Pharmacy is one of the health service place that has product and service activities that are highly dependent on patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction can be used as a benchmark for companies to develop their business in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at Kimia Farma Pharmacy Talangsari Jember. The type of this research was qualitative descriptive using cross sectional study. The population were patients who came to buy prescription or non-prescription drugs at the Kimia Farma Pharmacy Talangsari Jember in June 2020 with a total samples of 100 patients. The result showed that patient satisfaction to the services at Kimia Farma Pharmacy Talangsari Jember were quiet satisfied in reliability dimensions (60%) and tangible dimensions (55%) also in responsiveness dimensions (48%) and less satisfied in empathy dimensions (54%) and assurance dimensions (41%). AKTIVITAS ANTIINFLAMASI FRAKSI ETANOL DAUN GEDI (Abelmoschus manihot L. Medik) PADA TIKUS PUTIH GALUR WISTAR 白老鼠的茎

Gedi leaves (Abelmoschus manihot L. Medik) has been used empirically by the people of North Sulawesi to cure the disease. Flavonoids and steroids in Gedi leaves suspected to have anti-inflammatory effects. This Study aims to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of ethanol fraction from Gedi leaves (Abelmoschus manihot L. Medik) on edema of white males wistar foot induced with 1 % caragen, and to determine an effective dose of fraction to decrease the edema volume of Rat foot. The test was done using Rat Hind Paw Edeme or esthablished an artificial inflammation in left foot of white male rats. The treatments were carried out on five groups, the positive control group was administered with diclofenac sodium, the negative control group was administered with CMC Na 0,5 % solution, and the fraction groups were administered with 12 mg/Kg BB, 27 mg/Kg BB, 54 mg/Kg BB. Edema volume were measured every hour for 5 hours using a pletismometer. The average of edema volume (mL) and time (hour) were used to calculate the percentage of anti-inflammatory on each group compared to the negative control group. Obtained data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by LSD test with confident level was 0,05. The result of this study indicate that gedi leaves can reduce edema volume of rat foot that induced with 1 % caragen and anti-inflammatory activity showed in ethanol fraction from Gedi leaves 12 mg/Kg BB by 55,2 %, 27 mg/Kg BB by 64,4% and 54 mg/Kg BB by 62,2%.
葛地叶(Abelmoschus manihot L. This research is aims to determine the effect of variation concentration starch Zea mays (L) as disintegration agent in wet granulation to physical characteristics paracetamo. This research used eperimental method by one shot case study. Paracetamol as active ingredient, starch zea mays (L)as desintegrant agent, PVPK30 as binding agent, avicel as filler and Mg stearat as lubricants. The result of SPSS showed significant (p0,05), that means no difference in the three formulation. The first test is weight uniformity show that from column A and B qualify weight requirement range, hardness test. Showed significant (p0,05) that means nodifference in the three formulation. Friability test showed significant (p 0,05) the last is disintegration time test showed that significant (P0,05) no difference in the three formulation. The research of physic characteristic of the tablet showed that hardness test and time test not qualif. Analysis SPSS showed (p0,05) no difference in the three formulation and amilum had no effect on physical test of paracetamol tablet.Keywords: zea mays (L),paracetamol,physicial characteristic
本研究旨在确定湿造粒中不同浓度玉米淀粉(L)作为崩解剂对扑热息痛物理特性的影响。本研究采用单次个案研究的实验方法。对乙酰氨基酚为活性成分,玉米淀粉(L)为崩解剂,PVPK30为结合剂,avicel为填充剂,硬脂酸Mg为润滑剂。SPSS统计分析结果显示显著性(p0,05),即三种配方无差异。首先测试重量均匀性,表明从A列和B列均符合重量要求范围,进行硬度测试。三种剂型差异无统计学意义(p0,05)。最后是崩解时间试验,三种配方间差异无统计学意义(p < 0.05)。对其物理特性的研究表明,硬度试验和时间试验均不合格。SPSS分析结果显示,三种剂型间差异无统计学意义(p0,05),对扑热息痛片理化指标无影响。关键词:玉米多糖;扑热息痛;物理特性

