The purpose of this research is to determine the comparison of Eddy Rumpoko's leadership towards the people of Batu City. This research uses empirical research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data was collected through field data sources, while secondary data was obtained from books and statutory regulations. This research will use data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The research results show that business people consider that Eddy Rumpoko contributed to increasing business income during and after his reign. This is proven by the increase in residents' finances up to 3x and the massive growth in hotel rooms from around 6000 rooms to 8000 hotel rooms in Batu City. Business people gain financial prosperity with Eddy Rumpoko's leadership. However, Walhi activists consider that Eddy Rumpoko is accused of a corruption case which makes him a bad Regional Head of Batu City with around 46.8 billion in his leadership. Apart from the issue of corruption, there are environmental conflicts suffered by the people of Batu City, namely the conflict between The Rajya Hotel and Jatim Park 3 Batu City.

This article aims to analyze the application of the seven principles of electoral district structuring and seat allocation in the 2024 elections. The problem focuses on Electoral District Arrangement and Seat Allocation in Boyolali Regency which is experiencing the expansion of sub-district areas, from 19 sub-districts to 22 sub-districts. To approach this problem, technical guidelines for the preparation of electoral districts and allocations by the KPU of the Republic of Indonesia are used as a reference. Data was collected through interviews and literature studies of existing documents and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the changes in the composition of sub-districts in electoral districts and seat allocation in Boyolali Regency have met the basic requirements for electoral district arrangement and seat allocation. These basic requirements are fulfilled by changes in population that result in the allocation of seats in one electoral district exceeding the maximum limit and/or less than the minimum limit determined by law; the expansion of the region from the original 18 sub-districts to 22 sub-districts; and there are electoral district structures and seat allocations that conflict with the principles of structuring electoral districts in previous elections which require changes and re-arrangement of the regional composition within electoral districts.

The Medan Denai Locale Government has as of late been currently moving towards a spotless climate. Medan Denai Locale will be a model for other sub-regions in their endeavors to work on the nature of a perfect climate. The deterrent faced by individuals of Medan Denai Locale is an absence of inspiration and mindfulness regarding the significance of ecological tidiness. The arrangement that should be possible to conquer these obstructions is by holding a strengthening program completed by the Medan Region government for the local area with the exercises of the Drape Program, the Night Squander Apportioning Project (persami), the Denai Quick Waste Help (persad), and the Waste Development Program for Denai hindering (Denai guardians). The point of this program is to engage the local area by imparting local area mindfulness and worry as well as being straightforwardly associated with molding the climate through related programs. The strategy involved is to gather information through direct perception in the encompassing Medan Denai Locale region by focusing on the treatment of moved squander and keeping up with tidiness over the day. This community empowerment program has allowed Medan Denai District to improve, maintain, and even develop its environmental cleanliness. The results of the research show that the activities of the Curtain Program, the Night Waste Disposal Program (persami), the Denai Fast Waste Service (persad), and the Waste Movement Program for stunting Denai (Denai caregivers) have improved environmental cleanliness and health in the Medan Denai District area. Apart from that, the district government and the community are committed to carrying out the program in a sustainable manner.

The aim of this research is twofold, namely trying to determine the implementation and evaluate innovations in Samsat Virtu motor vehicle tax payment services to increase regional income. With a research focus on motor vehicle tax (PKB), which is one of the elements of regional income that has a high contribution. Implementation Theory of policy implementation according to Van Meter and Van Horn(Budi Winarno, 2016)where 6 aspects are examined, namely: 1) policy standards and targets, 2) policy resources, 3) communication between organizations, 4) characteristics of the implementing agency/attitude of the implementer and 5) social, political and economic conditions, and the evaluation theory used namely policy evaluation theory from William N. Dunn with indicators 1) Value focus, 2) Interdependence of value facts, and 3) Present and past orientation. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Where the author participated in the field, observed what was happening, carried out direct analysis of the document findings, and prepared a detailed report of the findings. The research was conducted at the UPTD Samsat City of Bengkulu, which was carried out in May 2023. From the results of the research it is known that the implementation of virtual Samsat public service innovation in Bengkulu City has policy standards and targets, financial resources and time, coordination between organizations, characteristics namely equipped with SOPs, and supported by the attitude of the innovation implementer which is equipped with knowledge, understanding and deepening as well as services that prioritize 5S culture, in addition to being supported by socio-political and economic conditions that are conducive to the implementation of service innovation. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of samsat virtu innovation such as Weather factors, internet access, and regular servicing of hardware and software have been anticipated by the Bengkulu City Samsat so that Samsat Virtu innovation services can continue to be carried out well.

