This research aimed at finding the qualifications of banking crimes in financing disbursement to sharia banks and the application of corporate liability system in financing disbursement in sharia banks. This research by using a normative juridical approach, analytical descriptive, secondary data types, data retrieval through literature study and document study, data analysis, and qualitative normative. The results concluded that the policy of financing disbursement approval to sharia banks violating prudential principles and sharia principles could be qualified as a banking crime. The criminal liability system for banking institutions as corporations cannot be implemented because the criminal provisions in Banking Law and Sharia Banking Law still used the principle of “societas delinquere non potest” or the principle of “university delinquere non potest” which considers that corporations are impossible to commit a crime and cannot bear criminal liability. Keywords—criminal; liability; sharia bank

The purpose of this paper is to discover the challenge and opportunity in the implementation of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in West Sumatera region. The existence of AEC drives the countries in ASEAN region to improve their economy in order to face the global competition. This research uses normative law method, which is a qualitative research method utilizing content analysis of secondary data. The research result shows that Indonesia is one of the countries which prepares their self-quality to take AEC opportunity and increases their economic capacity so that they can take place on the competition among other ASEAN countries. In the implementation of AEC, there are also some leading sector potentials to become the opportunity to West Sumatera province. The opportunity taken by West Sumatera can generate risk which becomes a challenge that must be faced by Indonesia in general and West Sumatera in specific. Art is an integral part in the spread of Islamic religion in the past. Keraton Kacirebonan as one of the three Keratons in Cirebon, was initially built with the purpose of spreading Islam in Java island. Until now, art and cultural activities remain intact in Keraton Kacirebonan. It has a studio specifically designed for this purpose namely Sanggar Tari Topeng Gaya Slangit as tari topeng or traditional mask dance itself conveys the meaning of life. The purpose of this paper is to construct the spatial concept of art and culture in Keraton Kacirebonan. The method applied in this paper is a theoretical dialogue between themes derived from inductive reasoning and viewed from the perspective of humanism and the Sundanese identity of Keraton Kacirebonan. The result of this paper deals with a local wisdom concerning values of life that need to be preserved, mainly those that are being eroded by modernity in conjunction with the globalization agenda.

In Indonesia, this year President has issued a controversial regulation, Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) No. 20 of 2018 on Foreign Workers. The purpose of this paper is to analysis that regulation from the administrative law perspective. In fact, it is suspected as bad regulation for Indonesian workers. By doing a juridical review, using literature study as the research method, this paper would explain how it should be regulated; and how it should be implemented in free trade era to guarantee the prosperity as written in The Preamble of UUD NRI 1945. Based on this regulation, IMTA, that should be used by the government to prevent domination of foreign workers, has been shifted to RPTKA. But, RPTKA is not a license. It is only an optional requirement. PERPRES No. 20 of 2018 is contradictive with the principles and the purpose of UU No. 13 of 2003 on Labor Act, and Act No, 25 of 2007 on Investment Act itself. This kind of regulation could be potential to decrease the sovereignty of Indonesia on domestic workers in the era of free trade. Reproductive function is constructed by the community as the responsibility of women, with their given sex. In fact, they must bear the consequence of violations of sexual behavior. This paper reveals the sexual and social risks faced by young women related to reproductive health in Bandung City. Using a qualitative descriptive paradigm with case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The informants were drawn from Indonesian Family Planning Association (PKBI) in West Java, Indonesia. The results show the risk of sexual vulnerability such as unwanted pregnancy or abortion is clearly only experienced by young women. Shame, and socially negative stigma become a heavy burden that must be experienced by young women. Health communication intervention is carried out through multi-level communication where group and mass communication are used for socialization and education of reproductive health. Interpersonal communication is used in the context of prevention and assistance in cases of reproductive health. Keywords—communication; young women; reproductive health

The increasing volume of waste in Indonesia is a feature of the low level of public awareness to waste management. The problem of waste management is still considered to be the responsibility of the government. School is one of the institutions that has a role to build awareness education for children and teenagers in waste management. In fact, there are still many teenagers in Indonesia who do not understand the importance of waste management. This paper aims to examine the ability of senior high school students in waste management by exploring three areas: knowledge about waste management, organic waste processing, and an organic waste processing. This research was conducted in senior high school by involving students and teachers. Participants were given knowledge about the types of waste, knowledge and practice of managing organic waste, and practicing an organic waste processing into useful items. The results showed that the student waste management’s knowledge was still low, because they had never been taught in the school curriculum. They don't even know how to process organic waste. Our visit has changed their knowledge about waste and how to process it. So, it is necessary to teenagers to directly practice how to manage waste into something more valuable. Keywords—waste management awareness; senior high school students; Indonesia

This research aimed at describing the effect of implementing sharia principle in substance and structure of sharia banking legal system on sharia bank products in Indonesia and formulating the implementation model of sharia principles on sharia bank products associated with the corporate identity of sharia banks in Indonesia. This research used descriptive analytical with a normative juridical approach with documentation study, interviews, and FGD as data collection techniques, and normative qualitative methods as data analysis technique. The result showed that the influence of implementing sharia principle on legal system including sharia banks’ substance and structure towards sharia banks products in Indonesia was very large. Regarding substance, the implementation of sharia principle on products could result in invalid transactions. Regarding structure, the effect of implementing sharia principles on products could weaken the authority of DSN-MUI and DPS as a reference institution in the implementation of sharia principles in banking. The implementation model of sharia principles on sharia bank products currently maintains a good corporate identity of sharia banks, but in practice it still does not reflect the expected