PBF services in Lumajang region need to improve the quality of service, includingdelivery time often exceeds the time that had been promised, complaints regarding medication errors and difficulty getting accountability, the price has changed in a short time, and the service was not constant. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of drug store Lumajang region against drug distribution by PBF in tangible dimension (direct evidence), reliablity (reliability), responsivines (responsiveness),assurance (assurance), empathy (caring). Samples were selected in this research is all drug store in Lumajang totaling 30 pharmacies. The research design in this study is descriptive by using survey method.Based on the data collection process,there were only 30 drug store that are willing to be respondenden has qualified for data processing and it can be concluded that the level of satisfaction Pharmacy Lumajang region on tangible dimension (direct evidence) of 86.24%, expressed satisfaction,reliability dimension (reliability) by 80%, otherwise satisfactory, dimensions responsiviness (responsiveness) of 75.84%, expressed quite satisfactory, dimensions assurance (guarantee) amounting to 86.11%, declared satisfactory, the dimensions of empathy (caring) amounted to 86.94%, otherwise satisfactory. Based on the above data,it needs to be evaluated in five dimensions, from the evaluation it would appear that satisfaction level of drug store in Lumajang to PBF service (drug distribution)reach 83,02% and including the satisfactory category .Keywords: Level of satisfaction - Drugs distribution – PBF

POTENSI STREPTOMYCES ENDOFIT RIMPANG KENCUR DAN DAUN SIRIH MERAH SEBAGAI ANTITUBERKULOSIS PADA MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS GALUR SENSITIF

The objective of this research was to obtain Endophitic Streptomyces from some medical plants which have antituberculosis effect and also to test its antitubercullosis activity againts sensitive stain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Medicinal plants used in this study were Kaemferia galanga, Hibiscus sabdariffa and Piper cronatum. Streptomyces was isolated using two different media namely Humic Acid Vitamin (HV) agar and HV with plant extract, and purified on Yeast Malt Agar (YMA) medium. Morphological characterization of Streptomyces obtained was observed including aerial mycelium and substrate mycelium, pigmentation, and colony surface. A total of 5 endophitic Streptomyces genus were obtained from medicinal plant. Isolates K.J3A, K.J3B, K.J4 and K.J11 from Kaemferia galanga radix, S.MJ1 from Piper cronatum folium. Streptomyces was not found from Hibiscus sabdariffa calyx. Each isolate had variety of characteristics which could be seen in aerial mass color, substrate mass color, and pigmentation. Antitubercullosis activity showed that total of 5 endophitic Streptomyces were not capable to inhibit the growth sensitive stain of M. tubercullosis.Keywods: Antituberculosis, endophitic actinomycetes, Kaemferia galanga, Hibiscus sabdariffa

Antioksidan merupakan senyawa yang mampu menghambat oksidasi molekul lain. Tubuh tidak mempunyai sistem pertahanan antioksidatif yang berlebihan, sehingga tubuh membutuhkan antioksidan eksogen. Kekhawatiran terhadap efek samping antioksidan sintetik menjadikan antioksidan alami menjadi alternatif yang dipilih. Flavonoid merupakan senyawa fenolat (hidroksil fenolik) yang mampu bertindak sebagai antioksidan dan umumnya terdapat pada tanaman. Salah satu limbah tanaman yang mempunyai kandungan flavonoid adalah kulit buah pisang (Musa acuminata). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menetapkan kadar flavonoid total dan melakukan pengujian aktivitas antioksidan kulit buah pisang menggunakan diphenyl picryl hydrazil hydrate (DPPH) sebagai radikal bebas. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan adalah remaserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Penetapan kadar flavonoid total menggunakan katekin sebagai standar dan pengujian DPPH menggunakan metode spetrofotometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan flavonoid total ekstrak etanol kulit buah pisang sebesar 0,79 ± 0,03 %b/b, aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi dalam IC50 terhadap DPPH sebesar 70,41 mg/L.Kata Kunci : kulit buah pisang, flavonoid total, aktivitas antioksidan, IC50
抗氧化剂是一种能抑制其他分子氧化的化合物。身体没有多余的抗氧化剂防御系统,所以身体需要外来的抗氧化剂。对抗氧化剂和合成作用的担忧使天然抗氧化剂成为选定的替代品。类黄酮是一种表型化合物,具有抗氧化剂的作用,通常存在于植物中。一种含有黄酮的植物废物是香蕉果皮(摩西acuminata)。这项研究的目的是确定总黄酮水平,并使用二恶英(DPPH)作为自由基测试香蕉果的抗氧化活性。提取方法与乙醇溶剂96%相匹配。对总类黄酮的测定采用了氯丁作为标准,并采用了光谱测定方法进行了DPPH测试。研究结果显示完全类黄酮含量大小的香蕉皮乙醇提取物0.79±0.03 % b - b,螺旋藻中最高的抗氧化能力对DPPH 70.41万mg / L。关键词:香蕉果皮,全黄酮,抗氧化剂活性,IC50

