Analysis on the microstructure of grating mechanical scored Aluminum film and mechanical properties 光栅机械刻痕铝膜显微组织及力学性能分析

At present time, grating mechanical scoring manufacture is process that diamond score reciprocates on the Aluminum film which is vacuum coating on the Chrome, glass and other substrates. As the structure and properties of stream Aluminum film affect the quality of groove greatly and are limited by the vacuum steam process, it is difficult to control and test the microstructure and mechanical properties of the film. In this paper, we recommend the new method that combine X-ray diffraction "nondestructive" test and nanopress-scratch testing technology. We can calculate the micro-structure, the aluminum film thickness and residual stress, analysis on the mechanical properties such as elastic modulus, hardness and stress-strain curve in this method in order to unveil the microstructure and mechanical properties of the aluminum film. Provide a feasible method for studying the microstructure and mechanical properties of the film and valuable reference and guidance on grating mechanical technology.

Micro-power development and application prospects in fuze 微功率在引信中的发展及应用前景

Aiming at the miniaturization trend of fuze, micropower had several problems to be resolved before being used in fuze. The basic principles and development of kinds of micropowers was overviewed such as micro-turbine generator, microsolar cell, micro-piezoelectric power, micro-zinc-nickel cell, micro-fuel cell, micro-lithium cell and micro-temperature cell. By anlyzing the applications of micro-power in fuze, micro-turbines, micro-piezoelectric power and micro-fuel cells are considered to have better prospects.

Optimization on the synthesis of large-area single-crystal graphene domains by chemical vapor deposition on copper foils 化学气相沉积法在铜箔上合成大面积单晶石墨烯畴的优化

In this paper, a traditional chemical vapor deposition method for synthesis of single-crystal graphene domains on copper foils was optimized by modulating the growth parameters. This provided us a low-cost and high-yield method for large-area single-crystal graphene domain growth. By this way, single-crystal graphene domains larger than 10μm were synthesized with a gas flow of 1000sccm argon, 40sccm hydrogen and 1.5sccm low-concentration methane for 15min after 3h pre-annealing. The morphologies of as-synthesized samples were characterized by Raman spectrum, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The result showed that the 10μm graphene domains were monolayer single crystals.

Fabrication and characterization of piezoelectric cantilever array with nano-assembly carbon nanotube tips 纳米装配碳纳米管尖端压电悬臂阵列的制备与表征

Piezoelectric microcantilever transducers based on lead zirconate titanate (PZT) thin film have received considerable interest because of their wide potential applications in nanotechnology, biosensors and microelectromechanical systems. In this work a self-sensing and self-actuating PZT piezoelectric cantilever array is designed and fabricated for parallel dynamic Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) imaging. Carbon Nanotube (CNT) tips are assembled to the free end of the cantilever array by nano-handling to enhance the imaging resolution. Detailed fabrication process of the array and nano-assembly of CNT tips are reported and characterizations of mechanical properties of the array are carried out and presented in this paper.

The scattering properties of iron nanorods 铁纳米棒的散射特性

Optical properties of metal nano-materials is based on the shape, In this paper, firstly, relationships between scattering efficiency and the incident light wavelength of iron nanoparticles with diameter of 20nm, 40nm, 60nm, 80nm, 100nm were calculated with Mie plot and DDA. The results show that DDA algorithm and program design and parameter settings are accurate. Then scattering efficiency of iron nanorods is calculated by DDA, diameters are 10nm, 20nm, 30nm with different aspect ratio and different incident light wavelength, and relationship between aspect ratio and the scattering efficiency is also analysed. This work will contribute to the exploration of the other optical properties of iron nanorods, and provide the theoretical basis of application.

The preparation of multi-wall carbon nanotubes by carbonizing low-density polyethylene composites 低密度聚乙烯复合材料碳化制备多壁碳纳米管

With the presence of catalysts, multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were synthesized by carbonizing low-density polyethylene (LDPE) composites (as a model polymer of plastic waste). The results of the transmission electron microscopy shows that abundant MWCNTs with an almost homogeneous distribution in diameter are formed from carbonization of LDPE/organically modified montmorillonite (OMT)/nickel oxide (Ni2O3) composites. To our surprise, OMT plays an important role on the yield of MWCNT formation, and the MWCNT yield of LDPE/OMT/Ni2O3 is as about 5.5 times greater than that of LDPE/Ni2O3. X-ray diffraction and high resolution electron microscopy further demonstrate that Ni rather than Ni2O3 plays an active site role for the formation of MWCNTs.

Synthesis of Mn-doped AlN nanobelts via chemical vapor deposition 化学气相沉积法合成mn掺杂AlN纳米带

Mn-doped AlN nanostructures were grown on ceramic substrate by in situ doping of Mn via a catalyst-free chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method using Mn powder, Al powder and NH3 as the starting materials. X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and photoluminescence (PL) were employed to characterize the structure and morphology of the product. It was found that the as-prepared AlN product was wurtzite structure and had a ribbon shape with uniform geometry. The nanobelts were curled and flexible with length up to 10 μm, and the width-to-thickness ratio of these nanobelts was estimated to be 7 with 175 nm wide and 25 nm thick. EDX and XPS demonstrated that Mn was successfully doped into the AlN nanobelts.

Configurations of laser interference lithography for 2D/3D nanostructures of optical functional materials 光学功能材料二维/三维纳米结构的激光干涉光刻配置

This paper presents various methods of multi-beam laser interference lithography to form dense periodical nanostructures suitable for many optical functional materials or devices. Research results show that 2D and 3D inference patterns could be generated cheaply and easily by exposing the photosensitive materials using the periodically changed light intensity distributions of multi-beam interference fields. Different configurations of multi-beam interference setups are introduced. Simulation and experimental results are also obtained. It can be seen that the experimental results are in accordance with the physical principle, and the simulation results have also given the expected results clearly.

3D topography of the micro cracks of subsurface damages by etching process 蚀刻过程中亚表面损伤微裂纹的三维形貌

The existence of the subsurface damage of high-precision components is becoming a bottleneck for better performance of high-precision components in the fields of energy, space, national defense equipment, integrated circuit, MEMS and so on. So far there is still no method which is capable of characterizing the 3D topography of subsurface fractures, and this paper presents an idea of investigating the full information of the subsurface damages based on the etching experiments. By micro-indentations some individual subsurface damages with specific geometrical cracks were artificially prepared first, and then dealt with the conventional etching process. The etching process was carried out in the differential mode, namely etching with certain interval time. All 3D topographies of etched cracks during etching were recorded and, dimensions of initial fractures including length, width, depth, etc. were calculated according to the 3D data. Comparison of the calculated results and designed geometrical features indicated that the method used in the paper is a valid method to roughly characterize 3D information of the fractures of the subsurface damage layer and in discussion we proposed a numerical model to accurately characterize the initial 3D holographic information of fractures.

Raman spectrum calculation and analysis of glyphosate 草甘膦的拉曼光谱计算与分析

Glyphosate is an efficient, low toxicity, non-selective post-emergence herbicide. In this work, Glyphosate molecular structure was optimized by Hartree-Fock(HF) approximation method. Glyphosate molecular Raman and infrared spectra was calculated based on HF/6-31G sets and DFT/6-31G sets, then two theoretical Raman spectra were carefully compared with others experimental spectra, good agreements were obtained between the theoretical and experimental results. Glyphosate structure parameters were also given in the paper including bond lengths and bond angles etc. Vibrational modes were assigned to all bands between 850 cm-1 and 1050 cm-1 range. This work will promote the research of glyphosate molecule in pesticide residues field.
