In the context of globalization and nation processes, the problem of preserving national culture, their traditions and customs as the titular nation is especially acute. Therefore, today one of the main tasks is the formation of national identity, including by means of folk dance. The main tasks and priority areas for the formation of national identity are determined by the State National Program "Education" (in the XXI century), which notes that national education is one of the main priorities, an organic component of education. National education is aimed at attracting citizens to the deep layers of national culture and spirituality, the formation of national worldview positions, ideas, views and beliefs in children and young people based on the values of national and world culture.

Ensuring the reform of today's primary school provides for a certain removal of restrictions in pedagogical activity, providing teachers with freedom in interpreting educational programs, using forms and methods of working with younger students. This requires from elementary school teachers not only deep knowledge, possession of a set of relevant professional skills and abilities, but also an orientation towards pedagogical creativity, towards the needs of the student in the educational process, an understanding of their own responsibility for the results obtained, the ability to act effectively in conditions of academic freedom and decentralization of the school. In modern conditions of education reform, the relevance of the problem under study is explained by a number of factors. Therefore, we consider the solution of certain social and educational problems to be an important component of the activity of a primary school teacher.

In this article, the authors examined in more detail the elements and identified the specifics of the civil legal personality of an individual entrepreneur; analyzed their statutory rights and obligations, which were systematized into two large groups: civil-economic and civil-legal, and also formulated proposals and justified the necessary changes in the current domestic legislation in the field of implementing the civil-legal status of an individual entrepreneur. The identified problems and the proposed system of scientific views significantly expand the previously obtained theoretical teachings on the legal status of an entrepreneur, taking into account modern politics and trends in the development of the Russian Federation. The results of this research can be applied in the law-making and law enforcement sphere, as well as be of interest for scientific and teaching activities. In the course of this research, the norms of Russian legislation, materials of judicial practice were studied, as well as doctrinal sources on the topic of the work were analyzed.

Based on the analysis of the modern legislation of the Russian Federation and taking into account the existing scientific concepts, the authors studied in detail the legal nature and identified the features of certain types of legal statuses of an individual entrepreneur, as well as revealed the structure and analyzed in detail the specifics of the civil status of an entrepreneur in modern Russia. As a result of the conducted research, the author's concept of the "civil status of an individual entrepreneur" was formulated and the need for the adoption of the Federal Law "On the legal status of an individual entrepreneur in the Russian Federation" was justified. The practical significance of the work is determined by the fact that the conclusions made in the course of the study can contribute to improving the legal status of entrepreneurs in modern society at the legislative level. The methodological basis of this study was made up of general scientific, private and special methods of cognition.

The problem of socio-psychological adaptation of ex-servicemen and members of their families to the new conditions of organization of activity is extremely relevant. In order to develop and implement such problems within the project “Norway-Ukraine. Professional adaptation. Integration into the State System” the number of supporting centers have been established that are successfully operating in various cities of Ukraine for former or discharged servicemen and members of their families. The main areas of socio-psychological support provided under the Program were: psychological counseling, psychocorrection, c areer guidance and psychotherapy using a wide range of methods. The result of this work is to achieve the required level of readiness of the discharged serviceman to change profession. This allows to remove unnecessary psychological tension and some aggression during adaptation. It was found that the military and their families are in need of information and methodological and reference materials on a wide range of issues related to behavior in the transition to new living conditions and activities.

The authors analyse the results of the research and experimental work on managerial competencies formation in future border guard officers in the process of studying the academic subjects within the military and border-oriented training module. Particular attention is paid to the conditions and factors that ensure the representativeness of the sample and the representativeness of the results. Based on the results of the research and experimental work, the authors conclude that their proposed methods and pedagogical conditions for managerial competencies formation in future border guard officers in the process of studying the academic subjects within the military and border-oriented training module are effective and allow to optimize this process. Convinced by the results of the research and experimental work in the presence of significant differences in the average values of the levels of management competencies formedness before and after the experiment, the authors proved the effectiveness of the work in terms of managerial competencies improvement in future border guard officers.

This article presents a structural model of an independent assessment of the educational results of future teachers. The properties, assumptions, and limitations of such a system are highlighted. It is shown that the system of independent evaluation of educational results is a subsystem of the system of higher pedagogical education and should have the properties of objectivity, should be an activity system, be built considering the criterion approach to evaluation, following the principle of cyclicity. The article identifies groups of educational results based on the coordination of competencies and labor actions of a teacher. The form of presentation of evaluation tools is justified. A digital platform was chosen to present the model, the cycles of evaluation of educational results, and the stages of functioning of the model of independent evaluation of educational results, students, and graduates in the field of training “Pedagogical Education” were determined.
