This systematic literature review examines the approaches of mental health nurses on children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to improve outcomes in education and beyond. A comprehensive search of databases such as PubMed, CINAHL, and PsycINFO was conducted, using Boolean operators and truncators to refine the search strategy. The review included 15 studies that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and thematic analysis was conducted to identify the key themes in the literature. The review found that mental health nursing support for children with ASD can be effective in improving educational outcomes and reducing problem behaviors. The key themes that emerged from the literature include the importance of early intervention, the need for a multidisciplinary approach, and the role of the nurse in promoting social inclusion and family involvement. The review also identified some limitations in the current literature, such as a lack of consensus on the most effective interventions and the need for further research to determine the long-term effects of nursing support for children with ASD. Overall, this systematic literature review highlights the importance of mental health nursing support for children with ASD, and the potential for such support to improve outcomes in education and beyond. The review provides valuable insights for mental health nurses, educators, and policymakers and emphasizes the need for a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to supporting children with ASD.

The current political uncertainty casts doubt and critical issues of gender inequality in Afghanistan has a harmful impact on the economic resilience of the country. With limited national economic data and limited access to education, employment, and financial resources, it is difficult to provide full-scale policy practices in the new economic resilience. Despite a significant drop in per capita income, half of the country's 40 million population, girls and women, have been deprived of basic rights and freedom. Following the takeover Aug 2021, the economy contracted by 20.7 percent, with another 3.6 percent contraction followed in 2022. Afghanistan has become one of the poorest countries in the world, with a population growth of around 2% and a peak decline in the economy due to strict gender-based employment policies (UNDP, 2023), (UNDP, 2016). With the return of the DFA government women rights participation in work force and education dramatically regressed(HRW, 2022), (BBC, 2021) . These brief findings suggest that how equal gender participation will be effective and can build more resilient and inclusive economy for sustainable future. This policy brief emphasizes the critical components of success, such as political will, active participation of civil society organizations, adequate funding, and international support. Furthermore, the brief advocates for entrepreneurship to ensure equal gender representation in economic growth. Recognizing the urgent need for transformative change, this comprehensive approach focuses on SDG goal 5 gender equality, understanding that economic growth cannot be achieved if half of the population is unable to work. This roadmap leads to women's empowerment in the socioeconomic landscape(COD, 2022),(UNDP, 2019). By providing an overview, this brief fully supports the initiatives of women's participation in public and private spheres. In summary, this policy brief envisions a future in which women's empowerment serves as a catalyst for transformative change, providing Afghanistan with a sustainable and inclusive path forward.

This study aimed to determine the significant relationship between service quality and customer engagement in Kaputian Beach Park. Convenience sampling, which included 70 customers, was used. Through non-experimental quantitative descriptive-correlational research technique, validated questionnaire, Mean, Pearson-Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (Pearson-r) and Multiple Linear Regression; results showed that the level of service quality was high or oftentimes manifested. It was also found that the level of customer engagement was high or oftentimes manifested. There was a significant relationship between service quality and customer engagement. This implies that customers are more likely to engage with the business when the service quality is high. This could mean more frequent interactions, longer sessions, higher satisfaction rates, increased loyalty, and more purchases. Accordingly, empathy best influences customer engagement. It was recommended that the beach resort management may continue to prioritize and enhance the quality of service, with a particular focus on demonstrating empathy. This could involve training staff to understand better and anticipate customer needs, personalizing services where possible, and creating an environment where customers feel valued and understood.

