TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN GENERASI Z TENTANG PENGGUNAAN SKINCARE YANG AMAN DI RW 08 KELURAHAN PATRANG KABUPATEN JEMBER

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of Generation Z about the safe use of skincare in RW 08 Patrang Village, Jember Regency. The research method used a descriptive method with a cross-sectional analysis design. The sampling technique was total sampling with 92 respondents. The research was conducted using a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of knowledge of respondents in the realm of knowing was 86,6%; in the realm of understanding 91,0%; and in the realm of application 91,3%. From the results of these percentages, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of generation Z about the safe use of skincare in RW 08 Patrang Village, Jember Regency is in a good category.
本研究的目的是确定在Jember Regency的rw08 Patrang村,Z世代对安全使用护肤品的知识水平。研究方法采用描述性方法和横断面分析设计。抽样方法为总抽样,共92人。这项研究是通过问卷调查进行的。结果表明:被调查者在“知道”领域的知识水平为86.6%;在理解领域91,0%;在应用领域91.3%。从这些百分比的结果可以得出结论,在rw08 Patrang Village, Jember Regency, Z世代对护肤品安全使用的知识水平是一个不错的类别。

CORRELATION BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE AND DECISIONS EXACTNESS OF THE FACE WHITENING COSMETIC PRODUCTS SELECTION IN TEENAGE GIRLS OF SUMBERPINANG VILLAGE JEMBER 山品廊村少女面部美白化妆品选择知识与决策准确性的相关性研究

Facial whitening cosmetics are preparations or combinations of ingredients that used on the outside of the body that serves to brighten or change skin color become white, clean and shining. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between knowledge and decisions exactness about facial whitening cosmetic products in teenage girls of Sumberpinang Village, Jember, (period of June 2022). The type of research conducted was descriptive research. the survey design was cross sectional. Sampling technique by using consecutive sampling which done by door to door. The total sample in this study was 70 respondents according to the criteria inclussion that has been determined. Bivariate analysis results with Kendall's correlation test obtained p value = 0,001 (p0,05),which means there was correlation between knowledge and decision on the selection of facial whitening cosmetic products in teenage girl. The correlation coefficient obtained was 0,386 which indicates weak correlation. It can be concluded that there was weak correlation between knowledge and decisions exactness about facial whitening cosmetic products in teenage girls of Sumberpinang Village, Jember (period of June 2022).Keyword : knowledge level, teenage girls, decisions exactness, face whitening cosmetic
面部美白化妆品是使用在身体外部的成分的制剂或组合,用于提亮或改变皮肤颜色,使其变得白皙,清洁和有光泽。本研究的目的是确定Jember(期间为2022年6月)Sumberpinang村少女对面部美白化妆品的知识与决策准确性之间的相关性。所进行的研究类型为描述性研究。调查设计是横断面的。采用逐户连续抽样的抽样技术。根据已确定的纳入标准,本研究的总样本为70名受访者。双变量分析结果经Kendall相关检验得到p值= 0.001 (p0,05),说明少女对面部美白化妆品的选择知识与决策存在相关性。相关系数为0.386,相关性较弱。研究发现,2022年6月,Sumberpinang村少女对面部美白化妆品的认知与决策准确性之间存在弱相关关系。关键词:知识水平,少女,决策准确性,面部美白化妆品

