As a researcher, my work has largely involved the implementation of evidence-based practices using Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approaches. My primary interest is engaging in community-embedded efforts working alongside providers using CBPR approaches to conduct evaluations and assist with the implementation of evidencebased practices. Often functioning as a methodologist, my work is not limited to a specific setting or population. Rather, I focus on bringing an interdisciplinary team science approach to a diverse set of projects and topic areas. Using my expertise in CBPR and Implementation Science, my strengths lie in guiding capacity building, technical assistance, and implementation factors for a variety of sectors including criminal justice, behavioral health, health care, and other social service settings. My goal is to understand the elements that lead to successful adoption and implementation of evidence-based practices, as well as challenges and how organizations can overcome them.

Abstrak: Bank memainkan peranan penting dalam kehidupan ekonomi modern, dan pada banyak Negara mempunyai aturan Undang-undang, dan struktur yang lengkap dan komprehensif dimana bank dijadikan sebagai media efektif dalam membangkitkan kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Sejalan dengan perkembangan pesat industri perbankan syariah yang dimungkinkan pula adanya berbagai penafsiran dalam penyusunan akad produk dan jasa bank syariah sehingga dapat menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum bagi para stakeholder dan pihak-pihak yang terkait. Dengan demikian diperlukan pengaturan akad penghimpunan dana bank syariah dalam rangka memelihara kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perbankan syariah. Ketentuan persyaratan minimum akad ini disusun berpedoman kepada Fatwa yang diterbitkan oleh Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) dengan memberikan penjelasan rinci aspek teknis perbankan guna menyediakan landasan hukum yang cukup memadai bagi para pihak yang berkepentingan
