In this paper, we consider a two-echelon supply chain with a supplier and several retailers. Each retailer's demand is deterministic and depends on her service level. It may form the “LOOSEN” coalition among them whose service levels are different. Retailers within the coalition can aggregate the demand and order from the supplier together with a quantity discount. We analyze the service levels and discuses the stable structure of coalitions under four kinds of allocation rules using cooperative game theory. In particular, we find that the grand coalition is the stable structure of DSGPOs under Shapley allocation rule. For other allocation rules, the stable structure can be obtained by sorting corresponding parameters.

The notable features of guarantee program differing from traditional project are high degree of information asymmetry and risk uncertainty. The evaluation for credit insurance risk is the key to insurance organization. In this paper, limitations of the traditional NPV evaluation method are proposed. A credit risk pricing model of the guarantee project is put forward based on the real options, which can reflect the value of the project more accurately and therefore enhance the feasibility and rationality of investment decision due to its consideration of the option value of flexible valuation. By using of the pricing model of the guarantee project based on Black - Scholes option risk model proposed in this paper, the investor can make a decision according to internal and external environment, so as to ensure the realization of the guarantee project and to optimize the enterprise value.

Procurement cost is key budget in many industries, thus Procuring from low-cost suppliers is vital to keep competitive. Reverse auction procurement has been proven to adequately help buyers triggered fierce competition among sellers by effectively disclosure cost range of the seller. This paper argues that different reverse auction format leads to different results in an asymmetric information setting. In fact, buyers can acquire part of the private information of suppliers according to their attributes, such as location, technology and scale. These attributes determine suppliers' risk preferences and costs distribution, thus determining their bidding strategy. This paper discusses how bidding goes in different auction with attributes consideration and gives the optimal auction decision. Finally, a numerical simulation proves that the optimal reverse auction format is superior to other reverse auction format.

In order to measure the different values of a great number of knowledge spreading in virtual communities, we build a knowledge diffusion measurement model based on information entropy. The model quantifies the knowledge entropy of different nodes in the spreading process in terms of users' behaviors. Consequently, transmitted knowledge can be sorted by the knowledge entropy, making the measurement of knowledge values and knowledge diffusion more accurately.

The impact of price contract and service level in multi-product inventory management is considered in this paper. The option price contract is used in supply chain system owning to it can hedge against the demand uncertainty and reduce unnecessary ordering. Under service level constraint, the multi-product newsboy problem with compound contract consisting of a fixed price contact and an option price contact is developed. An algorithm is proposed to solve optimal order quantity of every item after the analysis of the model. Numerical examples and sensitivity analysis are provided to illustrate the advantage of the algorithm and the model, which derive some inventory managerial insights.

The rail transit is one kind of urban track traffic systems. The paper focused on the new built rail transit system, Rail Transit Line 1, in Zhuhai, China. The following three kinds of benefits are analyzed. First, the economic benefits, which include the passenger time-saving benefit and the land value-added benefit, have been studied. Second, the social benefits, which have been analyzed according to the results of the reducing traffic accident benefit and the reducing journey fatigue benefit. Third, the environmental benefits, which have been analyzed by using the prediction of the energy saving benefits, the reducing air pollution benefits and the CRTN model to predict the noise effects on the surrounding environment. The paper made every effort to let the public people fully understand the indirect and external social interests which the rail transit system would bring up.

In the patent perfect market, the distributors should get original equipment manufacturers (OEM)' authorization before they engage in remanufacturing. With the consideration of “patent barrier”, this paper investigates the differentiated pricing strategies for new and remanufactured products in a twoperiod closed-loop supply chain. In the case of decentralized decisions, as the leader of Stackelberg game, the OEM has the channel power to influence the distributor's decisions. Different from the previous literature, an inequality constraint is set to connect the two periods dynamically and the backward induction method is utilized to solve the model. By comparing the optimal pricing strategies and profit allocations of remanufacturing with no remanufacturing case, we draw the conclusions that the patent licensing mechanism can not only change the OEM's passive position in remanufacturing industry but also improve the profits of all the chain members in CLSC.

In the previous studies related to service innovation, mostly are focusing on the value of the customer experience and satisfaction, industrial restructuring, business model and other research; very rare studies focus on the tourism factory. Moreover, in the case study of tourism factory in the past was more of a single case study analysis, and less studies are about tourism factory integrated industry analysis and research; therefore, it leads to the motivation of this study. Tourism factory is the main target group of this study, and mostly is focusing on the traditional industries to break through the bottleneck of business; they start working towards manufacturing services transition strategy, and combining industry, tourism, and services to attract tourists to the tourism factory. The main purpose of this study was to explore the model of Taiwan's tourism factory industry's service innovation. In terms of data collection, this study use cluster type of industrial development plan in tourism factory facility within the website of Ministry of Economic Affairs, and select 70 tourism factories, and total of 2696 events are selected in this research. Furthermore, this study use qualitative research in a single case of the industry as research strategy, and emphasize the overall context of the case-oriented analysis, and highlighting the object of study. In the SERV-In model of this study, it mainly focuses on the “relationship marketing service;” “value-added service” and “integration service” as second; and “strategic product service” and “e-service” are relatively ignored in this research.

The relationship between executive compensation and corporate performance is a key subject. This paper reviewed relevant literature at home and abroad and summarized important theoretical and empirical studies based on the view of intrinsicalness. Studies have shown that: there is positive correlation between corporate performance and executive compensation, and executive compensation reacts on corporate performance.

The popularity of social computing and sentiment analysis has attracted an increasing attention of tourism industry and academia. The sentiment analysis of residents' and tourists' plays an important role to the development of tourism. It aims to identify and analyze opinions and emotions contained in reviews which are expressed by residents or tourists. Although it's a challenging task, many companies and research institutes are developing web services to provide public-access and cost-effective solutions to the problem. However, to the best of our knowledge, there are very few studies to apply and compare these web services in tourism. Therefore, in this work we make an initial attempt to explore a set of three web services and compare their sentiment analysis capabilities using the well-known TripAdvisor data collection. Experiment results lead to some interesting conclusions.
