The article is devoted to the issue of improving fuel efficiency and environmental friendliness of cars serving the administrative and management personnel of the oil and gas complex. It is established that the effective ambient temperature, the color of opaque body elements, the power of the internal combustion engine and the passenger compartment volume of the car affects the fuel consumption and the number of specific emissions of harmful substances with exhaust gases when using the «climate control» installation. However, the simplest controllable factor is the color of the opaque body elements, which is characterized by light reflectance. In the course of experimental studies, the dependences of the change in fuel consumption and the share of reducing emissions of harmful substances from exhaust gases of passenger cars with the «climate control» installation on the light reflectance were established. A method has been developed to reduce fuel consumption and the number of specific emissions of harmful substances from exhaust gases of passenger cars with the «climate control» installation, which consists in imparting white color to the vehicle roof and allows reducing fuel consumption by 5.5–10.3 %, and specific emissions of harmful substances by 0.8–2.3 %.

The article describes the characteristics of simulation practices in modern society, the causes of the emergence and spread of imitations in the education system. The authors identified and classified into five groups the indicators of distribution of simulation practices in higher education. Groups of indicators include the interpretation of the results of sociological studies of the spread of imitations in higher education institutions of different years, contain conclusions and assumptions about the causes and consequences of the occurrence of imitations. The results of the expert survey on the impact of simulation practices on the development of the communication environment in the educational space and the problems arising during this process are presented. Among the problems the article highlighted the tension in relations not only vertically but also horizontally, which ultimately has a negative impact on the formation of the corporate educational environment.

This literature review is devoted to a common problem in children – neurogenic bladder dysfunction. The main types of neurogenic bladder dysfunction (NBD) in children (overactive bladder, underactive («lazy») bladder, stress incontinence, vesico-vaginal reflux and giggle incontenence) are presented. The importance of neurogenic bladder dysfunction as a predictor of chronic kidney disease is discussed. Emphasis is placed on diagnostic and therapeutic strategy for the treatment of NBD, including urotherapy and pharmacological treatment.

The relevance of the young professional choice study is related to the young people social integration which has the key value for the social and professional structure reproduction and economic growth of society. Problems of professional choice create risks for the successful integration of young people into education, labor and employment. The purpose of the paper is to determine the peculiarities of primary and secondary professional choice of young people, determined by the motives of choosing a future profession that are most common among young people, on the basis of the empirical data analysis. The research methodology is based on the concept of professional self- determination and the author's approach to the distinction between secondary and repeated professional choice.The research method reflects key indicators: the motivation of primary and secondary professional choice, preferences of higher education in the framework of the chosen profession, etc. The empirical basis of the research is the results of the author’s sociological survey of young people. On the example of student youth, author reveals a hierarchy of professional choice motives, characterizes the ratio of internal and external motives of such a choice. The key factors of young preference of higher education in the framework of the chosen profession are revealed. The secondary and repeated professional choice implementation at the vocational training stage of young people is analyzed. The repeated professional choice connection with the personal significance reassessment of the profession and motives associated with the change in the education profile, interaction in the new sphere of professional activity is substantiated. The research results can be in demand for the development of professional self-determination sociological concept and some branches of sociology; in the practice of regulating the interaction of the education system and the labor market.

A brief description of the factors that make up this situation, with the calculation of their weight coefficients. The article is devoted to studying the problem of the expediency of legislative consolidation of the presumption of police trust (on the part of the state), proposed in draft federal law No. 828616-6 «On Amendments to the Federal Law «On Police» and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation». The study and comparative legal analysis of regulatory documents governing the police activities of a number of countries did not reveal the legal presumption of police trust in the legal systems of these states. Legal aspects of the institution of police trust in foreign countries are revealed both in regulatory documents and in scientific discourse, primarily in the sense of the basic principle, criterion and factor of the effectiveness of the police.

The article analyzes the issues of information support of expert-analytical studies in the system of preparing scientific and technological documents in the interests of ensuring the country's defense and the security of the state.Recommendations on the use of big data technologies for the preparation of expert-analytical documents, formed by experts of the Federal Roster of Experts of the Scientific and Technological Sphere, on the integration of heterogeneous data using the potential of the expert community of the scientific and technological sphere are proposed.The methodology of the work is the formation, synthesis and systematization of scientific, technological and expert-analytical documents in the interests of ensuring the defense of the country and the security of the state using big data technologies and the scientific potential of experts from the Federal Roster of Scientific and Technological Experts in remote access mode.The results of the work are informational and analytical materials on priority areas of development of the scientific and technological potential of leading foreign countries on military technical security of the state, informational materials for expert and analytical support for the preparation and adoption of decisions on the scientific and technological support of national defense and security.The research results can be used by relevant government departments, leading universities, enterprises of the military-industrial complex during research and development and manufacturing products.

The development of such networks is shown on the example of the development of the regions of the East of Russia (Northern Transbaikalia) where the country’s large-sized mining areas and production facilities are located ensuring thereby the development of deposits of the most important minerals for the country’s economy including strategic metals.

The article proposes a system of indicators to assess the level of technological development in the field of research and development (R&D). As an approach to the study, a complex (integral) assessment is used. The initial information constituted the data of Rosstat, the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System (UIISS), the portal «Scientific and Technological Infrastructure of the Russian Federation». The analysis identified five groups of interrelated indicators that make up the composite index, which characterizes the level of technological development of the field of research and development at the regional level. In addition, existing information gaps were identified and suggestions for their elimination were formulated.
