Preventing child marriage is a global issue that requires serious attention from various parties, including parents, as the main agents of change in the family environment. This research aims to discuss the important role of parents in preventing underage marriage and how strengthening their role can be the key to overcoming this problem. Several sub-districts in Sragen Regency, Indonesia, still have quite high numbers regarding the number of marriages of underage children. The marriage of underage children is a social and legal problem that has a negative impact on the lives of children who marry. Changes in regulations regarding the age limit for couples who want to get married, which are contained in Law Number 16 of 2019, are apparently unable to slow down the rate of marriage of underage children. Apart from that, it was found that strengthening the family economy can also play an important role in preventing the marriage of underage children. By increasing parents' access to jobs and economic resources, they can provide a more stable and supportive environment for their children. By increasing the role or obligations of parents towards children, it is hoped that they will be able to prevent child marriage.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between work quality and the loyalty of security personnel as a key factor in achieving productivity at PT. Prima Gunabuat. Qualitative analysis methods are used to evaluate technical competence, work ethics, and compliance with operational standards as dimensions of work quality. The research results show that high work quality positively influences the loyalty of security personnel. Loyalty of security personnel, reflected in adherence to operational tasks and active participation in achieving the company's vision, was identified as a key factor that increases productivity. Guaranteed security, supported by optimal work quality, creates a work environment that allows full focus on core tasks. In conclusion, investment in developing the work quality of security personnel is necessary to build a strong foundation for continued loyalty, create a positive work environment, and increase overall productivity. This research provides valuable insights for similar companies on optimizing human resource potential to achieve business goals.

Intellectual Capital as a tool to measure intangible assets become popular recently especially when technology and knowledge started to work together. The study examines the relationship between intellectual capital and financial performance Listed on Indonesian stock exchange from year 2015 to 2020. The study used value added intellectual capital (VAIC) methods for measuring intellectual capital and by running the regression to analyze the relation between financial performance and intellectual capital. The results indicate that intellectual capital contributes to ROA, ROE, and Tobin’s-q as proxy for financial performance. The Study further extends the understanding of the functions of intellectual capital to build good financial performance for a company.

In the field of literacy education, educators employ strategy-based instructional methods to tailor their approaches for diverse reading types. This study explores the effectiveness of such methods in improving students' comprehension proficiency and assesses teachers' perceptions of their success. The investigation aims to measure the impact of strategy-based education on reading comprehension, delving into its role as a catalyst for heightened proficiency among students. Additionally, it examines teachers' perspectives on the efficacy of these methods in fostering comprehensive understanding. Rooted in existing literature, the research builds upon the assumption that strategy-based instruction significantly contributes to enhancing reading abilities. Drawing on prior studies, including one focused on basic education learners, this research investigates the advocacy for instructors to use strategy-based approaches in teaching reading to enrich comprehension. The literature review indicates that strategy-based instruction is not only effective but also enjoyable for teachers to implement in the classroom. Previous study results suggest that this approach aligns with pedagogical objectives and serves as an engaging tool for educators, promising a positive impact on students' reading abilities. This study aimed to determine the significant relationship between total quality management (TQM) practices and managerial capabilities of school administrators and the performance of public junior high school teachers in the Division of the Island Garden City of Samal. Universal sampling was used, which included ten (10) school administrators and 240 public junior high school teachers. Through non-experimental quantitative descriptive-correlational research technique, validated questionnaire, frequency and percentage, mean, Pearson-Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (Pearson-r), results showed that 50% of the school administrators have Master’s Degree units and 1 to 5 years of experience as school administrators. Most school administrators have attended 11 to 15 seminars and trainings. It was found that school administrators' total quality management practices and managerial capabilities were very high or always manifested. It was also shown that the performance of public junior high school teachers was outstanding. There was a significant relationship between school administrators' TQM practices, managerial capabilities, and teachers' performance. This implies that when school administrators employ effective total quality management practices and demonstrate strong managerial capabilities, it positively impacts teachers' teaching performance. Accordingly, teamwork and community building have the highest influences on teaching performance. It was recommended that a management plan should be proposed and implemented.

Grounded in Savickas' Career Construction Theory (2002), the research delves into students' evolving career goals, perceived skills preparedness, and identified areas requiring more focus within their education. A comprehensive literature review integrates findings on the significance of aligning educational programs with career goals, the impact of skills preparedness on job satisfaction, and the importance of student feedback in enhancing accountancy education. The theoretical framework synthesizes these insights, emphasizing the adaptive and constructivist nature of career development. Five qualitative interview questions were formulated to capture the nuances of students' experiences and perceptions. The study contributes valuable insights to the ongoing discourse on accountancy education, aiming to inform curriculum development and educational strategies that align with both students' aspirations and industry demands. Ang pananaliksik na ito ay nakatuon sa mga mag-aaral na may edad na labindalawa, kung saan lumalabas ang masusing pagbuo ng kanilang kakayahan sa komunikasyon. Isinagawa ang deskriptibong disenyo ng pananaliksik sa isang pribadong paaralan sa Baguio City noong taong 2023-2024. Sa aspeto ng akademika, ang pangunahing suliranin na naiulat ng mga mag-aaral ay ang pag-aatubiling magtanong kapag may hindi nauunawaan sa kanilang itinuturo. Sa sosyalisasyon, nasubok ang kanilang kakayahan sa paggamit ng wikang Filipino at ang paghahalo ng iba't ibang wika tulad ng Ingles at Ilocano. Ito'y nagresulta sa pagiging mahiyain ng mga mag-aaral sa pagsagot sa resitasyon at sa kahirapan sa pag-uumpisa ng isang pag-uusap. Bilang tugon sa mga hamong ito, natuklasan sa pagsusuri na nag-aapply ang mga mag-aaral ng pagsasanay sa sarili upang mapabuti ang kanilang kasanayan sa pagsasalita ng Filipino. Ang pag-aaral ay nagbibigay-diin sa kahalagahan ng wikang Filipino hindi lamang sa larangan ng akademika kundi pati na rin sa kanilang pangsosyal na buhay. Sa kabuuan, ipinapakita ng pagsusuri na ang pagpapahalaga at paghubog ng kasanayan sa Filipino ay may malaking bahagi sa pag-unlad ng komunikasyon at pakikipag-ugnayan ng mga mag-aaral.

The aim of this paper was to determine the effect of teaching methods on the performance of Mathematics students in public day Schools in Rwanda” A case of Karongi District’. The study used descriptive research design. Stratified sampling was used to determine a sample of 6 schools among other public secondary schools in Bwishyura sector in Karongi District. The head teachers of the sampled schools were purposively selected to participate in the study. Simple random sampling technique was further applied to obtain Mathematics teachers and students of senior 4,5 and 6, making 783 target students. The study used a sample of 230 respondents from the sampled schools. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis through the statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 21. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The probability value of the regression estimate was used in testing the hypotheses of the study. The result of the regression analysis indicates that demonstration Method has a positive effect on Performance of Mathematics students in public secondary Schools in Karongi District and the relationship is statistically significant (p=>0.05) and the relationship is in line with a priori expectation. Results showed significant positive relationship between demonstration method and the performance of Mathematics students (r = 0.699; p= 0.000). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that demonstration method contributed to 73% of variation on the performance, hence plays a vital role in performance of Mathematics students in public secondary schools in Karongi District.
