This study examines the policies of UNISBA in the development of the Islamic teaching and the improvement of religiosity. The research focus on starting the management of foundation as well as the university leaders to the level of Head of Field. The urgency, which is given the vision, mission and goals of UNISBA policy, is directed at institutional behavior in creating Islamic values for the academic community. The development of Islamic spirituality and the improvement of religiosity have an interdependence relationship. Both of them will be carried out effectively if guided by institutional policies that are consistent, adaptive and interpretive. Besides that, this issue has not been done much by previous researchers. Keywords—policy; religiosity; Islamic teaching

Indonesia has been participating in the Children’s Worlds international project on conducting a survey of children’s well-being. A new context-free multi-item scale named CWSWBS (Children’s Worlds Subjective Well-Being Scale) has been used on this survey. Since the original version of the scale was in English, the scale required to be translated into Indonesian language. The aim of this article is to explain the translation process. Method used in this study including testing the translated scale for legibility and how children understood the wording, conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with children, working on back translation, and sent the back translated scale to Children’s Worlds coordination secretariat to be reviewed. This process has been done in the pilot testing of Indonesian version of the CW-SWBS in children age 8, 10, 12 year-olds (N = 425) in Bandung, West Java. Result findings showed the Indonesian version of CW-SWBS has been translated excellently and was understood by children age 8, 10, and 12 year-olds. Keywords—children; CW-SWBS; Indonesia; life satisfaction; subjective well-being; West Java
印度尼西亚一直在参加儿童世界关于进行儿童福利调查的国际项目。本调查采用了一种新的情境无关的多项目量表CWSWBS(儿童世界主观幸福感量表)。

Scabies is a skin disease that is still a problem with 200 million cases in 2015 in the world. Reducing the incidence of scabies, the understanding of scabies is essential since knowledge is a factor that will determine behaviour. This study aims to analyse the relationship between scabies and the level of knowledge of students in a religious boarding school. This study was a cross-sectional study with analysis using the Fisher Exact test. The incidence of scabies gathered through physical examination, and the diagnosis of scabies based on the cardinal sign such as diffuse itching presents along with either lesion in two regular spots or itchiness is present in another household member. The student’s level of knowledge accessed using a questionnaire. Results showed that the incidence of scabies was quite high although most of the students have a good level of knowledge. The results show that not only knowledge but behaviour plays a vital role in one's hygiene. It concluded that there was no relationship between the level of knowledge and the incidence of scabies. In many ways, the creative industry is a way out for the development of new industries, which are hindered by problems with the availability of capital and technology. The creative industry is synonymous with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that are more resistant to crises that are part of the free market. The biggest threat from the creative industry actually comes from within itself, namely the slowing down of the creative process that can bring new things. The creative industry is an industry that produces trends in certain fields, thus protecting the existence of the creative industry can be done by providing protection against the trends generated by the creative industry. What is meant by protection here is of course legal protection that has an impact on increasing the welfare of the stakeholders of the creative industry. Current trend protection has not become part of the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) even though in reality trend protection is a protection against the results of intellectual activity itself. Thought regarding trend protection is a new thought, so that research related to it is only possible to use primary legal material in the form of secondary data, thus making it a doctrinal legal research. The education practice cannot be separated from education administration. At the level of early childhood education organized by mothers of Posyandu cadres who are in rural areas commonly called Pos PAUD there are still many weaknesses in carrying out the right education administration. The results of the observations found several things that were obstacles to the development of the institution, among others: lack of support from the village government, teacher qualifications that were on average junior or high school graduates, teacher competencies that were not relevant to educational qualifications. The aim of this study was to know the effectiveness of the workshop on improving the quality of the pos PAUD institution. The research subjects were Pos PAUD cadres, amounting to 21 people. The results showed an increase in understanding of Pos PAUD management, which amounted to 81.64%, an increase of 24.3% from 57.4% of the previous pretest results. Likewise, the results of the statistical test using SPSS, this workshop activity had a significant influence in increasing the understanding of Pos PAUD cadres. The conclusion is that PAUD management workshops can improve the understanding and skills of the postal administration. Keywords—workshop; management; Pos PAUD