This article aims to explain the conservation mechanisms of a community to protect village forests; and how actors can create communities that maintain the value of forests as spaces for life's needs. This article focuses on ethnobotanical knowledge (especially medicines), transmission, healing practices, and forest protection mechanisms. The relationship between these four things is a story of sustainable conservation, both in-situ and ex-situ. This mechanism turns out to be related to mythology, sacredness, and sacred areas. This phenomenon was found in Karonese, Daulu Village, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The cognitive anthropology approach with the concept of culture in mind becomes an important tool for analyzing how knowledge is constructed and transmitted. Ethnographic research methods with an emic approach, participant observation, in-depth interviews with key informants, and completeness of filed notes are one way to capture the native point of view. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively through ongoing analysis. The conclusion of the study found that the capacity of actors, especially healers, and the transmission of ethnobotanical knowledge, especially medicines, and the survival of mythological stories and values about sacred areas have consequences for the sustainability of conservation of what they call the kerangen kuta or village forest.

One of the BUMDs owned by the regional government is The Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM), which is responsible for developing and managing a clean water supply system to serve consumers at more affordable prices. The need for clean water is something that is of great concern because it is one of the primary human needs that cannot be avoided in everyday life. This research aims to determine the analysis of the service quality of PDAM Tirta Sejuk regarding the need for clean water in Blangkejeren. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis to obtain a systematic, factual and accurate picture of the problems studied. This research also uses Zeithaml's theory which consists of several main indicators, namely: tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, reliability and guarantee. The results of the research show that the service provided to consumers is quite good and satisfying, seen in its form, namely the existence of facilities and infrastructure to support service quality and meet community needs, prioritizing good communication in creating a sense of empathy for customers, and responsiveness in overcoming various problems that occur regarding clean water needs. Apart from that, reliability is also emphasized to fulfill promises of guarantees that will be given to customers.

This research discusses the application of electoral district structuring principles and Islamic political principles in the formation of North Sumatra Province DPRD Electoral Districts in the 2024 Election. Using qualitative research methods, normative approaches, and Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis model. This research investigates the extent to which these principles are reflected in the determination of electoral districts. The results of the research show that the principle of equal vote value and the principle of proportionality has not been fully accommodated in the Determination of Electoral Districts for the DPRD of North Sumatra Province for the 2024 Election, based on the Principles of Electoral District Arrangement. According to the perspective of Islamic political principles such as obedience, justice, and equality (al-musawah), they cannot be fully applied in determining electoral districts. Further analysis reveals that the main factor causing the non-implementation of these principles is political influence in determining electoral districts for the DPR and Provincial DPRD in the 2024 Election. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the challenges and obstacles faced in realizing the democratic and political principles of Islam in the context of regional elections. The implications of these findings emphasize the need for reform to increase the value of voting representation and proportionality, in line with Islamic political principles. Practical recommendations involve policy reform and tighter oversight to reduce detrimental political influences. It is hoped that these steps will improve the implementation of these principles in future regional election systems.

