Reagents for fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) of phthalates have been obtained: phthalate-protein conjugates, polyclonal antibodies, tracers - antigens labeled with fluorescein derivatives. By the example of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) with the use of a portable detector Sentry-200, the FPIA method was developed, which makes it possible to determine DBP in water samples in concentrations 1 μg / ml in 5 min.

New generation polyfunctional materials based on such microbial polysaccharides as bacterial cellulose, alginate, xanthan, chitosan have been obtained. The possibility of their application as materials with antibacterial, regenerative and haemostatic properties, ultra-low thermal conductivity, density, high noise-absorbing and sorption properties has been shown.

We measured lipid composition for 33 regions of the brain, covering all basic brain structures in healthy humans, chimpanzees, bonobos, and macaques. This analysis allows us to identify features of lipidomes of functionally divergent brain regions that are unique to humans.

The results of dot-ELISA application for the detection of IgG specific to the recombinant Chlamydia psittaci DnaK antigen in sera of farm animals vaccinated with a commercial chlamydia vaccine are presented. It was revealed, that C. psittaci heat shock protein DnaK participates in immune response of sheep immunized with the vaccine based on the C. psittaci Rostinovo-70 strain.

Proteomic (MASCOT, Andromeda, OMSSA, etc.) and metabolomic (Scripps, AMDIS, etc.) search algorithms for identification are limited to reference libraries and, as a result, a large amount of data is lost (modified proteins, isoforms). Bypassing the identification stage, you can significantly increase the amount of data for classification tasks. This makes it possible to successfully cluster the studied classes at the cost of information on molecular categorical predictors.

For the first time, a genome-wide study was conducted for 6 native breeds (Kabardian, Vyatka, zabaikalian, Yakut) with unique adaptive qualities and 2 cultural breeds that are strictly selected for multidirectional characteristics. Data on the state of the genetic structure of breeds were obtained. The phylogenetic relationships between breeds were studied, the ancestral groups that participated in the formation of the breed structure were determined, and the influence of factory improver breeds on the microevolution of local breeds was estimated. the results of the research are correlated with the freely available results of the genome-wide analysis of foreign horse populations and breeds. The ways of identifying complexes that characterize the severity of selected traits in breeds with different directions of use are outlined. The high efficiency of using the obtained results to determine belonging to a particular breed is determined. A database of mitochondrial DNA and Y-chromosome haplotypes was created to conduct a retrospective analysis of the origin and refinement of breeding records in the system of centralized breeding records in horse breeding. As additional markers, we used targeted SNPs that characterize the severity of selected traits