Sinar Ultraviolet merupakan radikal bebas yang memicu penuaan dini, mampu diatasi dengan masker gel peel off yang mengandung senyawa flavonoid. Ekstrak etanol daun jambu biji ( Psidium guajava L.) diketahui mengandung senyawa flavonoid sebagai antioksidan. Masker gel peel off memiliki elemen penting yaitu gelling agent, salah satunya polivinil alkohol (PVA) yang memiliki sifat perekat sehingga mampu membentuk film dan setelah kering mudah dikelupas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh polivinil alkohol dengan konsentrasi (8%, 10%, 12%) terhadap sifat fisik (organolepik, homogenitas, daya sebar, pH, daya lekat, waktu kering, viskositas), serta resiko iritasi pada sediaan.Penelitian ini eksperimental dianalisis dengan One Way Anova untuk mengetahui perbedaan setiap formula, mendeteksi untuk menemukan sediaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sediaan masker dengan konsentrasi PVA (8%, 10%, 12%) berdasarkan One Way ANOVA nilai p 0,05 berpengaruh terhadap nilai pH, daya lekat, daya sebar, viskositas, waktu kering, tidak berpengaruh pada organoleptik, homogenitas , dan iritasi. Hasil PVA berdasarkan uji t berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap ph dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap organoleptik, homogenitas, daya lekat, daya sebar, viskositas, waktu kering dengan nilai p 0,05. Uji iritasi terhadap hewan uji menunjukan formula 1,2,3, kontrol tidak menyebabkan iritasi. Kata kunci : masker gel peel off , polivinil alkohol, ekstrak etanol daun jambu biji

TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG PENGGUNAAN ORALIT PADA BALITA DI RW 006 DESA BAGOREJO KECAMATAN SRONO KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI

Knowledge is the result of "knowing" that occurs after someone senses a certain object. Diarrhea is the discharge of loose stools with a soft to liquid consistency with a frequency of three or more times a day. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of mothers about the use of ORS in infants in RW 006 Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The method used is cross-sectional an accidental sampling of data carried out in RW 006 Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency for the period June - July 2022 by distributing questionnaires to 72 respondents according to the inclusion criteria. Mother's level of knowledge about the use of ORS in infants in RW 006 Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency can be seen in the categories of know, understanding, and application. Based on the results of research on 72 respondents obtained a good percentage in the know category, understanding category, and application category.

POTENSI INTERAKSI OBAT BISOPROLOL PADA PASIEN BPJS RAWAT JALAN DI POLI JANTUNG RUMAH SAKIT AL HUDA BANYUWANGI 在波利心脏医院的BPJS门诊门诊病人的潜在相互作用

Cardiovascular desease become one of the main health problems in developed and developing countries. Cardiovascular patients generally occur in old age who have experienced decreased organ function and complications. They get prescriptions containing more than one type of drug so that spur the possibility of drug interactions. The most commonly prescribed cardiovascular drug is bisoprolol with combination. The study aimed to determinate of potential interactions of bisoprolol drugs in the prescription of outpatient patients at Al Huda Banyuwangi Hospital’s heart poly. This research was a descriptive study conducted retrospective on the BPJS recipe from January to March 2022. Data retrieval techniques were performed randomly which will then be studied theoretically based on literature. The results of 138 prescriptions taken random sampling included 125 prescriptions that had drug interactions. Of the 125 prescriptions there were 276 potential incidents of drug interactions with bisoprolol, based on the severity of major events of 13 (4.71%), moderate 253 (91.67%), and minor 10 (3.62%). The most interacting cardiovascular drug with bisoprolol was ISDN with an interaction of 47 events (17%) with the severity of moderate (strict monitors) that had an effect on increased hypotension effects, followed by aspirin as much as 37 events (13.4%) with the severity of moderate.

