Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Coffe Shop Menggunakan Metode ABC Analisis Berbasis POM-QM For Windows 5.3 基于 POM-QM 的 ABC 分析法咖啡店原材料库存控制 for Windows 5.3

In the era of globalization with intense business competition, managing inventory becomes a crucial factor in achieving optimal profits. This study uses POM-QM for Windows 5.3 software to solve production and operational management problems, and the ABC method helps focus management attention on the most important items in the inventory system. The results show that category A contributes 76.12% to the total inventory value. Items in category B contribute 16.04%, while items in category C contribute only 7.84%. The recommended management strategy includes strict control for category A, moderate control for category B, and minimal attention for category C. Continuous implementation and monitoring are necessary to ensure that inventory management strategies are effective and adaptable to changes in demand or market conditions. With this method, coffee shops can ensure the availability of raw materials, reduce storage costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.

PT JMU is a manufacturing company in East Java focused on salt production. The salt products produced by PT JMU include various types of salt, including coarse salt, fine salt, and consumption salt. PT JMU utilizes a region-based distribution model in its distribution process. This model results in limitations in the reach of the distribution fleet, leading to high travel distances and distribution costs. To address this issue, further analysis is required using a combination of the saving matrix method with nearest insert. This combination method utilizes distance matrices from the factory to retail and retail to retail. Thus, it can generate optimal total travel distances and distribution costs. The results of this method can reduce travel distance by 237 km and distribution costs by Rp 546.000.

Analisis Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Menggunakan Metode Hirarc dan Heart (Studi Kasus : PT. Paku Jaya) 使用希拉克法和心脏法分析职业安全与健康(案例研究:PT.)

Occupational Safety and Health is one of the most important elements that must be applied in the working stages. The implementation of K3 in the workplace can create a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace. PT Paku Jaya as one of the companies engaged in the construction sector is always committed to implementing K3 in the work area. One of the jobs that are often done by PT Paku Jaya is Cleaning Scrubbing. During the work process there are violations in the implementation of K3 in the work area. This can cause accidents in the work area. The methods used to conduct occupational safety and health analysis in this study are HIRARC and HEART. Based on the results of the study using HIRARC method, 9 types of hazards were found. Based on the analysis using HEART method, the largest HEP value is 0.192, which is opening the Blind Sprayer line. Risk control can be carried out in accordance with the hierarchy of hazard control that can be applied to Cleaning Scrubber work, namely Engineering, Administrative Control, and PPE.

National education is rooted in religious and cultural values and is responsive to the demands of changing times. With changing times, teachers are required to be able to adapt to changes in the education system which is also developing. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform in improving teacher competency. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects being all teachers at SMKN 1 Singingi Hilir. Data was collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed via Google Form. The results of this research show that the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has a significant impact on improving the competency and performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Singingi Hilir. Through features such as Self-Training and Teaching Tools, this platform helps teachers develop pedagogical, technological, and professional competencies.

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kapasitas produksi PT. XYZ dalam memenuhi permintaan produk Under Bracket 59 yang tinggi menggunakan metode Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP). Berdasarkan analisis data permintaan dan waktu proses produksi di berbagai stasiun kerja, ditemukan bahwa stasiun Heating mengalami kekurangan kapasitas pada bulan April (-9%) dan Agustus (-10%). Sementara itu, stasiun Hammer Blocker, Hammer Finisher, Trimming Profile, dan Trimming Hole mengalami kelebihan kapasitas sepanjang tahun, dengan rata-rata kelebihan masing-masing sebesar 47%, 80%, 69%, dan 75%. Camel Mandiri is an industrial home engaged in manufacturing that produces products in the form of Adjuster bolts and Adjuster nails. The raw materials used by the business he runs are in the form of bolts, nails, and HDPE plastic pellets which are processed using a semi-injection machine. Camel Mandiri is currently experiencing problems in planning a production plan for the products it produces. Fluctuating demand and the absence of proper production planning make companies experience excess and shortage of product inventory, if they experience excess production, it will cause the accumulation of inventory in the storage space. With the accumulation of inventory, the production process is stopped due to insufficient storage space. This study aims to provide a proposal for the right production planning in the order of the production process with the Run Out Time (ROT) method to calculate and determine which products will be produced first in order to meet all consumer demands according to the production capacity and it is expected that all finished product supplies will run out at the same time. Some of the improvement scenarios in production planning carried out are the second scenario, namely weekly production, while the second scenario uses production on a 10-day working basis. The amount of costs obtained / incurred from the second scenario in reducing the cost of raw materials is Rp. 678,395,913,-. These results are smaller than those obtained by companies that do not have aggregates in their production planning.

