The main objective of this research was reveal in detail by facts and data to get a complete image about the implementation of improvement program of educator quality at integrated elementary school Al-Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. This research specifically aimed reveal information objectively and empirically that relates understanding of improvement program of teachers’ quality, implementation of improvement program types, the supporting and abstracting factors in the implementation of the program and the effects of the implementation of the program at integrated elementary school Al-Fikri Islamic Green School Pekanbaru. This research used qualitative approach; the data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The data were analyses by descriptive qualitative with descriptive presentation, and triangulation was used know the data validity. The result showed that the teachers understand the improvement program of the teacher quantity well. The improvement programs of teachers’ quality at this school which were actualized in some programs such as education and training, ta’lim, kkg, teacher meeting, supervision, seminars workshop, study tour, character school programs could be done well. It was showed that there were supporting and obstructing factors on this program. Then, this program had positive effect toward the development of teacher competence optimally, positive effect an teacher service students, positive effect an teacher service to students’ parents, and positive effect an school quality.

This research aims to know the implementation of adiwiyata (school environment) in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The method was used is the qualitative approach. Dotted defends on the findings of the research have been done, nestling be drawn the conclusion that it is in the planning stages of the program adiwiyata in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, the role of the principal, teachers, and the school committee is very important. A good cooperation in the preparation of the programs and activities that support program adiwiyata, this is what makes the planning to be mature and be able to carried out well in school. In the stage of implementation, the good cooperation of the principal as a leader, teacher and administrative activities in the program as a constructor of adiwiyata, the student as a daily executor and the committee as a supporting factor and the trustees made programme adiwiyata in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru were carried out to its full potential and achive the desired objectives. See from the result of the implementation of adiwiyata programme in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, reflected that the successful implementation of the program has achieved the desired goals. From 2009 until 2016 always showed an increase to a better direction, program adiwiyata in SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru became a model for other schools and should afford to become environmentally independent school.

Discipline is one of the things that must be upheld in school because discipline is the key to school success. The existence of high discipline can be one of the capital for schools to achieve the expected goals. In order to enforce this discipline, it requires discipline management based on theories reflected in the functions of management consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising to determine and achieve the targets that have been determined through the utilization of human resources and other resources. This research is a type of qualitative research, research that tends to handle research problems that require exploration, where knowledge of the problem is still limited, about a detailed understanding of central phenomena. With data collection techniques done with Interviews, observation and documentation. The data processing procedure is done by triangulation technique, checking informant, and examination of data. The result of the research shows that 1) the planning on the discipline management work program has been done well but the implementation can’t run consistently, 2) the organization of discipline management has been well established, but policy making in the determination of sanctions can’t be taken by the highest policy holders in the organizational structure of management discipline, 3) the implementation management function is limited to the process and not in the field but in the final sanction can’t be implemented, 4) the supervision has been done well by the leader but in the evaluation process cannot be implemented because basically the school already know the cause of management evaluation can be done.

The purpose of this paper is to know the role of school supervisor in inspecting, Advising, Monitoring, Reporting, Coordnating (Coordinating), Performing Leadership (in leading and performing the five main tasks), in improve the quality of education as in SDN. And the factors causing the gap and the effort to eliminate the gap factors in the implementation of the role of school supervision in improving the quality of education in the SDN. Efforts to eliminate the causes of gaps in the implementation of school supervisors in improving the quality of education in SDN. To study it the authors use a qualitative approach with mixed data collection techniques or mix method. It is expected that school supervisors can perform their role in the effort to improve the quality of education in the schools they supervise.

The profile of Indonesian hajj in the last ten years belongs to high risk groups that could endanger safety and health of hajj in theirperformingatTanah Suci. The Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Health has taken a strategic step in improving health of indonesian hajj by conducting training of Hajj Health Check Officer (HHCO). This research includes of qualitative research with interview data collection techniques and documentation.Service of training hajj health check officerconsists of three aspects, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning is arranged systematically so that the organizing committee can work in accordance with duties and functions. Implementation of training is carried out in accordance with planned curriculum and training schedule. The service of training implementation can be seen from pre-process of learning, learning process, and closing of training. Furthermore, evaluation of training consists of three components, namely evaluation of participants, evaluation of facilitator and evaluation of organization. Evaluation results show that participants understand the training materials provided. Evaluation results of facilitator indicate that facilitator can convey their knowledge and skills well to participants. And evaluation results of organization shows that participants are satisfied with training organizer. Based on the evaluation of participants, facilitators, and organizers, it can be concluded that training service of HHCO at UPT.Penanggulangan Krisis Kesehatan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia and Kesehatan Olahraga Masyarakat Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Riau are considered good. Training of HHCO have provided knowledge and insight in accordance with the field of work.

entrepreneurship learning on develop student entrepreneurship character in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau. The sub focus research consist of 1).Learning models in the implementation of entrepreneurship learning on develop student entrepreneurship character, 2). The contribution of school citizens in the implementation of entrepreneurship learning on develop student entreprenurship character, and 3). The achievement of implementation entrepreneurship learning on develop student entrepreneurship character. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The results found that implementation of entrepreneurship learning on develop student entreprenurship character in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau was implemented through learning models like discovery or inquiry learning, problem based learning, and project based learning. School citizens contribute to succeed the implementation of entrepreneurship learning by means of giving support for entrepreneurship learning, school creation and inovation, utilizing partner school as tutor, and build partnership for entrepreneurship learning. The school’s achievements in implementing entrepreneurship learning can be seen from the school’s achievements, relationships with partner schools, and school participation.

