This study was intended to determine whether or not the effects of personality traits on job burnout could be mediated by post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). According to the analysis results, the firefighters' injury experiences and their seniority have a significant influence on both their personal burnout and job burnout. The results reveal that personality traits are positively correlated with PTSD and job burnout. The results also indicate that PTSD may serve as a mediator between personality traits and job burnout.

Recently, profit and nonprofit organizations have devoloped rapidly in Taiwan. There is also a high competitiveness between nonprofit organizations, especially emerging tourist industries in Tainan. Operators or visitors all begin to focus on touristic qualities. The research is aimed at nonprofit organizations Chimei Museum in Tainan. By kano two-dimensional quality model to proceed classification and design questionnaire, it confers different levels of customer demand of Chimei Museum and finds the touch point of visitors and Chimei Museum and Chimei Museum's performance indicators to visitors. The research can provide Chimei Museum to enhance service quality, and raise visitors satisfaction in the future).

Increasing researches have indicated that digital media learning materials are emerged to education in recent years. Multimedia learning environments have offered new ways for learners to interact with various educational resources. Some studies have mentioned that the AR technologies should better employment in learning environments. This paper presents AR-based technologies to develop and evaluate a mobile English learning system. The learning content was based on English prepositions. The multimedia formats included text, image, movie, and interaction. Furthermore, this paper utilizes questionnaire and observation, to explore the system acceptance and learning behavior of students learning. The results found that the mobile AR English learning system could enhance students' attention and affect their learning behaviors. Students generally accepted the mobile AR English assisted learning environment.

In this study, we explored the mechanism of how modulated radiation affects blood coagulation by measuring the intercellular interactions among red blood cells (RBCs) during the coagulation process. Using optical tweezers, we evaluated the pN-range micro-interactions between coagulating RBCs by determining the power required to trap them. By deriving the coagulation curve of the cellular interactions versus coagulation time, we discovered three distinct phases of the human coagulation process. We discovered that depending on the position of infrared radiation relative to the coagulating RBCs, a mechanism induced by electromagnetic radiation could promote or suppress the blood coagulation by either enhancing or attenuating the interactions among coagulating RBCs during the coagulation process. Additionally, we found that extremely low frequency-modulated radiation was able to induce resonant oscillation of the coagulating RBCs, which could moderate the impact of electromagnetic radiation on blood coagulation.

In China, a country without access to Facebook, WhatsApp or LINE, the social networking services such as WeChat, Weibo and Momo have been changing people's life style. Homogeneity in, for example, UI design and product function design has, however, becomes increasingly apparent with rapid version iteration, which shifts the focus of product design teams to the enhancement of user satisfaction and maintenance of user loyalty. From the emotional dimension, this study analyzes the relations between user motivations, user gratification and user attitude, user satisfaction, and user loyalty, in an attempt to establish a user satisfaction evaluation model for mobile SNSs based on the Uses and Gratifications Theory on media communication and the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

As computer technology becomes more advanced and information exchange grows into faster and easier, huge amount of digital data has emerged as a leading role of the information era. Through the social networking service, Internet users widely post or discuss the interests via blogs about music, journey, experience of products and so on. An article could be treated as an Interest resource containing hybrid contents, such as texts, images, video, etc. However, the article is just like an isolated island. No relations are created between any two articles. To build the connections, mining the useful data or images in the boundless articles one by one is a time-consuming process. To resolve the problem, the paper provided a semantic annotation mechanism for the hybrid contents, which are benefit that the articles usually contain abundant images to enrich the contents and the texts are helpful to annotate the images.

The benefits of IOT and cloud system are enabling ubiquitous network access; this paper has been established an innovation application on cloud e-commence model for 2.5D engraving with customized rapid service; for this cloud system, the client can be transmitted the desired engraving pictures with associated APP program to the cloud sever by desktop or smartphone; then the engraving cost and man hours are calculated. In this cooperated cloud server operations, the laser printer for engraving are commissioned after the completion of client-side payment confirmed, working orders can be delivered to engraving machine for processing operations, and the cloud server will notify the client side if the processing is completed.

In the paper, the non-invasive body bio-information sensor with Video color Magnification (VM) image processing approach to extract the value of heart-beat is proposed. Implementing the video color magnification algorithm to execute the very small variation of the color in the cached video images is magnified. Measurement result shows that the value of heart-beat is calculated the times of the alternately variation between the high and low than the average value for the intension of the processed images during a constant time. The accuracy of measured data is reach 98% compared with the consumer equipment. The proposed bio-sensor system can be integrated the wireless and internet to connect the detection platform for the health diagnosis and health-care with remote-sensing applications will save medical resource given human with the better life quality.

Two potential problems are usually ignored by CAM software for five-axis machining: one is the overtravel for the three linear axes of the five-axis machine tool, and the other is the collision between the spindle and the worktable. The objective of this research was to propose a method based on the visibility map and then, develop a computer program to prevent the mentioned problems from happening. In addition, the optimal position for the workpiece and the optimal tool axis along the tool paths can subsequently be determined through the proposed method. Two case studies were performed to demonstrate that the method presented in the paper is feasible.