PENGARUH VARIASI KONSENTRASI MINYAK ZAITUN (OLIVE OIL) TERHADAP KELEMBUTAN SABUN CAIR 橄榄油油浓度的变化对液体肥皂的温和影响

Zaitun tree (Olea europaea) comes from the Middle East and widely grown in Asia. The fruit and oil extraction widely used as food and medicine. The oil derived from olives is known as olive oil. Olive oil can be used for skin emolient. The aims of this study was to determine olive oil variation concentration to liquid soap softness. The soap was made with varying olive oil concentration (20% known as F1, 30% known as F2 and 40% known as F3). True experimental design with The Posttest Only Experiment was used as the study design. Evaluation of the soap including organoleptic test, pH, spesific gravity, free alkali assay, and responden emolient test. Responden emolient test was taken from 20 responden who has given questioner. The data from emolient test study was calculate by Kruskal Wallis test. The organoleptic test result showed that all formula showed liquid green, homogen, and jasmine odor. pH from F1, F2 and F3 were 10,39; 9,75 dan 9,34 respectively. The spesicic gravity from F1, F2 and F3 were 1,648%; 1,441% dan 0,863 % respectively. The free alkali from F1, F2 and F3 were 0,032%; 0,08% dan 0,064% respectively. The responden emolient test showed that F1 was soft, F2 was midle soft and F3 was very soft.Keywords: oilive oil, soap, softness

KARAKTERISASI SENYAWA ANALGETIKA-ANTIINFLAMASI N-(4t-BUTILBENZOIL)-p-AMINOFENOL YANG DISINTISES DENGAN KATALIS ASAM 镇痛剂的特性

The N-(4t-Butylbenzoyl)-p-Aminophenol compound was a synthesis compound between p-aminophenol and 4t-Butylbenzoyl chloride by using H2SO4 catalyst. The addition of H2SO4 catalyst purposed to accelerate the rate of rection in the synthesis of the compound and increased yield of product. The N-(4t-Butylbenzoil)-p-Aminophenol compound is beneficial as an antiinflammatory analgesic. This research were proposed to determine characteristics of the anti-inflammatory analgesic synthesis of N-(4t-Butylbenzoyl)-p-Aminophenol compound by using H2SO4 catalyst. Characterization conducted in this research were physical and chemical characterization. The physical characterization were organoleptic test, crystal form test and melting point test. While chemical characterization were UV-Vis spectrophotometry and FTIR. Result of organoleptic test showed sample had powder form, white-gray colour and not taste. Melting point of N-(4t-Butylbenzoyl)-p-Aminophenol compound was 193.33 °C. The optimum wavelength of UV-Vis spectrophotometry got 2 peaks at the wavelengths 290 and 295 nm. The result of FTIR showed that N-(4t-Butylbenzoyl)-p-Aminophenol compound had peaks.Keywords: N-(4t-butyl benzoil)-p-aminophenol, catalyst
N-(4t-丁基苯甲酰)-对氨基苯酚化合物是在H2SO4催化下由对氨基苯酚和4t-丁基苯甲酰氯合成的化合物。添加H2SO4催化剂的目的是加快化合物合成的反应速度,提高产品收率。N-(4t-丁基苯油)-对氨基酚化合物是一种有益的抗炎镇痛药。本研究拟采用H2SO4催化合成抗炎镇痛药N-(4t-丁基苯甲酰)-对氨基酚化合物,以确定其特性。本研究进行的表征包括物理表征和化学表征。物理表征为感官测试、晶型测试和熔点测试。化学性质采用紫外-可见分光光度法和红外光谱法。感官检测结果显示,样品呈粉末状,呈白灰色,无味道。N-(4t-丁基苯甲酰)-对氨基酚化合物熔点为193.33℃。紫外可见分光光度法的最佳波长为290nm和295nm。FTIR结果表明,N-(4t-丁基苯甲酰)-对氨基苯酚化合物有峰。关键词:N-(4 -丁基苯甲油)-对氨基苯酚;催化剂