The focus of this research is the implementation of community-based education (PBM) in PKBM Hangtuah and PKBM Sari with research subfokus: (1) Understanding of institution leadership on PBM; (2) Implementation of planning process, organizing, leading and controlling curriculum in PKBM studied; (3) The way of institution leadership in ensuring all PKBM learning activities to be run in accordance with the work program (running a smooth ship). This research uses a qualitative approach where researchers describe the phenomena obtained during the research on the implementation of PBM in PKBM studied. Data collection techniques used include (1) interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation study. As for techniques to check the validity of the data using triangulation data. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusion. The conclusion of this study are (1) Understanding PKBM leaders Hangtuah and PKBM Sari pertained good to PBM. The leaders of both institutions understand the concept of PKBM established from, by and for the community, knowing operational guidelines for the implementation of PKBM and has conducted the management of PKBM in accordance with the technical guidelines, knowing the technical service program and the obligations of PKBM and knowing the community needs around PKBM; (2) The leaders of both institutions have done a good planning, organizing, leading and controlling process. In the process of planning, the leaders of both institutions have set goals but do not include all the existing stakeholders, have institutional development strategies, although they are incomplete, and have job descriptions and schedule of PKBM activities. In the organizing process, both leaders of PKBM institutions have been managing in accordance with their vision and mission, determining strategies and targets that include the outcome criteria, quality and time constraints even though the document on this matter is not fully owned, and holds an internal meeting of the agency to carry out the review this is not done routinely. In the process of controlling, the leaders of both institutions often control the activities of the agencies in the field, often check the conditions in the field and explore information about the course of an activity to know the weaknesses and mistakes in the field, directly reprimand and make corrections to the mistakes that occur and provide input and warning to tutors and residents learn. This research uses a qualitative approach where researchers describe the phenomena obtained during the research on the implementation of PBM in PKBM studied. Data collection techniques used include (1) interviews, (2) observation, (3) documentation study. As for techniques to check the validity of the data using triangulation data. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusion. The conclusion of this study are (1) Understanding PKBM leaders Hangtuah and PKBM Sari pertained good to PBM. The leaders of both institutions understand the concept of PKBM established from, by and for the community, knowing operational guidelines for the implementation of PKBM and has conducted the management of PKBM in accordance with the technical guidelines, knowing the technical service program and the obligations of PKBM and knowing the community needs around PKBM; (2) The leaders of both institutions have done a good planning, organizing, leading and controlling process. In the process of planning, the leaders of both institutions have set goals but do not include all the existing stakeholders, have institutional development strategies, although they are incomplete, and have job descriptions and schedule of PKBM activities. In the organizing process, both leaders of PKBM institutions have been managing in accordance with their vision and mission, determining strategies and targets that include the outcome criteria, quality and time constraints even though the document on this matter is not fully owned, and holds an internal meeting of the agency to carry out the review this is not done routinely. In the process of controlling, the leaders of both institutions often control the activities of the agencies in the field, often check the conditions in the field and explore information about the course of an activity to know the weaknesses and mistakes in the field, directly reprimand and make corrections to the mistakes that occur and provide input and warning to tutors and residents learn. The purpose of this study to describe and analyze the Management of Educational Broadcast inPrograma 1 (one) Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Pekanbaru viewed from the management functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is by Miles and Huberman method (1992) that is through data reduction process, data presentation, conclusion and triangulation.The results of the study show that the Education Broadcasting Management in Programa 1 (one) Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Pekanbaru has been running well. The first step of planning is a program that runs every year to create educational programs. Next determine the educational broadcast team, broadcaster, educational theme, broadcast schedule and resource person. Resource persons are carefully selected to provide accurate information. Planning in the studio engineering section is done matrang by providing guidance to the lookbook given to the broadcaster as a guide during the broadcast. Organizing educational broadcast in Programa 1 (one) RRI Pekanbaru is done by forming Team by Head of LPP RRI Pekanbaru prepared at the time of program of yearly program or have according to SK respectively if status of civil servant and given authority with clear job description. Implementation of education broadcast In Programa 1 (one) RRI Pekanbaru has been implemented in accordance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 Year 2015 on Radio Public Broadcasting Institution of the Republic of Indonesia and KPI regulations on Broadcasting Conduct Manual (P3) of 2012. Supervision in RRI All Indonesia is conducted by Supervisory Board The highest position in RRI. RRI Pekanbaru supervision conducted by the Head of LPP RRI Pekanbaru. This research was aimed at finding out the structuring and equality policies of the teaching loads of the state Senior High School (SMAN) teachers of Tembilahan Kota, Indragiri Hilir District. The data were gathered through observation, interview and documentation. The informants of the research were employees of the District Education Office, school supervisors, head teachers, and a number of teachers in the Sub-district of Tembilahan Kota. The data analysis used in this study was policy analysis since the research employed the qualitative approach. The findings of the research indicated that (1) the program planning of the structuring and equality of the teachers’ teaching loads has been implemented. (2) In its implementation, however, there were teachers who could not have 24 teaching hours in a week. (3) The implementation of the planned program of the structuring and the equality of the teachers’ teaching loads was running smoothly, but not yet as maximal as expected.

The aim of this research is how management of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru with subfokus are: (1) Achievement of vision and mission implementation of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (2) Planning of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (3) Organizing of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (4) Implementation of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (5) Supervision of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru (6) The result of program the information center and counseling youth at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru. The approach of this research is qualitative gotten from respondents with data collection technique through documentation, observation, and in-depth interview. Further data analysis through data reduction, display data, conclusion and verification.
