Abstract The demand for vegetables by the people of Tanjung Gusta Village, which has increased obstacles due to the Covid 19 pandemic. On the other hand, independent agriculture is difficult to do because land is not available in a densely populated environment. The purpose of this activity is to empower the community to do independent agriculture in their yards through hydroponic technology. The method of activity was carried out by observation, discussion, demonstration, and field practice which was carried out in three stages, namely (1) planning stage; (2) implementation stage; and (3) evaluation stage. The results of the activity can be said to be effective because the activity has been running according to the objectives of the activity. Partners have acquired real knowledge and skills about hydroponic farming in the home page. Abstract Overweight and obesity in school-age children have become public health problems. 75% of children who are obese at school age will be obese in adulthood. The first aim to monitor nutritional status, mentoring eating behavior, and physical activity for SDN students who have overweight and obese. The second goal is to increase the capacity of food keepers about good, healthy and safe food so that it can maintain the health of school children and control obesity. This community service was carried out at SDN Menteng Dalam 07 Pagi, targeting elementary school students in grades 4, 5, 6 who have over nutritional status and obesity and previously participated in the healthy class program held by the South Jakarta Health Office and local Puskesmas and canteen peddlers. Assistance was carried out for 1 month with monitoring of body weight, height, intake, and physical activity. After mentoring, it was found that the prevalence of nutrition decreased by more than 1.2%, decreased energy intake (8.9%), fat (2.2%), carbohydrates (8.9%), and increased physical activity by 11.1% in the category moderate. Beside that there was an increase in knowledge about healthy food and large portion of children’s meals according to their needs, and how to maintain good sanitation hygiene so as to maintain clean and safe food. The school’s commitment as a pilot school to control obesity was approved by policy makers and curriculum reforms will be carried out, especially to review physical activity curricula in schools. Abstract Occupational health and safety (OHS) needs to be understood and applied in every job, including practice in laboratories and workshops that facilitate students to avoid accidents when using equipment and machines. Most of the learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic were carried out at home, and therefore the insights about work safety must be instilled in students. This service activity aims to provide insight of OHS to Vocational High School (SMK) students through training. The activity was carried out at SMK Parulian 3 Medan. The OHS implementation training is conducted online using Zoom-meeting, which includes presenting the OHS material followed by interactive discussions. The training materials distributed were about the basics of OHS, personal protective equipment, and ergonomics. The training materials are needed by SMK students. Students' understanding of the application of OHS in the practical learning process increases so that there are no injuries or accidents. Students' awareness is formed to prioritize safety and security at work. The results of the evaluation show that the training process, the benefits of training, and the presenters have delivered the material well and can be accepted by students. It is necessary to carry out the continuity of OHS training activities directly to facilitate communication and discussion. Tujuan Program KKN 164 IT membantu UMKM Almeera yang terdampak imbas pandemi Covid 19 Dusun Pundong, Desa Srihardono Kecamatan Banguntapan, Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta., untuk meningkatkan dan membangkitkan usaha UMKM Almeera kembali dengan cara memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada dan menginovasikan produk-produknya melalui packaging baru. Dengan adanya KKN IT ini diharapkan dapat berdampak positif bagi para pelaku UMKM terdampak untuk bisa meluaskan pasar mereka bahkan bisa sampai luar daerah dan menambah pendapatan mereka di masa pandemi ini. Target khusus dan luaran yang dihasilkan dari program KKN IT ini adalah meningkatkan produktivitas usaha melalui pemanfaatan IT dan perubahan packaging produk agar tampak lebih menarik. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pembuatan market place di Instagram dan toko pedia disertai dengan pelatihannya serta pembuatan packaging baru. Digitalisasi arsip dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengalihmediakan arsip dari manual menjadi arsip digital. Digitalisasi arsip dapat menjadi solusi atas kelemahan arsip manual. Manfaat digitalisasi arsip diantaranya untuk menghindari kerusakan arsip atau kehilangan arsip akibat bencana alam. Mitra pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan oleh Program Studi D-IV Kearsipan Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi dan Informasi Fakultas Ilmu Hukum, Ilmu Sosial, dan Ilmu Politik (FHISIP) Universitas Terbuka adalah Kelurahan Pamulang Timur Kecamatan Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia. Pada saat PkM dilakukan, Kelurahan Pamulang Timur belum menerapkan digitalisasi arsip. Pengelolaan arsip masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga memerlukan edukasi mengenai proses digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PkM adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan tujuan agar pengelola arsip dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melakukan digitalisasi arsip di Kelurahan Pamulang Timur.