Antibiotics are drugs used to treat bacterial infections and including in a group of strong drugs that are only purchased at pharmacies with doctor's prescription. Inappropriate use of antibiotics can lead to less effective treatment, an increased risk of patient death, widespread resistance, and high treatment costs. The purpose of this study was to know the society knowledge level in  Perumahan Pondok Gede RT 06 RW 33 Kaliwates Jember about using antibiotics without a doctor's prescription. The type of this study was a descriptive survey research with a cross-sectional method. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with an inclusion criteria and obtain 60 samples. Based on research and data analysis obtain the percentage level of knowledge in 3 domains, in the know realm was 61% (enough category), in the understanding realm was 52% (less category), and 58% in the application realm (enough category). It can be concluded that the society knowledge level in Perumahan Pondok Gede RT 06 RW 33 is enough category about using antibiotics without doctor’s prescription.
抗生素是用来治疗细菌感染的药物,包括一组只有在药店凭医生处方购买的强效药物。不当使用抗生素可导致治疗效果降低、患者死亡风险增加、耐药性广泛存在以及治疗费用高昂。本研究的目的是了解Perumahan Pondok Gede RT 06 RW 33 Kaliwates Jember地区关于无医生处方使用抗生素的社会知识水平。本研究采用横断面方法进行描述性调查研究。抽样技术采用有目的抽样,按纳入标准,获得60份样本。通过研究和数据分析,得到了3个领域的知识百分比水平,知道领域为61%(足够类别),理解领域为52%(较少类别),应用领域为58%(足够类别)。结论:Perumahan Pondok Gede RT 06 RW 33的社会知识水平在无医生处方使用抗生素方面是足够的类别。

The type of this study was a descriptive survey research with a cross-sectional method. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with an inclusion criteria and obtain 60 samples. Based on research and data analysis obtain the percentage level of knowledge in 3 domains, in the know realm was 61% (enough category), in the understanding realm was 52% (less category), and 58% in the application realm (enough category). KARAKTERISASI SENYAWA ANALGETIKA-ANTIINFLAMASI N-(4t-BUTILBENZOIL)-p-AMINOFENOL YANG DISINTISES DENGAN KATALIS ASAM 镇痛剂的特性

The N-(4t-Butylbenzoyl)-p-Aminophenol compound was a synthesis compound between p-aminophenol and 4t-Butylbenzoyl chloride by using H2SO4 catalyst. The addition of H2SO4 catalyst purposed to accelerate the rate of rection in the synthesis of the compound and increased yield of product. The N-(4t-Butylbenzoil)-p-Aminophenol compound is beneficial as an antiinflammatory analgesic. This research were proposed to determine characteristics of the anti-inflammatory analgesic synthesis of N-(4t-Butylbenzoyl)-p-Aminophenol compound by using H2SO4 catalyst. Characterization conducted in this research were physical and chemical characterization. The physical characterization were organoleptic test, crystal form test and melting point test. While chemical characterization were UV-Vis spectrophotometry and FTIR. Result of organoleptic test showed sample had powder form, white-gray colour and not taste. Melting point of N-(4t-Butylbenzoyl)-p-Aminophenol compound was 193.33 °C. The optimum wavelength of UV-Vis spectrophotometry got 2 peaks at the wavelengths 290 and 295 nm. The result of FTIR showed that N-(4t-Butylbenzoyl)-p-Aminophenol compound had peaks.
N-(4t-丁基苯甲酰)-对氨基苯酚化合物是在H2SO4催化下由对氨基苯酚和4t-丁基苯甲酰氯合成的化合物。添加H2SO4催化剂的目的是加快化合物合成的反应速度,提高产品收率。N-(4t-丁基苯油)-对氨基酚化合物是一种有益的抗炎镇痛药。本研究拟采用H2SO4催化合成抗炎镇痛药N-(4t-丁基苯甲酰)-对氨基酚化合物,以确定其特性。本研究进行的表征包括物理表征和化学表征。物理表征为感官测试、晶型测试和熔点测试。化学性质采用紫外-可见分光光度法和红外光谱法。感官检测结果显示,样品呈粉末状,呈白灰色,无味道。N-(4t-丁基苯甲酰)-对氨基酚化合物熔点为193.33℃。紫外可见分光光度法的最佳波长为290nm和295nm。FTIR结果表明,N-(4t-丁基苯甲酰)-对氨基苯酚化合物有峰。

Identifikasi dan Uji Toksisitas Ekstrak Jamur Blotong dengan Metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BST) 用Brine虾试验(BST)方法鉴定和毒物提取物