Banyak klinik kecantikan/pelaku usaha untuk membuat suatu produk kecantikannya menggunakan jasa maklon ke pabrik-pabrik yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi tingginya minat dari konsumen akan produk kecantikan. Konsumen disini dapat diartikan sebagai pembeli. Permasalahan yang akan diangkat disini yaitu bagaimana upaya hukum apabila terjadi pelanggaran hukum oleh penyedia jasa maklon. Serta bagaimana bentuk pertanggung gugatan atas pelanggaran, sehingga dapat merugikan kosumen dalam perjanjian-perjanjian yang mengikatkan diri antara para pihak tidak terpenuhi atau telah terjadi adanya pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dapat merugikan konsumen atau pihak lainnya dalam proses tersebut, bentuk perlindungan hukum yang didapatkan konsumen yang merasa dirugikan serta bagaimana tanggung gugat yang dilakukan pelaku usaha atas produk yang dihasilkan maupun dijualnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fungsi pengawasan pemerintah yang berkaitan dengan perizinan Produk Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT) dalam rangka penguatan posisi produsen. PIRT sebagai bagian dari kegiatan usaha, keberadaanya semakin terlihat dalam kegiatan bisnis. Dilihat sari sudut pandang hukum, keberadaan PIRT terdapat beberapa masalah yakni: pertama, mengenai kewenangan melakukan pengaturan dan pengawasan pelaksanaan PIRT terdapat di dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan di tingkat pusat maupun daerah; kedua, klasifikasi produsen yang wajib memperoleh PIRT; ketiga, mekanisme permohonan, pengawasan, dan pengaduan PIRT oleh berbagai pihak terkait; keempat, manfaat yang akan didapat dari PIRT, baik oleh pemerintah, produsen, maupun masyarakat luas sebagai konsumen; dan kelima, penjelasan menyeluruh mengenai berbagai istilah yang berkaitan dengan PIRT. Dengan adanya kejelasan pengaturan dan pengawasan PIRT posisi produsen akan semakin jelas keberadaanya. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif. This research aims to analyze the function of government oversight related to licensing of Home Industry Products (PIRT). PIRT as part of business activities, its existence is increasingly visible in business activities.The existence of PIRT has several problems, namely: first, regarding the authority to regulate and supervise the implementation of PIRT contained in various laws and regulations, both those issued by the central government and regional governments; second, the classification of producers who are required to obtain PIRT; third, the mechanism for requesting, monitoring and complaining about PIRT by various related parties; fourth, the benefits that will be obtained from PIRT, both by the government, producers, and the general public as consumers; and fifth, a thorough explanation of various terms related to PIRT. With clear regulation and supervision of PIRT, the position of producers will become clearer. The method used in this research is normative juridical research method.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif, yang membahas mengenai kewenangan notaris membuat akta untuk keluarga. Sebagai aturan umum, notaris tidak dapat membuat akta untuk keluarganya, kecuali dalam kondisi hukum tertentu.Namun kondisi tersebut tidak sepenuhnya dijelaskan dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris. Hal ini menimbulkan multitafsir dalam memaknai peraturan tersebut, menghambat terwujudnya kepastian hukum, dan tidak memberikan perlindungan kepada pemilik dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketentuan notaris yang diperbolehkan membuat akta untuk keluarganya dibatasi oleh nuansa umum dalam kondisi tersebut. Selain dalam kondisi itu,notaris dapat dikatakan berpihak karena ia membuat akta untuk kepentingan keluarganya. Apabila notaris melanggar aturan dalam membuat akta untuk keluarganya, maka status otentik dapat turun menjadi akta bawah tangan, selama pihak yang merasa dirugikan dengan keberadaan akta tersebut dapat membuktikannya. This is a juridical normative study, which aims to explain the authority of notary in making deeds for their own family. As a general rule, notary cannot make deeds for their own family, except under certain legal conditions. However, this condition is not fully explained in the provisions of Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Notary Position. This creates multiple interpretations in interpreting these regulations, hinders the establishment of legal certainty, and does not provide protection to document owners. The results of the study show that the provisions for notary being allowed to make deeds for their family are limited by the general nuances of these conditions. Apart from that, the notary can be said to take sides because they made the deeds for the benefit of their family. If the notary violates the rules in making deed for their family, then the authentic status of the deed can be reduced to a private deed, as long as the party who feels aggrieved by the existence of the deed can prove it.