Desa Pasirkaliki merupakan salah satu desa yang berada dalam wilayah kecamatan Rawamerta, kabupaten Karawang, provinsi Jawa Barat. Terdapat beberapa peternak bebek/itik dan kelompok usaha telur asin rebus yang diproduksi secara tradisional dengan jumlah produksi tidak terlalu besar, karena pemasaran yang terbatas yang disebabkan oleh banyaknya industri serupa, baik di desa maupun kecamatan yang sama, bahkan hampir disetiap kecamatan juga ada masyarakatnya yang produksi telur asin rebus. Terinspirasi dari telur asin asap Brebes, maka tim berinisiatif untuk membuat alat/tunggu pengasapan untuk memproduksi telur asin asap Pasirkaliki, melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Tungku pengasapan yang dibuat memiliki dimensi 60x60x150cm, terdiri dari 2 bagian, yaitu: bagian atas sebagai ruang pengasapan, dan bagian bawah sebagai tempat pembakaran batok kelapa, serabut kelapa, dan sekam padi. Tunggu ini juga telah dilengkapi dengan kompor gas dan panel kontrol, yang dapat mengatur dan mengontrol temperatur pada ruang pembakaran secara otomatis. Proses pengasapan dapat dilakukan pada telur asin yang telah direbus maupun belum direbus, tentunya dengan hasil yang berbeda. Proses pengasapan dilakukan dengan pengaturan berikut: telur asin yang direbus, diproses selama 4 jam pada suhu antara 70-75 o C untuk hasil maksimal. Sementara untuk telur asin tidak direbus, diproses selama 6 jam pada suhu antara 60-65 o C untuk hasil maksimal. Hasilnya untuk telur yang direbus, telur matang dengan sempurna terutama dilihat pada tampilan kuning telurnya, sementara untuk telur yang tidak direbus, tetap matang tetapi sedikit lebih lembek. Desa Sengkubang merupakan salah satu kawasan mangrove yang terletak di Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir, Kabupaten Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. Desa Sengkubang telah mempunyai Kelompok Masyarakat Pesisir yang peduli terhadap kelestarian mangrove. Akan tetapi pemberdayaan masyarakat belum mencakup masyarakat perempuan. Sebagian besar perempuan di Desa Sengkubang bekerja sebagai ibu rumah tangga atau membantu suami berkebun. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian berfokus pada pemberdayaan perempuan Desa Sengkubang melalui pemberian keterampilan yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kekayaan alam hutan mangrove disekitar tempat tinggal mereka. Pelatihan ketrampilan tersebut diharapkan para perempuan menjadi lebih produktif dengan memproduksi kerjainan resin dan totebag ecoprinting yang bernilai jual. Metode pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi dan pemberian pelatihan keterampilan. Peserta kegiatan adalah kelompok perempuan yang terdiri dari ibu rumah tangga berjumlah 21 orang. Peserta PKM menunjukkan sikap antusias dengan mengikuti pelatihan keterampilan pembuatan ecoprinting totebag dan hiasan resin. Peserta PKM (100%) menyatakan bahwa kegiatan tersebut sangat bermanfaat.

The phenomena of poverty on fishermen community are still on going until now. Some of the factors that led to their helplessness include: (1) programs that do not lead directly to the core of the problem, (2) bad financial management, (3) fish processing is still very rare, (4) technology is limited, (5) experts are still lacking, etc. This research will parse the poverty chain that is too long bind fishermen community in Jatimalang Village, Purworejo district. Through a community-based management approach, this study aims to find a pattern of empowerment that fits the needs of the local community. Furthermore, to strengthen human resources based on marine base. And, financial management by using sharia economic system. It is expected that this research can improve the system and economic structure of fishermen community, especially in Jatimalang village and other areas that have similar pattern and character so that will be quickly felt its usefulness.

Cockle (or “bia” in Gorontalo language) and lime (“limu” in Gorontalo language) can be found in Olele village, which is located nearby Tomini bay. The objective of this community service program was to disseminate information regarding the chemical content of the shell of cockles and the addition of lemon extract as a preservative, which has the potential as an eco-friendly toothpaste, to society. Further, this program was also aimed at improving people’s skills in processing the two products. The program consisted of mentoring and training activities. It was revealed that the program improved the knowledge of the local community, especially fishermen’s wives and the participants of the program, regarding the content of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) within the shells of cockle at 12,254.64 mg/kg, which could be used as a material of natural, eco-friendly toothpaste. On top of that, the people were also aware of the utility of lime as a preservative material. This community service program received support from the governance of Olele village. Integrated community service with the 2020 UNRI Real Work Lecture (Kukerta) aims to increase the knowledge of the government and village communities about the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMKam). It also aims to prepare BUMKam managers to be more optimal in developing BUMKam through management training and making business road maps. The object of its activities is BUMKam Dayun Mandiri. Training and mentoring are the main methods of this service activity. Starting with a survey to identify needs and possible solutions. Community service activities were started by making an alignment by the team and apparatus and the community at the Kukerta post. The FEB UNRI service team together with the apparatus and the community prepared a plan. Kukerta participants are trained to be facilitators by accompanying lecturers at the Kukerta locations. Then training for the preparation of BUMKam business strategic planning. Implementation of monitoring and evaluation to see progress, supervise processes and activities continuously, identify problems and deviations that often arise, formulate problem solving and compile periodic progress reports over a specified time period. BUMKam managers accompanied by Kukerta participants have been able to improve the BUMKam administration process. Both administrative management, financial accountability reports and loan distribution to micro and small businesses.