The Aims of this study was to determine effect of HPMC concentration variation to etanol extract Sauropus androgynus (L) Merr shampoo physical properties. True experimental laboratories design was used as design study. Shampoo was formulated in three formulation which used HPMC variation consentration were F1 (1%), F2 (2%) , F3 (3%). Shampoo was evaluated physical properties included organoleptic, pH, viscosity, foam forming, and stability test at 6oC, 300C and 40oC. Organoleptic test was observed by visual observation. pH, viscosity, foam forming, and stability test from three formulation were observed by one way anova statistic. The result showed that HPMC concentration variation didn’t influence to physical properties foam forming and pH shampoo but there had influence to physical properties viscosity. 本研究的目的是研究HPMC浓度变化对雌雄同体山龙脑醇提取物的物理性能的影响。设计研究采用真实实验实验室设计。采用HPMC变异浓度F1(1%)、F2(2%)、F3(3%)配制洗发水。在6℃、300℃和40℃条件下对洗发水的物理性能进行评价,包括感官、pH值、粘度、泡沫形成和稳定性测试。感官测试采用目测法。采用单因素方差统计法对三种配方的pH值、粘度、泡沫形成和稳定性进行观察。结果表明,HPMC浓度的变化对物理性能、泡沫形成和pH值没有影响,但对物理性能、粘度有影响。所有配方的配方在6周的储存期间不稳定。关键词:洗发水,乙醇提取物,雌雄同体龙,HPMC

Limbah cangkang udang mengandung kitin yang tinggi yaitu sekitar 17-40%. Kitin tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai substat pertumbuhan bakteri kitinolitik yaitu S.marcescens KAHN 15.12. Bakteri tersebut akan mensekresikan enzim kitinase untuk mendegradasi kitin sebagai media pertumbuhannya hingga menghasilkan monomer N-asetil glukosamin (GlcNac). N-asetil glukosamin dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan sediaan suplemen osteoartritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memproduksi GlcNac hasil hidrolisis kitin cangkang udang menggunakan kitinase Serratia marcescens KAHN.15.12. Hasil konfirmasi aktivitas kitinolitik menggunakan media selektif yaitu agar koloidal kitin 0,3% menunjukkan bahwa Serratia marcescens KAHN 15.12 memiliki index kitinolitik sebesar 2,3 yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya zona bening disekitar koloni. Hasil optimasi perbedaan konsentrasi media produksi menunjukkan bahwa tepung cangkang udang 2% menghasilkan kadar GlcNac tertinggi yaitu sebesar 376,35 μg/ml setelah diuji dengan metode kolorimetri menggunakan reagen shcales pada panjang gelombang 420nm. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa setiap hidrolisis 1 gram tepung cangkang udang yang mengandung 18,7% kitin akan menghasilkan sebesar 70,54 mg GlcNAc.Kata Kunci: N-asetil glukosamin, kitinase, Serratia marcescens
