High Gain Miller Compensated OpAmp with High Supply Rejection in 180 nm CMOS Technology 180nm CMOS技术高增益米勒补偿高电源抑制运算放大器

In this paper the advantages of high supply rejection phenomenon in Opamp applications with Miller Compensation is evaluated. The operational amplifier is designed with 180 nm CMOS process ideally for temperature range of 25°C to 300°C. The Opamp is designed to have a DC gain of about 70dB and phase margin of 60°. The Miller compensation technique showed a reduction in the compensation capacitor size, means a smaller design area and improvement in the phase margin from the LHP zero. The operational amplifier has been designed and simulated Tanner EDA (SPICE Platform) in 180nm process technology.

Sentiment and Emotion in Social Media COVID-19 Conversations: SAB-LSTM Approach 社交媒体COVID-19对话中的情绪和情感:sabb - lstm方法

Sentiment and Emotion detection in social media conversations remains a challenge and analyzing the people emotion emerged as an important task in this unprecedented time of COVID-19. People sentiment and emotions are affected by lockdowns, social distancing, travel, work-from-home, wearing mask, reading social media posting. Most of them are feeling sad, anger, depressed, and some of them are neutral and happy. The most recent Sentiment Analysis (SA) researches are done using Twitter dataset (short-text) and rule-based (sentiment lexicon) approach, the outcome of these SA models' results is not showing the consistent prediction of people sentiment about COVID-19. To mitigate and overcome limitations of lexicon approach, processing unstructured social media long text posting, getting context based sentiment score, model overfitting, performance problems of sentiment models, authors' proposed and built a novel multi-class SA model using extension of Bidirectional LSTM (SAB-LSTM) with additional layers. In this experiment SAB-LSTM model has been used to process long text of social media posting, news articles text dataset. Experiment result showed, SAB-LSTM model performance is better than traditional LSTM and BLSTM. Compared SAB-LSTM performance metric of Precision, Recall, F1 Score and sentiment score with traditional LSTM and BLSTM. For this experiment collected COVID-19 related dataset from various social media sources such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, News articles blogs and collected data from friends and family.

Kinetics of Acid Catalyzed Solvolysis of Amyl Methanoate Formate in Water-ethylene Glycol (EG) Solvent 酸催化甲酸甲酯戊酯在水-乙二醇(EG)溶剂中的溶解动力学

The kinetics of the hydrolysis of Amyl Methanoate in water-EG media are reported. The rate constant decreases with gradual addition of organic co-solvent with increasing temperature inferred the salvation in initial state and desolvation in transition state of reaction media. Activation energy of the reaction media has also been explained in light of salvation and desolvation of initial and transition states to different extant. Effect of ionic strength and [H+] ion on the reaction on the rate has also been studied and it is concluded that acid catalised hydrolysis of amyl methanoate is ion- dipolar reaction and it follows AAC2 mechanistic pathways of water-EG media. With increase of solvent composition (30 to 70%) the number of water molecule associated with transition state increase with rise in temperature (20 to 40°c) which attributes to the fact that equilibrium of water molecule by addition of EG, is shifted from dense form to bulky form with rise in temperature.

Recent Advancement in Cancelable Biometric for User Recognition: A Brief Survey 用于用户识别的可取消生物特征的最新进展:简要综述

Surreptitious duplication of biometric features poses a major threat to privacy and anonymity of an individual. Cancelable Biometrics-an emerging field of biometric template protection scheme can diminish these privacy threats. Generally cancelable Biometric approach transforms the original biometric data using non-invertible transformation function to generate pseudo-identities or cancelable templates. In contrast, application of invertible transformation function in conjunction with key can also generate cancelable templates. Mostly, cancelable templates are revocable and computationally complex to reverse. The necessity of preserving privacy and maintaining high recognition accuracy compulsorily needs storage and matching of transformed biometric data. In order to determine the research gap and future direction in the field of cancelable biometrics, in this survey, we have analysed and reviewed the recent work in field of cancelable biometric. For this, cancelable biometric approaches are classified into invertible and noninvertible methods. Also, the comparative analysis of cancelable approach is tabulated. The research gaps and future directions are also summarised.

In any industry now-a-days, quality control is an essential and inevitable part of the process of manufacturing any product. Defect detection in any product is one of the most important quality control measures in the product manufacturing process. This work aims at identifying the defects in shape, size and color thereby tracking them down. The use of Image processing and Raspberry Pi is done to recognize defect in the product. In most of the existing methodologies that works on industrial inspection system are using very simple elementary features that most commonly involves human labor thus, advanced image analysis techniques are not extensively used. The main drawback in this technique is that the defects are generally not detected in an efficient way therefore making the process a lot more time consuming. Therefore, the proposed methodology aims at a fast and precise solution for detection of defects. In the proposed method where Pi camera is introduced to capture the images of the object on conveyor belt. The results show a considerable improvement in terms of precision and speed when compared to the existing methodology.

