The present paper deals with the study of amino acids and lipid concentration in the immature and mature oocyte in the fish Heteropneustes fossilis .It was observed that the essential amino acids under the influence of gonadotrophins play a vital role in the gonadal maturation as well as in the synthesis of various enzymes needed for steroidogenesis. In the present study, the rate of incorporation of amino acids and their transformation in gonads indicate their vital role in the maturation of gonads. In addition to amino acids, the lipid fraction especially the ester cholesterol and the phospholipid were also found to play a significant role during the sequential changes which occur during maturation process of the gonads of heteropneustes fossilis.

Most of the applications in cloud domains such as online data processing, Froud detection, large scale sensor network etc. where large amount of data should processed in real time. Earlier, for data stream processing, the centralized system environment was using with store and then process paradigms. After that some advancement has been introduced with distributed environment for data stream processing. Data Stream processing using novel computing paradigm which take query as input and splits that query into multiple sub queries and process the data on multiple sub clusters in such a way that reduces the distribution overheads. This kind of application generates very high input data which needs to process with the available clusters So High availability and elasticity are two key characteristics on the cloud computing services. High availability ensures that the cloud applications are sensible to failure. Elasticity is a key feature of cloud computing where availability of resources are related with the runtime demand. So in this paper we present a comprehensive framework for obtaining elasticity and scheduling technique for highly availability.

Abstract This study is a content analysis of thesis related with gamification area in Higher Education Council (YOK) Thesis Center database. It was figured out that the first thesis related with gamification concept was published in 2014 in YOK Thesis Center and a total number of 9 thesis were obtained by the end of 2015. It was revealed that 8 of these theses are master thesis and 1 of them is doctorate thesis. It was also figured out that thesis are mostly studied in Institute of Social Sciences. “Education and Instructionâ€, “science and technologyâ€, “computer and control†and “advertising/communication sciences†are frequently studied in the area of gamification as research subjects. When thesis is examined, it was determined that studies in the area of gamification are yet at the beginning of the road. Furthermore, it could be indicated that gamification will be an inseparable part of further research and application and usage area of gamification will be expanded in the future as well. In this study was intended to investigate the activities of the unit “Meet Our Body” in the Science and Tecnology course of the fourth grade in primary school education and whether there is a significant difference between this unit and the alternative activities designed by the researchers for the unit in terms of the accesablity of the target behaviours. In the study, both survey model and experimental model have been used. First, the opinions and suggestions of 50 primary education class teachers in Bursa regarding the current curriculum was handled. Then, development activities designed by the researchers was applied on the sample group consisting of 70 fourth grade students. The applications, which were planned as three hours per week, lasted 6 weeks in 2010- 2011 academic year spring term. The Unit Achievement Tests, The Teacher Curriculum Sight Survey, The Scientific Process Skills Scales, The Teacher Activity Assessment Survey and developed by the researchers and The Attitude Scale Towards Science and Tecnology Courses were used as data collection instruments in the present study. In the data analysis, the SPSS 11.5 statistics program was used and mean score, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, variance and t-test calculations through this program. Consequently, it was found that the alternative activities are more efficiently than unit activities on solving the basic problems the matter of time and the crowded classes. Furthermore, it was found that the alternative activities are more efficiently than unit activities on students’ achievements, attitudes towards to Science and Tecnology and the development of scientific process skills. It is thought of that, the development activity designs are assisted the usage of the Science and Technology education curriculum more efficiently. In recent years children and youths begin to consume energy drinks and defined as a supplement food that vitamins, protein, plant, plant and animal products in our country and around the world. Children and youths perceived these products as harmless because of selling in markets, internet and herbalists, the lack of age limit for buyer, missing information in media as well as the impact of popular culture. Even some parents’ unconscious behavior such as have their children consumed energy drinks because of especially developed for the attention of their children increases the rate of consumption of these products. However random and excess consumption of these products threaten the health seriously. Although there were studies about this subject in international literature, there were no studies about this subject in our country. Education is an important process which contributes in development of individual and community, which supports economic development and which ensures cultural values to be conveyed to future generations. Education level is one of the important indications of the development levels of countries and countries are able to advance in line with the importance they give to education. Under the scope of the study the theoretical scale of the education financing was examined initially and then a comparison was made between developed and developing countries regarding the education expenditures. In conclusion section the existing similarities – differences were explained. The purpose of the study is to compare the total education financing of the countries and to determine the existing financing differences. In order to reach the purpose, education statistic data of national and international institutions such as the World Bank OECD, EUROSTAT were used. Keywords: education expenditures, education financing, education expenditures/gdp, education, expenditures government budget

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of gender and age groups on wellness of university students. In order to gather data “Well-Star Scale” was used. Sample of the study was consist of 145 (111 women, 34 man) students. The ages of the participants ranged between 17 and 29 (1. Group: 17-22; 2. Group: 23-28, 3. Group: above 29). t test and one way variance analysis were employed for data analysis. It is found that the wellness scores of the man higher than woman. There is a significant difference according to the wellness scores of different age groups. It is apparent that wellness scores get lower as age increases. In terms of the subdimensions, there is a significant difference between the different age groups only in "meaning and purpose of life factor”. The Key Competencies dealt with in this study is within the framework of “Education and Training 2010” work programme as a white paper “Key competences for lifelong learning: A European reference framework”. This document mentions eight key competencies: communication in the mother tongue, communication in foreign languages, mathematical competence and basic competences in science and technology), digital competence, learning to learn, social and civic competences, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and cultural awareness and expression. This article uses a qualitative approach and aims to find out and analyze the activities in common practice, related to the Key Competencies, carried out at Early Childhood Education level, using observation and document analysis. Vojta-therapy is a useful method to address the issues in nervous and musculoskeletal system. within the course of the treatment, a selected stimulation is given to the sufferers with a view to cause the affected individual's body to carry out certain reflexive pattern actions. The repetition of this stimulation in the end brings forth the formerly blocked connections a few of the spinal cord and mind, and after a few sessions, patients can carry out those moves without any external stimulation. In this paper we proposed an automated vision-based totally monitoring device for proper therapy. We proposed an infant’s detection and popularity of specific moves in his/her various body elements at a few stage in the remedy process, the usage of RGB-D records. First, A robust template matching based set of rules is exploited for little one's detection using his/her face region. 2nd, various features are computed to capture the movements of various body parts in the course of the remedy. In the class stage, a multi-calss support vector machine (mSVM) is used to categorise the suitable movements of infant in the course of the remedy approach, which ultimately reveals the correctness of the given treatment. The proposed algorithm is evaluated on our challenging dataset, which grow to be gathered in a kids clinic. The detection and type consequences display that the proposed method is enormously beneficial to understand the proper movement pattern in-domestic remedy systems.
