This study aims to determine the effect of sanctions, field raids and the E-SAMSAT program on the compliance of motorized vehicle taxpayers in the district of West Sumbawa. The population in this study is motor vehicle taxpayers who use E-SAMSAT and are registered at the SAMSAT Taliwang office, West Sumbawa Regency with a sample of 100 taxpayers. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it shows that tax sanctions have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, field raids have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, and the E-SAMSAT program has a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Companies are faced with the challenge of meeting the increasing demands of customers. The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) is a standard in improving the quality of company services that can improve company performance. This study aims to identify and evaluate the effect of TQM variables such as customer focus, obsession with quality, continuous improvement efforts, and teamwork on the performance of CV Sari Yoga Catering. This study uses associative methods and data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression. The main results of the study stated: 1) The variables focus on customers and continuous improvement have a positive and significant impact on company performance. 2) The variable of obsession with quality, teamwork does not have a significant effect on company performance. It can be concluded that companies that focus on providing the best service and always improving existing processes will improve companyperformance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 66 orang karyawan yang ditentukan dengan sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara dengan alat analisis statistik inferensial Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan motivasi kerja memediasi secara parsial komplementer pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi penelitian ini secara teoritis selaras dengan penelitian terdahulu, secara praktis pihak manajemen PT. Mitra Krida Mandiri Jimbaran dapat meningkat kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan memberikan pengembangan karir kepada karyawan agar karyawan menjadi termotivasi sehingga merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja. The batik industry plays a role in the socio-cultural life of the community so that this business can continue to grow and develop. This research was conducted at one of the shops engaged in the batik industry, namely Sari Amerta Batik Collection. It was found that there were problems regarding consumer buying intentions which were allegedly influenced by several factors including promotion, e-wom, and brand image. The population of this research is the consumers of Sari Amerta Batik Collection who are domiciled in Gianyar Regency, with a specified number of samples as many as 100 respondents. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling method. Research data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly. The data that has been collected was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect between promotions on repurchase intentions. This means that the higher the promotion, the higher the intention to repurchase. There is a positive and significant effect between e- WOM on repurchase intention. This means that the better the e-WOM, the higher the intention to repurchase. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on repurchase intention. A company must be able to survive and compete must be supported by good human resource management. This study aims to analyze the role of work life balance in mediating the effect of workload on employee work stress at the Discovery Kartika Plaza Kuta Hotel. This study used a sample of 106 employees. The method used in this study is a survey method with questionnaire techniques and interviews with the PLS-based inferential statistical analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that workload has a positive effect on work stress. Workload has a negative effect on work life balance, work life balance has a negative effect on work stress, and workload can be mediated by work life balance on work stress. The implications of this research are to prove The Job Demands Control Model Theory and its relation to research variables. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Workload, Work Stress.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of brand awareness in mediating the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention on Sensatia Botanicals products. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. Research data was collected using an online questionnaire with a total sample of 100 respondents. A non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling, is used to determine the samples. This study used path analysis, sobel test, and VAF test. The results of the study show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness; brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; and brand awareness mediates the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention. Sensatia Botanicals should increase interactive content on social media, create attractive campaigns, and focus more on introducing the advantages of its products compared to competitors. This study aims to examine whether transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior affect employee performance at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung. In this study the population will use all employees at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung as many as 35 employees divided into permanent employees and contract employees. Non-Probability Sampling technique is used for sampling with saturated sampling method, where all the population is used as a sample with a total of 35 employees. The data analysis technique is done with multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and t test. The results of his research show that positively and significantly Transformational Leadership, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship behavior affect employee performance at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung, so it can be concluded that if the independent variables used have increased, it will increase employee performance. One important factor for the success of a company is employee performance. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of quality of work life on employee performance at Hotel The One Legian Badung. This study used a sample of 72 employees which was determined by saturated sampling. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and questionnaires. Path analysis and Sobel's test were used as data analysis techniques. Research findings show that quality of work life influences employee performance positively and significantly. Quality of work life influences organizational commitment positively and significantly, organizational commitment influences employee performance positively and significantly, and quality of work life can be mediated by organizational commitment to employee performance. This study examines the effect of Environmental Knowledge Integratoin (EKI), Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS), Green Ambidexterity (GA) on Environmental Performance (EP) in SMEs in Talaud. Where the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Environmental Knowledge Integration (EKI), Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS), Green Ambidexterity (GA) on Environmental Performance (EP) in SMEs and assist SMEs in dealing with emerging ecological environmental problems. By distributing questionnaires to employees working in SMEs in Talaud and collecting 120 responses from the survey conducted. From the survey and data processing, this research found that Environmental Knowledge Integration (EKI) does not have to reflect stakeholder pressure but is a proactive action in reducing sustainability issues in increasing Environmental Performance (EP), and in this case the Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS). ) Required to acquire, develop, and retain employees to bring the belief in green values into the workforce. The practice of the Green High Performance Work System (GHPWS) greatly assists SMEs in the process of training, recruitment, selection, evaluation of compensation performance and even employee participation policies as well as for maintaining green processes and product innovation where this can improve Environmental Performance (EP). This study to determine the effect of digital marketing, service quality, products on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT Unionfam Azaria Berjaya during the Covid 19 Pandemic, totaling 253 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is SEM AMOS 23. The results of the hypothesis are that digital marketing and product quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction, while service quality has no effect on purchasing decisions through satisfaction.
