The main aim of this article is to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Education (EE) on students’ scope start-up activities (SSSA). The study sought also to examine the mediating role of three entrepreneurial characteristics as known subjective norm (SN), Entrepreneurial Attitude (EA), and Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) between EE and SSSA. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected from students in three institutions of Sfax university. Relationships between the variables were evaluated using factor analysis, reliability, correlations, descriptive statistics, and regression. The findings show a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurship education on the three entrepreneurial characteristics (EA, SN, PBC) and consequently on the student-scope startup activities. Further implications and limitations are also discussed in this article. Keywords: entrepreneurship education; entrepreneurial attitude; subjective norms; Perceived Behavioral Control; students’ scope start-up activities (SSS).

Working from home as a response to the global pandemic has brought significant chances to the world of work. This research aims to examine the implementation of remote work and its impact on employee performance.
The study demonstrates that employee performance is significantly influenced by the implementation of remote work. One of the benefits found is the flexibility of time provided by working from home, allowing employees to adjust their work schedules to their personal needs. Additionally, there is a positive correlation between employee productivity and a more comfortable work environment with fewer distractions.
However, the research also indentifies several challenges faced by workers when working from home. Feelingsof social isolation, a lack of team collaboration, and difficulties in communication are some of these challenges. Organizations need to provide adequate technologiical infrastructure and apporopriate training to ensure that employees can easily adapt to working from home when addressing these issuies.
Therefore, the implementation of remote work has a significant impact on employee performance. Benefits such as flexible working hours and increased pproductivity can be achieved, although there are some challenges that need to be addessed. Hance, it is crucial for companies to continuously monitoor and impprove remote work practices to optimiize employee performance in an ever-changing work environment.

Small and medium enterprises had difficulty coping with the Covid-19 pandemic as very few SMEs have made it through it, particularly in Nigeria. Strategic leadership has been acknowledged as a crucial asset and one of the driving forces of success among SMEs. This study examined the impact of strategic leadership on the performance of SMEs in Lagos, Nigeria, adopting a mixed-method approach. A total of 400 complete responses from SME managers were analyzed. While simple regression was applied for the analysis of the returned copies of the questionnaire, the qualitative interview results were obtained through thematic analysis. The results indicate that innovation capabilities significantly impact organizational performance. Hence, the study recommends that focusing on innovative capability of strategic leadership such as new product development, innovation activities, marketing intelligence, value creation and new ideas with radical changes are germane for enhancing performance.