The dangerous virus so far has been the new Coronavirus A shocking turn of events has resulted in a catastrophic disease that has swept the globe. This lethal outbreak has sparked worries about the burden it puts on healthcare systems, especially when it comes to serving a sizable population that needs urgent care. RT-PCR RAT has emerged as the two main tests used to meet the urgent demand for diagnostics. These tests are preferred because they can produce results quickly. However, relying only on these two approaches has several drawbacks. The issue is made worse by the fact that many countries struggle to obtain enough testing kits. Further complicating the problem are reports of false-positive results. Chest X-rays are a supplemental tool that can be extremely helpful in reducing these difficulties and stopping the spread of COVID. Healthcare practitioners can get quick findings from RT-PCR testing and chest X-rays, allowing patients to take the required precautions immediately. This multifaceted strategy improves the effectiveness of diagnosis and therapy while easing pressure on testing facilities. Utilizing the benefits of various diagnostic techniques, we can address the current issue more skillfully and protect public health. In order to categorize patients with COVID-19 using chest X-ray (CXR) pictures, A CNN Model is first implemented within this research. The Kaggle-sourced dataset for this study consists of two kinds of images: infected and healthy. Techniques for transfer learning are used to improve the CNN. Model’s functionality and effectiveness. We want to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the classification process specifically for COVID-19 identification in CXR pictures by utilizing existing knowledge and skills from pre-trained models. After applying several transfer learning techniques we face the problem of overfitting. To overcome that overfitting, we used residual blocks (skip-connection). After applying this model, we got an accuracy of 96%. So, this technique will help in the future to avoid all problems of expenses and difficulties that we face in hospitals. Overall, this technique has the potential to enhance the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of Covid-19 classification, making it an important tool in the fight against the pandemic.

The word agro-industrialisation comprises the industrialized production of cattle, poultry, fish, and crops, characterized by large-scale and capital-intensive processes. This article investigates the multidimensional impact of agro-industrialisation, stressing the beneficial contributions to global food production with its environmental repercussions. Agro-industrialization is essential for equitable development, but as it advances in many African nations, including Ghana, obstacles stand in the way of its ability to be fully inclusive. Africa has prospects for industrialization as the demand for processed agricultural products and ready-to-eat commodities rises despite obstacles. This essay concentrates on Ghana's agriculture industry, highlighting its vital role in the nation's economic development. Crops, cocoa, cattle, forestry, and fisheries are just a few of the subsectors that make up this industry. Specifically, the agriculture subsector is quite important, making up roughly 66.2% of the sector. Food processing is an important part of Ghana's agricultural environment, and it is mostly driven by small- and medium-sized farms that operate in the unofficial sector. The function of each in the economy is highlighted as the report divides agro-processing into household and factory processing categories. Employment and the use of local resources are aided by domestic processing, which is frequently done by female employees with little formal training. Through export operations, factory processing—which is primarily operated by foreign or governmental entities—contributes greatly to the economy. Agro-processing has a crucial role in improving nutritional value and lowering post-harvest losses, which promotes food security and stable income. Notwithstanding, the industry confronts obstacles like restricted value addition, administrative impediments, and inadequate connections with marketing and banking services. There are still chances to add value to agricultural commodities in spite of these obstacles, especially in the export of processed horticulture goods. The study emphasizes the necessity of developing policy plans that support inclusive and sustainable agro-industrialization in Ghana. It promotes an all-encompassing strategy that solves the difficulties small and medium-sized agro-processing farms face and promotes increased value addition. Ghana can achieve inclusive growth, create jobs, and aid in the transformation of its economy by realizing the promise of agro-industrialization and agro-processing.

In response to the widespread pest infestation, a thriving industry has emerged, leveraging pest control for income and stability. Technological advances have revolutionized the field, introducing more efficient pest extermination methods. With the proliferation of Pest Control Services, intensified competition underscores a focus on customer satisfaction. This study evaluates service quality in Baguio City, examining compliance with client requirements, overall service quality, and the relationship between compliance and perceived quality. Using a descriptive correlational design, the researcher employed a survey questionnaire for 140 clients. Findings reveal high compliance (mean average of 3.71) and perceived very high service quality (mean score of 3.91). A significant moderate relationship (correlation coefficient of 0.372) links compliance and perceived quality. Common challenges faced by providers include delayed reports, billing issues, scheduling conflicts, document requirements, and concerns about protective gear. Conclusions highlight the industry's commitment to meeting client needs, emphasizing providers' capability for high-quality service. The study suggests that compliance may not solely influence perceptions, urging continuous service improvement. Recommendations include designing functional protective gear, formulating timely responsiveness policies, enhancing compliance at higher service quality, and institutionalizing personnel training for sustained quality service delivery.
