In the current digital era, the use of On The Top (OTT) media such as the Netflix, Prime, Disney and other applications has become a very effective tool in promoting tourism through the drama industry. Drama acts as an effective tourism promotion tool and invites tourists to visit the country where the story is set. Dramas can generate interest in a country's culture and natural beauty, enrich tourists' experiences, and encourage them to explore the destinations depicted in dramas. Therefore, the aim of this research is to see the influence of the drama industry on increasing tourist visits, especially Indonesian tourists, to foreign countries. The design of this research is a literature review. Search for articles on Google Scholar and ProQuest with keywords based on Perception and Visit Decision. 640 articles were found in the 2013-2023 period, then screening was carried out and 39 relevant articles were found to be discussed and analyzed. The results of this research found that the influence of branding, content, celebrity involvement and social influences that influence perceptions can influence tourist visits. So it is hoped that this research will become a strategy that needs to be carried out by the film and tourism industry in Indonesia in the current era. Keywords: Branding, Content, Celebrity Involvement, Perception, Visit Decision, OTT, Drama.

Background: The purpose of this study was to know the implementation of Penn arthroplasty risk score (PARS) as predictors of the need for critical care after total joint arthroplasty in Sanglah General Hospital. Methods: Fifty-five patients who undergoing total hip replacement and total knee replacement at our institution between September 2019 and August 2020 are included to this study. The condition of patient pre and post operatively is calculated with PARS score. The PARS score of all patient then matches with decision of anaesthesiologist whether the patient is admitted to the intensive care unit post operatively or not. Results: In total of 55 patients undergoing total joint arthroplasty, there were 10 (18.2%) patients admitted to intensive care unit and 45 (81.8 %) patients admitted to ward postoperatively. Based on PARS score, there were 9 patients undergoing total joint arthroplasty who had score ≥ 3 of PARS score and all of those patients were matched with anaesthesiologist decision of administration of intensive care post operatively. Conclusion: The present study concluded that PARS score could be one of predictors of the need for critical care after total joint arthroplasty. A larger prospective study or may be a multicentre trial can further improve the interpretation of the results. Keywords: PARS score, intensive care, total joint arthroplasty, THR, TKR

Based on the pre-research activities covering interviews, observation and data documentation which were conducted in the fifth-grade of State Elementary School Pandeanlamper 05 Semarang (SD Negeri Pandeanlamper 05 Semarang), it was found that students encountered difficulty in comprehending and communicating mathematics questions, particularly with the measurement material. The underlying cause of this problem is the transition from online to offline learning. During the process of online learning, students tend to use gadgets, while during face-to-face learning, they do not. Moreover, students’ interest towards learning tends to decrease, because the modules used by the teachers are still limited and not various. Teachers have not integrated technology into learning activities optimally, which is supposed to be implemented to succeed in the improvement of students' mathematical communication skills in elementary school. Therefore, this research aims to develop and examine the effectiveness of developing a think-pair-share cooperative learning-based e-book module for mathematics subject in improving students’ mathematical communication for the fifth-grade students of SDN Pandeanlamper 05 Semarang. This research used the research and development (R&D) method and adapted the ADDIE model postulated by Branch. The instrument of data collection of this research was validation sheet questionnaires that were given to several expert validators, and the effectiveness tests were conducted in the control class and experimental class. The results of analysis from the media expert, material expert, and learning expert were obtained through the analysis of the quantitative data by using criteria guidelines with the assessment categories to determine the quality of the product that was being developed and to examine its effectiveness by using the independent sample t-test. The validation result taken from the media expert obtained a percentage score of 92% which can be categorized as "very feasible", the result taken from the material expert obtained a percentage score of 94,3% which can be categorized as "very feasible", and the result taken from learning expert obtained a percentage score of 95% which can be categorized as "very feasible", and also the result of t-test showed that the significance value of two-tailed test with t < 0,05 has a meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the collected data, it can be concluded that a think-pair-share cooperative learning-based e-book module in improving the students' mathematical communication skills of the fifth-grade students of SDN Pandeanlamper 05 Semarang is feasible to be used. Background: Radiological investigation requests get rejected by vetting radiologists, if they do not adhere to Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) guidelines and Ionizing Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations - IR(ME)R 2017 guidelines. This leads to significant delays for all three parties involved: the requesting clinician, the radiologist who vets the investigation, and the patient whose management is affected. Hence radiological investigation requests, which are the main means of communication between the referring clinician and the radiologist, should be appropriately filled in to facilitate the justification process and to optimize patient management. Aims/purpose: To evaluate the adherence of radiological investigation requests of inpatients from medical wards at University Hospitals of Leicester, to RCR guidelines and identify improvement areas, thereby reducing preventable patient delays. Methods: Data from 500 investigation requests of adult inpatients for common modalities of imaging (CT, X-Ray, and MRI) from medical wards at University Hospitals of Leicester were collected across two audit cycles, omitting any patient-identifiable information, and were analyzed for their completeness and adherence to RCR protocols. Results: Based on the analysis, inadequacies of imaging requests were identified, both in completion and adherence to RCR guidelines. In