A hybrid sensorless control system for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drives using I-f startup method then a smooth transition to EKF-based (Extended Kalman Filter) sensorless field oriented control (FOC) is proposed in this paper. The solution of I-f simple startup method is suitable for the low-speed sensorless control without initial rotor position estimation and machine parameters estimation. And EKF-based sensorless FOC is appropriate for the medium- and high-speed sensorless control. Therefore, combining the two approaches, the PMSM can be controlled from standstill to the high speed operation smoothly. In this paper, firstly, the mathematical modeling of PMSM is introduced. Also, the I-f startup method and the rotor position estimation algorithms of EKF are conducted. Secondly, a very high-speed IC hardware description language (VHDL) is presented to describe the behavior of the adopted estimation and control algorithm. Finally, to verify the correctness of the designed VHDL code of the adopted estimation and control algorithm, a co-simulation work is constructed by Simulink and ModelSim and some simulation results are demonstrated.

With the improvement of science and technology in the information era, more and more higher learning institutions introduced IT application into their day-to-day management. IT-based teaching management not only makes school management more efficient, but also provides more accurate messaging on campus. China's IT-based management still has room for improvement, and there remain some problems in IT-based management on campus. Only by addressing such problems can we greatly improve the efficiency and level of teaching management in schools. This article mainly elaborates on the advantages of IT-based teaching management, analyzes the status quo and problems in this regard, and explores measures for optimizing the management of teaching information, in a bid to help effectively improve the teaching management of schools.

Enhancing the usage of electronic medical records requires everlasting efforts. Moreover, prior studies ignored the influence of social interaction on behaviors because they contended that individual actions are isolated from one another. In fact, however, social influence plays an important role in determining users' intention to use electronic medical records. This study is therefore based on the conformity of behavior perspective and explores factors that influence the intention to use the electronic medical record system. This study extends the contagion model. Results showed that social influence affect behavioral intention to use the electronic medical record system. Overall, this model provides acceptable explanation on the use of the electronic medical record system.

Programming design sequence is one kind of problem-solving processes. It covers multiple cognitive levels of activities. In a typical programming design process, we must first recognize the nature of the problem, followed by analytical thinking and summarizing through logical reasoning to propose an algorithm. At last, translate the proposed algorithm to a formal programming language in order to solve the problem by using computer. However, most students are good at studying conceptual knowledge, and lack of logical analysis training. This study presents an adaptive problem-solving oriented programming learning system, which can classify learning problems in the learning process, and combine with case-based reasoning method to construction the best learning diagnostic model. When students construct learning knowledge through the proposed problem-solving process, the system will diagnose the learning difficulties of students according to the learning portfolios, and provide an adaptive real-time study guide mechanism for each specific student. In summary, the proposed system can encourage students to have a good manner and correct understanding in problem-solving, and help students develop professional programming abilities.

This study has surveyed the consumers with motorcycle riding experience on electric scooter design by questionnaire. It has explored the 23 factors to design of electric scooter and determine the priority of each factor. Further, the riding postures have been evaluated while riding the electric scooter. Results of factor analysis showed the four dimensions of vehicle space and performance, dashboard design, vehicle control design, and comfort and convenience. Results of this study could provide the information for the design of the electric scooter.

A nonlinear backstepping control system using an adaptive modified recurrent Laguerre orthogonal polynomial neural network (NN) uncertainty observer is proposed to increase the robustness of the synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) drive system. Firstly, the field-oriented mechanism is applied to formulate the dynamic equation of the SynRM drive system. Secondly, a nonlinear backstepping approach is proposed to control the motion of SynRM drive system. The proposed backstepping control system, the rotor position of the SynRM drive possesses the advantages of good transient control performance and robustness. Because of the existing of nonlinear time-varying uncertainties in the SynRM drive system, an adaptive modified recurrent Laguerre orthogonal polynomial NN uncertainty observer is proposed to estimate the lumped uncertainties in order to enhance robustness of the SynRM drive system. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control system is verified by experimental results.

Even though some related studies involves in the exploration of its unique messaging features, most of them are at the preliminary stage and there are few focusing on its "media" feature as the main object. The topic of this study is "the discussion on information dissemination of medieval stained glass" to research the old media forms with messaging functions for thousand years. In this paper, historical method is adopted to explore stained glass which stood at an indispensable status of the mass media in Middle Age, conveyed God's care, and acted as the main way of spreading stories and eulogizing doctrines. Comparative method is used to further analyze and compare various kinds of information dissemination at that time. Among the historical research of stained glass in Middle Age, most of the scholars around the world focus on its technological processes, manifestations, and development processes.

This study applies fast Fourier transforms (FFTs) and prescribed smart decisions to enhancing traffic detection of non-contact microwave radars (MRs). Adequate thresholds are selected for filtering FFTs of regional lane contexts in multiple-lane environments. So, frequency-modulated continuous waves of a MR reflected from vehicles are distinguished from clutter and noise. Though lane-crossing FFT sidelobes may occur, smart decisions improve the reliability of detected traffic of each lane. On-site urban traffic experiments demonstrate the advantage and feasibility of the proposed method.

In the digitization course of college library, the personal information security of library users meets some new challenges. The privacy protections mainly lie in the information generation, migration, utilization, sharing, storage, destruction, recovery and other links. Various factors, including the defects of the cloud computing system, hacker attacks and viruses, the inadequate internal management of cloud service providers, national or regional legislative conflicts, may pose threats to the personal information security of library users. Therefore, we should perfect the policies and regulations of personal information protection, adopt flexible application strategies of privacy technology, strengthen the privacy security supervision in the cloud service industry and formulate unified technical standards and industry guide of privacy protection so as to protect the personal information security of library users.
