the weather conditions are unfavorable or in the cold season, respectively in the car garage, we can say that the staff on duty keeps theirs’s motor capacity at the normal parameters for the successful completion of the missions entrusted to him through the game of football.

It is a topic that has not been sufficiently researched, thus requiring investigations into the results, that can be had if we apply water-based exercises. In this sense, we conducted a study, during 10 weeks, which consisted in developing and experimenting with muscletraining programs in the aquatic environment and on land, as well as testing two strength indicators on a number of 24 students, aged 20-21 years, who were selected voluntarily and divided into 2 experimental groups in order to compare the results of the development of muscle strength of the upper body. The same training and testing facilities, methods, were used for each assessment and lesson. Each lesson lasted between 60 - 80 minutes, 3 days a week. The subjects improved in strength scores significantly, as compared to the control group, which followed the same muscular training protocol adapted for land, having a value comprised between: 1,25 and 7,98%.

The implementation of motor skills as an environmental factor favorable to maintaining health, effort and work capacity, the body is made since the period of growth and development, when the whole personality is formed and consolidated on a bio-psychosociallevel. The training process in maintenance fitness took place in identical material conditions and the methodology applied was the same for both groups, they differed depending on the skills and capacity of the technical elements. Physical tests on motorskills were applied with a battery of specific tests, especially aerobic exercises that increase the tone of the muscle regions. Through the variations of means on muscle groups and regions, the muscle tone of the experimental group increased, managing to achieve theself-control of the correct outfit, realizing where the vicious attitudes of the outfit were the case.
