This study aims to determine and analyze the contribution of transformational leadership styles and organization policy on employee job satisfaction which has implications for organizational performance in the Athamara Group. Some of the problems on Athamara Group as one of the national shipping company in Indonesia, namely, the level of employee job satisfaction and organizational performance is still low. The research sampling technique used a saturated sample of 102 people. Descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis were used as the analysis method. The results of this study are from seven proposed hypotheses, six of which are accepted and one of the hypotheses have no significant effect on organizational performance. The indirect contribution of transformational leadership style to organizational performance is through employee job satisfaction, although employee job satisfaction has no significant contribution on organizational performance. Finally, organizational policy has an indirect contribution on organizational performance through employee job satisfaction. The indirect contribution of organizational policy to organizational performance is through employee job satisfaction, although employee job satisfaction has no significant contribution on organizational performance. The key funding, that transformational leaders will convey organizational policy properly and appropriately, so that they are easily understood and implemented by employees.

Clean water is the main natural resource that is very important in human life because almost some of our daily activities require water such as bathing, drinking, washing clothes, cooking, etc. The purpose of this study is to analyze integration of quality function deployment method with theory of inventive problem solving in an effort to improve clean water quality in Tirtanadi Regional Drinking Water Company Sunggal Medan Branch. This research was conducted by using descriptive correlational method. The population of this research is the active customers of Tirtanadi Regional Drinking Water Company Sunggal Medan Branch. The number of active customers of Tirtanadi Regional Drinking Water Company Sunggal Medan Branch is 502,503 the number of subscribers in 2021. Because the number of customers is so large, the researcher draws the number of respondents using simple random sampling and random sampling of respondents based on the arrival of customers. Analysis of the results of data processing using the house of quality (HoQ) and the TRIZ method. From the results of the study obtained the following results that average level of importance, sorted from the highest value are the dimensions of turbidity, odor, color, taste, iron and residual chlorine. While the value of each dimension is 4.54; 4.33; 4.3; 4.21; 4.12; 4.00. Performance level analysis The order of the average value of the perception level starting from the largest is the dimensions of turbidity, odor, taste, color, iron and residual chlorine with a value of 3.90; 3.67; 3.65; 3.64; 3.56; 3.1. The level of improvement is a comparison between the value expected by the company and the level of customer satisfaction with water quality. Sales Point consists of data processing, it can be seen that there are 9 attributes worth 1.5 which means that changes in these attributes have a major effect on the quality of clean water.

5S is a systematic approach that helps to organize a workplace for increasing efficiency and reduce wasting of productivity by providing an organized safe environment. The objective of this paper is to emphasize the implementation of 5S principles for the workplace by reflecting a tooling problem of a manufacturing unit. This article examines the challenges experienced in the implementation of 5S methodology to optimize labor and safety in a manufacturing department by showing the gap of productivity caused while not having 5S methodology in workplaces. The time consumption analysis of 5S implementation through shadow boarding demonstrates workers who have been able to perform work more efficiently along with a significant reduction of searching time of tools. The results showed that 5S along with the shadow boarding technique creates improvement in efficiency, workspace, equipment search time, working environment, and safety. Consequently, this shadow boarding technique would strongly support the objectives of multinational companies to achieve continuous improvement and higher performance.

Compared with [1], in this paper, We will give first some sufficient conditions under which a (c)-mapping possesses an approximate fixed point sequence (AFPS). And then, we will prove that (c)-mapping has a fixed point. Finally, we will check some special properties of the fixed point sets of these mappings, such as closedness, convexity.

The design of a repurchase agreement related to the amount of goods remaining in the two-echelon supply chain between the retailer and the manufacturer is examined. Two scenarios are considered quite separately; In the first scenario (decentralized) in which the retailer determines the price of the product and the optimal amount of the economic order and the producer is persuaded to follow this method. In the second (centralized) scenario, the goal is to maximize the profit of the whole chain, in which case the price of the product and the amount of the economic order are determined based on the profit of the whole chain. Then, a model of repurchase agreement related to the remaining goods was considered based on cooperative play and contract between two members of the supply chain, in which the goal is to maximize the profit of chain members. Due to the uncertainty of the competitive environment, the demand is considering under uncertain in modeling to determine the optimal level of cooperation in a competitive and cooperative market. The results of the implementation of this contract in a numerical example showed that the profit of the whole chain and the amount of economically optimal order in the centralized state increased compared to the decentralized state and the optimal price of the product decreased. Due to the fact that in the decentralized state the retailer determines the values of the optimal variables, the profit of this member decreases in the centralized state and the producer's profit increases.

Optimization and selecting effective design parameters are a big issue in the field of product design and development. The optimal value determination for design parameters is a challenge for the furniture industry. Therefore, an appropriate statistical approach is required. In this research the full factorial two-level four-factor design of experiment method was used to determine the optimal values for a shape changeable furniture. For the m-chair’s- which can be used as a chair, floor bed, and table, four design parameters- bending axis material surface roughness, density of body material, width of the surface plane, and the number of bending axis were evaluated on basis of the performance time of shape changing where the optimal value of influential parameters were determined for a minimum reshaping time using minitab. This method can be implemented for unique product design. But for further study, different form changing times should be considered individually.

Today, paying attention to the interests of suppliers in supply chain management strategies is one of the important points in the success of long-term and strategic relationships with suppliers. Not paying enough attention to these points sometimes causes irreparable damage to the overall structure of the organization. In response to this need, researchers have developed and proposed different models according to different approaches. This research has presented a special model with the approach of answering these problems. This approach, which is based on the cuckoo optimization algorithm (COA), can solve the problems in multi-objective methods in addition to single-objective problems. This method based on the COA and the e-constraint method named COA/e-Constraint. The general approach of this method is to turn a multi-objective problem into a single-purpose problem, which is associated with increased efficiency. The model studied in this paper, with the aim of creating coordination between buyers and suppliers in the problem of supplier selection, is a three-objective model of cost, quality and delivery time, which is implemented to evaluate the performance of the proposed method. The results show the superiority of the proposed method over similar approaches in terms of creating a Pareto frontier.

We extend the concept of returns to scale in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to the weight restriction environments. By adding weight restrictions, the status of returns to scale, i.e. increasing, constant, and decreasing, may need a change. We first define "returns to scale" underweight restrictions and propose a method for identifying the status of returns to scale. Then, we demonstrated that this addition would usually narrow the region of the most productive scale size (MPSS). Finally, for an inefficient decision-making unit (DMU), we will present a simple rule for determining the status of returns to the scale of its projected DMU. Here, we carry out an empirical study to compare the proposed method's results with the BCC model. In addition, we demonstrate the change in the MPSS for both models. We have presented different models of DEA to determine returns to scale. Here, we suggested a model that determines the whole status to scale in decision-making units.Different models of DEA to determine returns to scale are presented. Here, we suggested a model that determines the whole status to scale in decision-making units.