Blotong mushroom is a fungus that thrives in waste of filter cake (a solid waste of sugar mill) from PG Semboro, Jember Regency.Commonly, blotong mushroom is often consumed by people but some were poisoned. The purpose of this study was to present a scientific data on blotong mushroom taxonomy and ensure the toxic content of blotong mushrooms based on the difference in age according to Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BST) method. Identification carried to genus level by macroscopic and microscopic observations based on the book of Identify Mushrooms To Genus I and VI. While the toxicity test was conducted by BST following the extraction method using ethanol 99%, preparation test solutions, toxicity test of mushroom extract using the larvae of Artemia salina L and data analysis using a probit analysis then compared through variance T test with 95% confidence levelThe identification showed that blotong mushroom belonged to genus Leopita with specific features such us the cap had scales, the stem had a ring that appears in adulthood and the spore form of amyloid. The toxicity test of probit analysis showed that blotong mushroom is toxic on different ages such us mushroom with closed cap and opened cap had an average LC50 of 234.709 mg/ml and LC50 of 583.902 mg/ml, respecvtively, according to BST result. While T Test showed the significance value of 0.273 > 0.05, it means that there is no significant difference between the toxic content on mushrooms blotong with age difference.

Antioksidan merupakan senyawa yang mampu menghambat oksidasi molekul lain. Tubuh tidak mempunyai sistem pertahanan antioksidatif yang berlebihan, sehingga tubuh membutuhkan antioksidan eksogen. Kekhawatiran terhadap efek samping antioksidan sintetik menjadikan antioksidan alami menjadi alternatif yang dipilih. Flavonoid merupakan senyawa fenolat (hidroksil fenolik) yang mampu bertindak sebagai antioksidan dan umumnya terdapat pada tanaman. Salah satu limbah tanaman yang mempunyai kandungan flavonoid adalah kulit buah pisang (Musa acuminata). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menetapkan kadar flavonoid total dan melakukan pengujian aktivitas antioksidan kulit buah pisang menggunakan diphenyl picryl hydrazil hydrate (DPPH) sebagai radikal bebas. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan adalah remaserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Penetapan kadar flavonoid total menggunakan katekin sebagai standar dan pengujian DPPH menggunakan metode spetrofotometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan flavonoid total ekstrak etanol kulit buah pisang sebesar 0,79 ± 0,03 %b/b, aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi dalam IC50 terhadap DPPH sebesar 70,41 mg/L.

The Aims of this study was to determine effect of HPMC concentration variation to etanol extract Sauropus androgynus (L) Merr shampoo physical properties. True experimental laboratories design was used as design study. Shampoo was formulated in three formulation which used HPMC variation consentration were F1 (1%), F2 (2%) , F3 (3%). Shampoo was evaluated physical properties included organoleptic, pH, viscosity, foam forming, and stability test at 6oC, 300C and 40oC. Organoleptic test was observed by visual observation. pH, viscosity, foam forming, and stability test from three formulation were observed by one way anova statistic. The result showed that HPMC concentration variation didn’t influence to physical properties foam forming and pH shampoo but there had influence to physical properties viscosity. All formulation of formulation unstable during 6 weeks storage.
本研究的目的是研究HPMC浓度变化对雌雄同体山龙脑醇提取物的物理性能的影响。设计研究采用真实实验实验室设计。采用HPMC变异浓度F1(1%)、F2(2%)、F3(3%)配制洗发水。在6℃、300℃和40℃条件下对洗发水的物理性能进行评价,包括感官、pH值、粘度、泡沫形成和稳定性测试。感官测试采用目测法。采用单因素方差统计法对三种配方的pH值、粘度、泡沫形成和稳定性进行观察。结果表明,HPMC浓度的变化对物理性能、泡沫形成和pH值没有影响,但对物理性能、粘度有影响。所有配方的配方在6周的储存期间不稳定。