Extraction of Numbers from the Number Plates of 4 Wheel Vehicles using Neural Network and Template Matching 基于神经网络和模板匹配的四轮车辆车牌号码提取

One of the significant examination subjects of astute transportation framework and traffic observing framework is a License Plate Recognition (LPR) strategy. An LPR framework has a lot of logical utilization, for example, the installment of stopping expense, parkway cost charge, and traffic information assortment, traffic checking frameworks, etc. Nonetheless, LPR was set up to separate the data of vehicles by the picture of their tags. This paper presents a detail investigation of LCR framework and furthermore a proposed technique for applying the format coordinating methodology for character picture acknowledgment measure. The new methodology can be applied similarly to Indian cases. It depends on storing the picture of these number plates alongside a rundown of characters as passages in a table and afterward coordinating these sections individually with the vehicle plate. The new methodology is tried on different examples of separated tag pictures caught in outside condition. The outcome yield 80% acknowledgment precision, the strategy takes 0.306 seconds to play out the vehicle plate acknowledgment.

Design and Implementation of an Efficient Buffer Management System for Network on Chip Routers 片上路由器高效缓冲管理系统的设计与实现

The paper presents an efficient first in first out (FIFO) buffer for use in network on chip routers for efficient management of data flow. Further we have designed a heterogeneous router using the efficient FIFO buffer, in which each channel can have a different buffer size. Even the FIFO of a particular channel is full it can borrow more buffer length from neighbouring channels. In this new architecture read and write operations are managed by the FIFO and channel itself, thus reducing the circuitry and making it a high speed router.

Securely Work from Home with CASB Policies under COVID-19 Pandemic: A Short Review COVID-19大流行下使用CASB政策安全在家工作:简要回顾

More enterprises are moving sensitive data to the cloud, increasing the need to secure that data. With cloud technology becoming a larger and more important part of running a digital business, cloud computing (CC) platforms are rapidly limiting the effectiveness of the traditional security model. Since data and applications in the cloud reside the old enterprise boundaries, they must now be protected in new ways. As more and more users connect directly to the cloud applications, it is imperative to secure cloud assets to meet compliance, privacy and security requirements. Verification and key management are the key challenges within the cloud environment whereas trading the secret data. As of now, security is the main apprehension in the cloud security environment. In light of the disruption caused by the COVID-19 situation, telecomputing has now become a necessity for many businesses worldwide. As health concerns disrupt normal life and work patterns, businesses around the world have instituted mandatory Work-From-Home policies for millions of workers. Many employees will now be working outside of their corporate perimeter on a full-time basis for the immediate future and will need tools that enable them to securely share and handle sensitive corporate data. At CASB policies, we recognize that data security is now more important than ever and so to do our part to help companies now operating under a Work-From-Home policy. In this paper, we identified different new policies of CASB for securing data at work from home.

Presently, the quickly evolving concept is of smart city development with the self-reliant capability to face challenges or problems of societies. The expansion or growth of any organization is possible only by improving existing systems and expanding their services to meet all human needs. Technologies, like virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality, and human-computer interaction, have grown manifolds. These technologies find space in applications related to manufacturing, education, entertainment, media, IT industry, and the real-estate sector. Out of these technologies, mixed reality and human-computer interaction are evolving at a higher pace. This paper presents the conceptual framework of the gesture-based mixed-reality human-computer interface system for future application development in the above areas. The interaction between people and computers, specifically digital devices, is easily visible. Technology has contributed a lot in making these interactions more and more natural with the integration of new technologies altogether. The presented model employs computer-linked hand gestures and shows the corresponding operation on the head-mounted display (HMD) device.

Artificial Intelligence based PV-Fed Shunt Active Power Filter for IOT Applications 物联网应用基于人工智能的PV-Fed并联有源电源滤波器

In the modern era, the dependency on Internet of Thing based devices becomes more popular because of their safe and easy mode of operation. Most of the equipment used in our daily utilities for example; Television, air conditioner etc. are now constituted as IOT devices. These devices connected through a common internet network are electronic devices which work on small dc voltage thus can be characterized as non-linear devices or non-linear loads. When the IOT system is connected to the main power supply, it draws distorted supply current with unwanted harmonic distortions. This paper illustrates the model design of Photo Voltaic fed Active power filter to reduce the harmonic distortions and to improve power quality of sinusoidal ac supply when fed to IOT devices. Artificial Intelligence methodology is used to generate the reference current signal and switching signal to decide the state of switching of ShAPF. The percentage of harmonic distortions is reduced to less than 5% as per the protocol of IEEE standard 519. The result analysis of AI controlled PV-based ShAPF fed IOT devices has been done using MATLAB/ Simulation software tool.