Studi Perencanaan Sarana Air Bersih Melalui Sistem Perpipaan di Desa Marmoyo, Kecamatan Kabuh, Kabupaten Jombang 琼邦县卡布分区马尔莫约村通过管道系统提供清洁水设施的规划研究

The availability of clean water is mandatory and applies to all places. Marmoyo Village is part of Kabuh District, Jombang Regency which relies on shallow wells to meet its clean water needs. To find out the projected water demands of the population is a population calculation projection. To find out the planning average of clean water demands by pumping tests to find out the maximum discharge of deep wells and the optimum discharge of pumping as well as the planned piping scheme using the Epanet 2.2 program to find out the flow rate, velocity, pressure and headloss. The research results showed that the average discharge requirement in 2044 was 1,163 l/second for a population in 2044 of 1,395 people. Meanwhile, the maximum discharge for deep wells obtained through pumping tests was 1.64 l/second. The piping system uses a double system and a branch system with 2" (50 mm) diameter PVC pipes where the piping system plan will be carried out at RT. 002, RW 007 Marmoyo Village, Kabuh District, Jombang Regency. In the simulation with Epanet 2.2 it is known that the highest velocity are 0.04 m/sec while the highest pressure are 19.86 m.

PT. Aneka Coffee Industry is an industrial company in Indonesia engaged in the production of coffee, both in the form of beans and processed coffee products. This research aims to plan warehouse layout using the 5S principles (Seiri, Seiso, Seiton, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) at PT. Aneka Coffee Industry with the goal of minimizing search time in the warehouse. The method used in this research includes collecting primary and secondary data related to storage and retrieval processes in the warehouse and applying the 5S principles. Analysis was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the 5S principles in reducing search time in the warehouse. The results of the research indicate that the application of the 5S principles can improve warehouse layout efficiency and significantly reduce search time. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing the 5S principles in warehouse layout planning to enhance company productivity and operational efficiency. In conclusion, integrating the 5S principles becomes one of the effective strategies in enhancing warehouse performance and reducing search time for items.

PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Tbk is an industry in the field of paper and tissue production. The processing system is one of the factors influencing production results. Maintenance measures must be an important concern. Based on observations and looking at data on machine maintenance costs, it is known that the largest cost incurred by the company in carrying out JRT machine maintenance is IDR 256,000,000, which if it continues will be detrimental to the company. To minimize expenses and optimize component performance, it is necessary to analyze maintenance/replacement policies using the Age Replacement method. One component that is experiencing quite large costs is Unwinder 1, which will be determined by scheduling replacement and maintenance using Age Replacement. Based on the results of data processing using Age Replacement, a replacement schedule for Unwinder 1 components was obtained, namely 10 months with cost savings of IDR 248,444

Klasifikasi Menggunakan Metode Random Forest untuk Awal Deteksi Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 使用随机森林方法进行分类以早期检测 2 型糖尿病

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a chronic disease with increasing prevalence. Early detection of DMTP2 is crucial in managing and preventing this disease. In this study, we propose the use of Random Forest method for early classification of T2DM based on risk factors. The dataset was obtained from UPTD Puskesmas Jatiroto with a total of 1111 data with 6 attributes of DMTP2 factors and 1 label. In the pre-processing stage, initial data processing includes cleaning missing values, feature engineering, and separation of training and test data. Next, the Random Forest model is trained using data that has been validated using K-Fold Cross Validation. Experimental results show that the proposed model produces an average accuracy of each fold of 97%. The final stage of evaluating the model by calculating precission, recall, and F1-Score, respectively, obtained results of 95%, 97%, and 96%. Model evaluation focuses on predicted labels so that the model can predict well in the case of DMTP2 problems based on similar data configurations.