the initial audit cycle, even though more than 90% of the 250 investigation requests analysed contained clinical history, the name of requesting clinician and the question to be answered, only 64% of the investigation requests contained clinical examination or relevant investigation findings. In comparison to more than 94% of MRI and X-Ray requests, only 68.6% of CT requests adhered to RCR and IR(ME)R 2017 guidelines. In order to raise awareness and educate, the audit findings and recommendations were presented in a local medical teaching session within the hospital, and the same was propagated among medical doctors, through an online flyer. During the re-audit, another 250 radiological investigation requests were evaluated, where 73.3% of the requests included relevant clinical examination and/or investigation results and 76% of the CT requests adhered to iRefer guidelines for indication. Conclusion: Radiological investigation requests get rejected if it does not adhere to RCR guidelines for completeness (1) or indication (in compliance with IR(ME)R 2017)(3). This in turn results in delays in patient management. This could be minimized by increasing awareness about the above guidelines and the need for adhering to the same, thereby making sure all the necessary details are filled in and the investigation being requested is appropriate for the clinical indication. In recent years, there have been notable advancements in the critical care, including significant progress in medical knowledge, technological innovations, and the development of clinical expertise crucial for effectively treating patients. Numerous factors play a role in shaping the admission and discharge decisions made in the context of intensive care units. In this research we aimed to evaluate the effect of the time of the intensive care unit admissions, categorized as either "off hours" or "business hours," on the subsequent death rates among patients. We performed a retrospective investigation of the mortality rates of 1605 patients in intensive care unit between 2007 and 2010. We included all admissions to the intensive care unit without applying any exclusion criteria. The primary outcome measures in our study were the timing of admission, as well as the rates of discharge and mortality. "Business hours" denoted the time frame from 8:00 to 16:59 on weekdays, while "off hours" encompassed the period from 17:00 to 07:59 on weekdays and throughout the weekends. Significantly reduced mortality rates were evident among patients admitted on Mondays and Wednesdays in comparison to those admitted on other days (p=0.037 and p=0.045, respectively). Furthermore, the study revealed an elevated risk of mortality for admissions during weekends when compared with those admission on weekdays (p=0.005). The results found that a significant association was present between admission timing and mortality. Patients admitted on weekends and during off-hours exhibit an increased risk of mortality when compared to those admitted on weekdays during business hours. \"Business hours\" denoted the time frame from 8:00 to 16:59 on weekdays, while \"off hours\" encompassed the period from 17:00 to 07:59 on weekdays and throughout the weekends. Groundwater plays a vital role in sustaining human life and supporting public health. Numerous investigations into groundwater quality have been carried out on a global scale. Groundwater contamination is a widespread issue that adversely affects both ecological services and human health. Surface water contamination is different from groundwater contamination. Because contaminants are invisible and retrieving the resource is challenging with current technology. These contaminants in groundwater resources are usually colorless and odorless, making them difficult to detect. The main aim of this review is to focus on major sources of pollutants from natural and anthropogenic activities. Natural sources of groundwater contamination cause a wide range of problems with water quality problems, such as natural deposits of gypsum, minerals, salts, surface water with poor quality, seawater intrusion, and brackish water. Anthropogenic activities are industrial wastes (mining activities, solid and liquid wastes), agricultural sources (pesticides and fertilizers), urbanization (municipal wastes, land use practices, poor sanitary practice and landfill management), organic and inorganic components. This review revealed that it is necessary to generate and implement policies and regulations related to groundwater protection. This study also helps to understand contaminant sources better and reduce the effects of groundwater pollution for the public and governments. Problems found in pre-research at SDN Cangkiran 02 were the lack of use of technology-based learning media and less than optimal learning outcomes focusing on science learning. The research problem formulation is how to develop feasibility and improve student learning outcomes after using storyline-based Spedatua media that conveys material on the human body's circulatory system. This development research aims to develop learning media to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of articulate storyline-based Spedatua media. The research was conducted using the R&D (Research and Development) research model in Sugiono, which includes 10 stages, namely: (1) potential and problems; (2) data collection; (3) product design; (4) design validation; (5) design revision; (6) product testing (7) product revision; (8) trial use; (9) product revision; (10) producing products. The research aims to determine the results of the development and effectiveness of articulate storyline-based Spedatua media. The research results show that the articulate storyline-based Spedatua media is a learning media that can be used in material on the human body's circulatory system in science learning for class V elementary school. The articulate storyline-based Spedatua media was developed by looking at feasibility assessments by material, media, and language experts according to feasible criteria. The material suitability percentage was 91.6% with very feasible criteria, the media suitability percentage was 89% with very feasible criteria, and the language suitability percentage was 86.6% with very feasible criteria. The t-test results after using the articulate storyline-based Spedatua media showed differences in the average pretest and posttest scores. They have increased student learning outcomes by 33.2%. Meanwhile, the n-gain test results on the pretest - posttest showed that the average difference in learning outcomes was 0.638 in the medium criteria. So, there was an increase in learning outcomes before and after using the articulate storyline-based Spedatua media. Keywords: Spedatua, Learning Media, Science, Articulate Storyline.
