Artificial Intelligence is the way one can solve problems occurring in everyday life. A lot of mathematical solutions are presented as to how one learns and the way one should learn to give rise to some kind of intelligence. Deep learning is an example of this [1]. Problems occur everywhere from mathematics to computer science. Intelligence is needed to solve problems. This paper is about that. It presents a simple method or way to solve problems intelligently. The next heading describes as to how one could solve problems in an intelligent manner.

The aim of this investigation is to explore how the execution of representatives in present-day companies is influenced by training and development. The reason for this research is to look at the relationship between activities for training and development, recognize the factors that impact the adequacy of these programs, and propose proposals for improved methods. To attain these destinations, a mixed-method approach was utilized, including both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. The quantitative information was collected through a standardized survey dispersed to employees over diverse organizations, whereas the qualitative data was obtained through in-depth interviews with human resources specialists and supervisors. In arrange to infer noteworthy insights from the procured data, statistical analysis techniques were utilized near thematic analysis. The study's major findings appear an impressive advantageous affiliation between training and improvement and employee performance. Concurring with the findings, employees who took an interest in important and well-designed training programs had progressed levels of job performance, job satisfaction, and engagement. The study also found various components that affect the adequacy of training and development programs, such as leadership support, resource allocation, employee motivation, and organizational culture. These come about and have far-reaching consequences. Organizations that engage intensive and centred training and improvement exercises are more likely to see higher employee performance, job satisfaction, and organizational success. The inquiry emphasizes the significance of coordinating and training programs for personal worker necessities as well as corporate objectives. To optimize the adequacy of training and development exercises, it also highlights the significance of strong leadership support, legitimate resources, and a sound learning culture. The study's findings include the current body of information by giving empirical verification of the favourable impact of training and development on employee performance. The study's recommendations give businesses practical ways to progress the plan, execution, and appraisal of their training and advancement programs. At last, this inquiry could be a critical asset for HR specialists, directors, and decision-makers looking to develop a skilled and motivated staff and in this manner progress organizational execution in today's competitive financial world.

Anime is one of the media for Japanese society to convey messages. The messages are in the form of cultural values and myths that develop and originate from traditional Japanese culture. Belief in myths continues to grow, even influencing Japanese culture, art and literature. One of the myths that is still believed by Japanese people is the existence of "kami" (gods). Most Japanese people adhere to the Shinto religion and believe in Kami. We are all things that smell sacred in the surrounding natural environment. One of the “kami” that the Japanese people believe in is the Fox God Inari. The Fox God Inari is the god of virtue and fertility. Japanese people also believe in Hare Onna. Hare Onna who has the power to change rainy weather to sunny and is the messenger of God Inari. The existence of this Hare Onna can be seen in the anime Tenki no Ko by Makoto Shinkai. This study aims to reveal how the actors of the story, and the setting represent the Hare Onna by using the analytical descriptive research method and Stuart Hall's representation theory. The results of the study show that the actors of the story and the setting of the story represent the strong desire of the Japanese people to turn bad weather into sunny so that their activities can run smoothly and bring prosperity to the surrounding environment through the presence of Hare Onna.

The study seeks to evaluate the perception of the role of City Councils in the creation of small businesses. Using a descriptive research design, 150 questionnaires were administered to these owners by convenience. Data was analysed using descriptive statistics through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 2022 version). Results reveal that the majority of small business owners (51.3%) believe that the City Council does nothing to encourage the creation of small businesses. It was recommended that the City Council should act more as a facilitator for small businesses and encourage their creation and even their sustainability. This is because more businesses mean more revenues, and improved living standards both for the business owners and the City Council and its workers.

Women in ancient Greek culture, drama and education is a question which has been at the centre of the theoretical debate and creative experiences at least from the middle of the twentieth century until today. This paper proposes to revisit this question based on three principles. First of all, it refers not only to the dominant model of Athens but also to other parts of Hellenism, whose political systems may be democracies, tyrannies or hereditary kingdoms. Secondly, it draws its examples from the Greek metropolis of the 5th and the 4th centuries B.C., but also from other places and periods, which cover an area from the Mediterranean to Asia and a period long before and after the classical era. Thirdly, it envisages the question of ancient Greek women not only from the angle of culture, meaning literature and drama, but more generally in all the senses contained in the ancient term paedeia (παιδεία), including education. To clarify the meaning of this last point I would say that I am trying to highlight that what ancient Greek women were, depended in many ways on what their paedeia consisted in and, more precisely, on how they were educated.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a phenomenon intersecting different parts of the world. The East African Community which prides itself for enabling socio-economic, political and cultural integration between its member states has had to deal with uncertainties caused by misinformation about the pandemic, which in turn threaten to derail its objectives. In line with this, The East African newspaper stands out as a leading provider of information concerning each of the countries in the community. And although a report in the MarketWatch (2023) indicates that the World Health Organization expects to declare end of the pandemic some time in 2023 as the virus has become more like seasonal flu, The East African newspaper which has established itself as a leading provider of information covering the five (5) member states of the East African Community has continually reported on the pandemic. How this publication represents the pandemic can influence how its readers understand it. Thus, guided by the Social Representation Theory (SRT) and employing a critical content analysis approach, this paper examines how the newspaper uses imagery in creating social representations about the pandemic. This study contributes to the discourse of media representations of pandemics.

In general, objects in air transportation are passengers, baggage, cargo, and/or post. However, in its development, the existing air transportation also carries out the transportation of corpses. If it is related to the responsibility of the air carrier, then the position of the corpse in air transport is important to be studied in order to determine the form and limits of the air carrier's responsibility. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the position of the corpse in the law of air transportation, as well as the responsibility of the carrier in transporting the corpse by air. The method used in this research is legal research with conceptual approach, statutory approach, comparative approach, and case approach. Based on the research that has been done, it can be found that the position of the corpse in international and national air transportation law has been positioned as cargo. Consequently, the responsibility of the air carrier in the transportation of corpses is also based on the responsibility of the carrier in the carriage of cargo. This is of course inappropriate when applied to the transportation of corpses, because with such arrangements, heavier body will receive greater compensation than lighter body. Keywords: air transportation; corpse; responsibility; legal protection.
