Indonesia is a country with high internet users. The high number of internet users provides opportunities for online businesses in Indonesia to develop, one of which is the Tokopedia marketplace. This study aims to analyse the role of trust in mediating the effect of brand image on purchase intention. This research was conducted at the Tokopedia marketplace in Denpasar City with a sample size of 110 respondents using a questionnaire using a Likert Scale. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling model with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS for windows program. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that brand image and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a positive and significant effect on trust, and trust partially mediates the relationship between brand image and purchase intention. The implications of this study can be a reference for the Tokopedia company to be able to develop strategies in an effort to maintain and improve brand image and consumer confidence, so as to increase consumer interest in transacting through Tokopedia. Instansi pemerintahan desa memiliki peranan yang penting dalam pelaksanaan programprogram pemerintah. Perangkat desa sebagai pembantu Kepala desa dalam menjalankan pemerintahan desa haruslah dikelola dengan baik agar mencapai kinerja maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sukawati Gianyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sukawati Gianyar sejumlah 188 orang pegawai, Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 128 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pimpinan masing-masing perangkat desa di Kecamatan Sukawati Gianyar untuk dapat mempertahankan kinerja pegawai dengan memperhatikan faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin dari setiap pegawai. Women have dual roles as breadwinners and housewives. So that it creates conflicts for the family and its work so that it considers leaving the job. In addition, the dual role causes prolonged fatigue. This study aims to determine the relationship of work family conflict to turnover intention mediated by burnout for married and working women. The research was conducted in Gianyar Regency with the criteria of married and working women. The number of samples was 112 respondents. The analysis technique used SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS approach, and VAF test to test the mediation effect. The results showed that work family conflict has not direct effect on turnover intention, burnout has a positive effect on turnover intention, work family conflict has a positive effect on burnout, and burnout is proven to mediate the relationship between work family conflict and turnover intention. Companies that manage to survive in the midst of many competitors are the result of human resources who play an important role in it. This study aims to explain the mediating role of job satisfaction in the influence of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. The study in this research was conducted in Green Kubu Cafe. The population in this study were 61 Green Kubu Cafe employees. The method of determining the sample in this study uses Non-Probability Sampling with the census method where the entire population will be selected to be used as a sample. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires as measured by 49 indicators using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and sobel test. The results showed that organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction was partially able to mediate the effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. If the organizational justice of Green Kubu Café employees increases, job satisfaction will arise and will encourage the emergence of OCB of Green Kubu Café employees. The study of Indonesian Migrant Workers in Taiwan is intended to explore how the type of business is being run and reveal of entrepreneurial motivation of women of (PMI) in Taiwan. The research findings show that 34 persen of womenpreneurs PMI in Taiwan run businesses in agriculture, while 18 persen of PMI run businesses in the food and beverage sector. Meanwhile, womenpreneurs PMI in Taiwan who have businesses in online business are 18 persen and the remaining 30 persen of each PMI have various businesses including clothing, retail, handicrafts, workshops, internet cafes, resellers, and investors for businesses owned by other entrepreneurs. In managing their business, as many as 70 persen of PMI entrepreneurs in Taiwan build business partnerships, through profit sharing system with their business partners, and the remaining 30 persen are PMI in Taiwanese women entrepreneurs who run their businesses independently. Entrepreneurial motivation for PMI in Taiwan women entrepreneurs to open a business in Indonesia is mainly influenced by factors of economic support for the family and the environment. PMI in Taiwan Womenpreneurs are also motivated in developing skills for business advancement and instead their motivation for starting a business is because of the desire to be close to family. Employee performance is the result of employee work that can be fulfilled by increasing work motivation and organizational culture. This study aims to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance at Jimbaran Bay Seafood Kedonganan with a total sample of 58 employees. Data collection uses interview and questionnaire methods with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques. The results of the study found that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate positively and significantly the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The results of this study imply that employees who apply organizational culture appropriately will encourage employee motivation and will directly improve employee performance at Jimbaran Bay Seafood Kedonganan. This research is motivated by the importance of the involvement of human resources at the Mengwi sub-district office in calling for goals. To achieve organizational goals can be realized by managing human resources through efforts to increase job satisfaction. Satisfaction can be influenced by work-life balance and work motivation in employees. Based on this, the purpose of this study was to analyze the role of motivation in mediating the effect of work-life balance on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the District Office of Mengwi District. The population in this study were all civil servants in the Mengwi sub-district office, as many as 51 civil servants. Sampling used the saturated sample method. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a path analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Work motivation plays a role positive and significant in mediating work-life balance on job satisfaction. The suggestion for this research is that the Mengwi Sub-District Head Office should re-evaluate the workload given to its employees, provide working hours in accordance with government regulations with the 8-hour working period and provide regular and effective training or training. Bali has many businesses engaged in hospitality services and the majority of people work in tourism, therefore, hotels need to pay attention to the performance of their human resources to always improve the quality of the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of motivation in mediating the effect of training and career development on employee performance. The basic theory used to explain the conceptual model in this study is Maslow's needs theory. This research was conducted at Risata Bali Resort and Spa. Respondents in this study were all employees with permanent status with a total of 76 employees. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The techniques used in this research are path analysis and sobel test. The results of data analysis show that training and career development have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, training, career development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation is able to mediate the effect of training and career development on employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by optimizing training and career development so as to increase employee motivation and performance. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of each product quality, price, and brand image variable on the purchase intention of Oppo smartphones in Denpasar. The population of this research is smartphone users in Denpasar. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method consisting of 120 respondents. Data was collected using a google form questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy Oppo smartphone products. This means that the better the quality of the product, the higher the consumer's purchase intention. Price has a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy an Oppo smartphone. This means that the more affordable the price of the product, the better the price competitiveness, the more in accordance with the quality, and the more suitable the price is with the benefits, the intention to buy Oppo smartphones will also increase. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. This means that the better the brand image that is embedded in the minds of consumers, the higher the consumer's purchase intention for Oppo smartphones. Loyalty is the loyalty and willingness of employees to complete assigned tasks in order to provide maximum results for the company. This research was conducted because there is a phenomenon that occurs at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, namely the lack of employee loyalty, the inconsistent implementation of transformational leadership, the lack of motivation from the leadership, and the employees not being optimal in implementing work-life balance. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, and work-life balance on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The number of samples used was 40 employees using a saturated sample. Data collection in this study was carried out using interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Sanur Jaya Utama. The results of this study provide practical implications, which are expected to be material for consideration and input for the leaders of PT. Sanur Jaya Utama to consistently carry out the transformational leadership style, motivation, and work-life balance.
