This study aims is to develop a parenting program based on parenting style for factory workers' mothers. Quantitative methods are used to describe the tendency of parenting factory workers based on the Baumrind classification (authoritarian, authoritative, permissive, or neglectful). Based on data processing, it was found that in general, factory worker mothers tend to be authoritative but authoritarian in enforcing the rules. The problem is when mothers work children are left with relatives who tend to be permissive and pampering, even children can become vulnerable to malnutrition due to careless food intake for example. Inconsistency in moral upbringing makes it difficult for mothers in forming attitudes. The implications of the parenting program needed include: 1) the urgency of early childhood education; 2) cooperation between mother and family or caregiver; 3) implementation of the concept of Baumrind parenting in socio-emotional and moral development; 4) creating an educational environment for moral formation and fulfillment of child nutrition. Virtual Display of Affection is an activity or activity showing off intimacy in the virtual world in the form of visual, audio visual, image, or intimate text posted to social media. Virtual Display of Affection are active in using social media including Instagram and often present themselves on social media. The purpose of this study was to see muru'ah and self-presentation at the students of Bandung Islamic University who conducted a Virtual Display of Affection. The method of this research is a descriptive study with female students who meet the criteria of Bandung Islamic University students who are still active, hooded and have a partner and do a Virtual Display of Affection. The result from this research are, in general, the female students who do Virtual Display of Affection have a high level muru’ah, its mean that students have an effort to build respect or a good self-image according to the instructions of Allah and His Messenger, especially in carrying out their role as students. And then, the female students who have boyfriends have a low self-presentation, it’s means that they are not be able to present themselves to others, and they also tend not to show intimacy both in the real world and the virtual world. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of motivation, transactional leadership style, and organizational culture toward employee performance at public service office in South Sumatera Province. Respondents of this study are 150 employees taken from 4 public service offices. The analytical method used is linear regression analysis. The results showed that the independent variables together affect the dependent variable of around 0.607 can be seen from the value of R Square and F test score which is 75.231 higher than f value table (2.66) in the level of significant 0.000b. Partially, the organizational culture variable dominantly influence on the performance that can be seen from the value of t count which is 3.688 at the level of significance 0.000b. This finding will be an input for office management related to public service providers in order to improve their performance in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the price of rubber in each district and city in West Sumatra. Analysis of rubber prices is influenced by distance factors between cities and districts. The research approach method used is a multiple linear regression. If the quality of infrastructure does not meet the transportation of rubber from cities and districts, the impact of rubber prices will increase. This problem causes a high cost of transporting raw rubber to be sent to rubber processing companies. The result, Quality of the raw rubber production produced by farmers also has an impact on the rubber price. If the farmer’s rubber is in a good quality, the price of rubber will increase. The price difference is a matter of production per hectare, and output, which is the level of commodity output normalized by the society of West Sumatra province. West Sumatra Province is an area where the plantation commodities play important role for the industrial economic activities. Bandung is one of the icons or portraits of a rich city both in terms of education and creative human resources. Nevertheless, there is something ironic about this city. Right in the middle of it, there is an urban village which holds poor icon in this city known as flower city. This research designated as an empowerment program with the aim to improve living standards and reduce the amount of inorganic waste by processing them into eco-friendly creative products with an economic and high selling value for the street vendors of Cikapundung riverbank, Bandung, West Java. Based on Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the results of this research are to improve living standard and welfare of the poor people by building family's economic independence in generating per capita income in accordance with national welfare standard, to understand and foster the entrepreneurial spirit through caring for the environment, to be able to create creative and innovative results, to be able to overcome environmental problems, to be able to maintain the environmental hygiene through the spirit of concerning for the environment, and also to increase the economic value of creative and innovative products by processing inorganic wastes into valued products to obtain additional earnings. The application of green industry principles in MSMEs is one of the targets that must be addressed by the Indonesian government to achieve the goals of sustainable development. The application of green industry principles in Indonesian MSMEs, especially footwear processing industry sector in Bandung is still very low. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a research that can identify the factors that influence the application of green industry principles in MSMEs. This study uses a narrative literature review by Cronin, Ryan and Coughlan. The results of this study are factors that influence the application of green industry principles to MSMEs, namely external factors, internal factors and connecting factors. External factors are (1) government regulation, (2) certification, (3) financing, (4) incentives, (5) awards, (6) competitors in the industry, (7) public buying interest, (8) public opinion, (9) social organization. This recent paper tries to examine how santri take benefit from the existence of an English Club at their school in terms of increasing their understanding of having ability in mastering a foreign language. This research is performed at an Islamic boarding school Baitul Hidayah, Cimenyan, Bandung Regency. The research is conducted through a descriptivequantitative method. The research result generally shows that santri at the Islamic boarding school are aware of the necessity of having an ability to use English as a tool to face the global world. Standardization is conveyed through the media, which is often able to manipulate someone as a form that must be followed by the audience. Therefore, this research aims to explore the concepts of beauty in the minds of the Korean drama viewers. This study uses a qualitative method, with an audience reception approach. Data collection techniques are: in-depth interviews, field observations and literature studies. The result is that people choose to consume drama by considering the storyline, filling their free time, actors and cinematography. Most of the informants stated that their actors were beautiful and wanted to be like them. There are also people who are willing to save their money to buy makeup and clothes made in Korea so they can be like them. Therefore, this research aims to explore the concepts of beauty in the minds of the Korean drama viewers. This study uses a qualitative method, with an audience reception approach. Data collection techniques are: in-depth interviews, field observations and literature studies. The result is that people choose to consume drama by considering the storyline, filling their free time, actors and cinematography. Most of the informants stated that their actors were beautiful and wanted to be like them. There are also people who are willing to save their money to buy makeup and clothes made in Korea so they can be like them. It can be said that they are in the category of dominant position and negotiate the position of hegemony. This research seeks to investigate consumer perceptions of mobile advertising value that appears on their mobile devices, how their attitude towards these advertisements, and how consumers purchase intention in the advertised product. Furthermore, this study also tries to uncover the influence of advertising value on consumer attitudes and their impact on purchase intention. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method by applying the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique to the primary data, which is obtained through questionnaires. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a total of 200 respondents. The findings of this research showed that respondent's perception of mobile advertising value is differ based on its dimensions, the entertainment level of mobile advertising value is "low", the informativeness level are "moderate", while the irritation level is "high". In the other hand, respondent’s attitude on mobile advertising are “moderate”, while respondent’s purchase intention on mobile advertising products are surprisingly “low”. This research also found that the variables Irritation and Informativeness has significance influence on advertising attitude, while entertainment has no significance influence on advertising value.
