Information technologies in modern society actively influence the state of political, economic, military and other spheres of public life. Russia’s strategic goal is becoming a full-scale entry into the global information society as its full participant, while maintaining political independence, national identity and cultural traditions. Solving this problem requires the development of a well-thought-out, purposeful state policy in the field of the development of the information society. In the Information Society Development Strategy, the construction of a knowledge society, a digital economy, the creation of a developed information infrastructure and a safe Internet are called strategic national priorities.The article analyzes the implementation of the Information Society Development Strategy in the Russian Federation. The directions of development of the modern state policy in the field of the development of the information society and ensuring the information security of Russia are investigated. The necessity of adopting a federal law on the digital economy, legislation that ensures the development of the information space of knowledge and independent functioning of the Russian segment of the Internet is substantiated.

The article reveals the features of social diagnostic studies of risks in the virtual space. The characteristics of various modern technologies of search, classification, transformation, analysis and presentation of information contained in the Internet, in relation to the solution of problems of applied sociological research of risks in various spheres of society. Practical examples show the role and place of traditional methods of collecting primary sociological information in the study of phenomena and processes on the Internet using search technologies, research and analytical services. The analysis of the source base on the problem of information search in the Internet and its interpretation in the conditions of «risk society» and «complex society» is made. The article substantiates the ways of more active and effective use of modern Internet search technologies in social risk diagnosis, as well as the adaptation of traditional sociological methods of collection and analysis of primary sociological data for these purposes. Assumptions about the development of sociological diagnostic methods and technologies for the study of risks in the Internet are also presented.

Currently, there is a large surge of interest in the development and widespread use of artificial intelligence in jurisprudence. Artificial intelligence penetrates the most diverse areas of legal activity, such as expertise, photo and video fixation, data analysis, decision support system, etc.In this article, the author attempted to summarize the approaches to the definition of artificial intelligence, its scope in law and development prospects.It is concluded that the improvement of legislation in accordance with the above areas should be comprehensive and carried out in stages. Moreover, the legislative approach should be ensured by combining the solution of various tasks not only in the field of information law and the application of digital technologies, but also within the framework of civil, administrative, tax and financial law.

In this Article the state of development of weak and strong artificial intelligence is considered. It is determined that the methods of weak artificial intelligence are part of automation and are used only in algorithmic space. The modern progress of their application is mainly connected with the growth of microelectronics capabilities. Strong artificial intelligence should solve creative problems in a non-algorithmic space and its development is carried out in the following directions: in the form of programs on a computer, by improving a person and creating bio-cybernetic systems. The possible direction of diversification of enterprises of the military-industrial complex associated with the production of domestic components for flexible automation is considered. It is noted the need to use modular approach to improve the profitability of production. It is stated that there is no domestic research devoted to the search for the values of the technological characteristics of unified units and assemblies for flexible automation.The paper presents a formalized description of the processes of functioning of flexible production systems, which allowed to open the necessary set of input data, including the technological characteristics of modules, components and assemblies and the form of presentation of simulation results for verification of program procedures.An example of a computer application to simulate the operation of a flexible production module, which allows to form the technological characteristics of a model range of components on the basis of multiple computational experiments, is given. An example of the regularities obtained as a result of computational experiments is given. For scientists and engineers involved in the production of components for flexible automation in mechanical engineering.

The article substantiates that crimes in the sphere of land transactions lead to violation of the legal rights and interests of owners and other owners of land, but in the practice of law enforcement agencies they are underestimated. On the basis of a specific sociological study, the determinants of registration of illegal transactions are determined; the legal regulations governing illegal transactions show the main inconsistencies of theory and practice, the contradictions of the provisions of the Civil, Land, Tax codes of the Russian Federation, as well as parts of Federal laws; the article substantiates the need to clarify the composition of Art. 170 of the criminal code; offers specific practical recommendations for optimizing the legal regulation of land relations in the Russian Federation.
