Under Chinese business transformation and logistics outsourcing context, the importance of market orientation and synergistic collaboration are highlighted. Market orientation facilitates firm performance, but how to achieve it becomes a dilemma for firms and research scholars. Particularly with the increasing market competition, business transformation pressure and development of logistics outsourcing, more and more companies achieve market-oriented goals with logistics companies. Based on two cases study and resource-based theory and synergy theory, this paper constructs measurement of logistical synergistic capability and proposes a conceptual framework of its mediating effect on the relationship between market orientation and performance.

Food security concerns are drawing more and more attention in Chinese society. As one of the most effective way for improving food quality and safety, how to promote logistics ability of the Cold-Chain enterprise has become an emergency issue. This paper aims to build a performance evaluation system for the cold-chain company based on the Chinese agri-food industry to analyze its strengths and weaknesses for improving its competitiveness. Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation methods are blended to evaluate the performance of the target company in three steps. In the first step, rely on the AHP, with the literature review and the theory of the balanced score card method, the determination of evaluation criteria and the hierarchical structure of the evaluation index system are done. In the second step, the weights of each criterion are obtained through improved AHP and then an agri-food cold-chain logistics enterprises performance evaluation index system will be built. And, in the third step, the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of the target company with the performance evaluation index system. Finally, a demonstration of the numerical example in Chinese agri-food industry is presented for better understanding. The proposed performance evaluation index system can assist managers to comprehensive comprehend the strengths and weaknesses of their agri-food cold-chain companies and could continuously improve the relevant cold-chain performance factors from the practice.

The Internet produces massive financial unstructured textual information every day. How to utilize these unstructured data effectively is a challenging topic. In the background of A share T+0 and stock option promoting in the China security market, we present a model to recognize the risk and investment opportunity according to the massive online financial textual information. Since the key word vector is in extremely high dimension space and critical in influencing the performance of our forecast models, a manifold learning method is firstly applied to reduce its dimension while keeping essential features. By utilizing financial event study, we secondly apply support vector machines to predict the news type and sentiment value. The model can achieve the intelligent and instant match between textual news and the reactions of stock market. Our results provide prompt supports for financial practitioners to make investment decisions no matter they are in long or in short positions in the market.

This paper studies the company and the farmers how to make their optimal production and purchases decision in private under the random output and random market demand, studying the optimal results under optimal decision with mutual consideration of the parties in the case of independence. But for companies, only these coordinate farmers' production is not able to fully meet the company's needs, so there is a certain share of production will only be able to achieve through the purchase in the market, so that company must relay on the surrounding non-cooperative farmers to make sure the enough products apply, according to the size of the market to adjust reasonable purchases became the focus of corporate decision-making, as a two-way selection mechanism gainers households party the farmers can decide how much they sell their agricultural products to their partners or how much to sell in the foreign markets through the acquisition of personnel market price comparison . We practice with constructing a models to analyze the specific situation, in order to ensure the rationality of the model, closer to the actual market situation, in terms of output and demand uncertainty we use few randomness characterization, utilization characteristics of the newsboy model analysis. For the company we get how much to buy from market and the mount for farmer to sell to the company as two decision variables. then obtained some good results.

Little is known about the relationship between team proactivity and team performance. Drawing on cognitive theory, we argue that team task conflict and team relationship conflict may be the mediator between team proactivity and team performance and authoritarian leadership may moderate the mediation relationship. In the end, we discuss the contribution and the limitations of the model and suggest some directions for further research.

Analyzing inflation forecast problem, this paper proposes a SVM-based approach. Firstly, the paper reviews some former studies about inflation forecasting and predicting methodology, finding that SVM is a nonlinear adaptive data-driven model with strong approximation and generalization ability, which can be applied to complex forecasting tasks. Secondly, the paper establishes a SVM model and discusses the selection of kernel functions. Thirdly, the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and the Genetic Algorithm (GA) are introduced to optimize the models. Then the SVM-based models (Fixed-SVM, PSO-SVM, GA-SVM) together with a BP neural network are employed to forecast Chinese inflation rate. The results show that the PSO-SVM performs better than BP and any other SVM-based model since its MSE of testing group is 0.006 and its absolute errors between predictions and real values are all below 0.02. It reveals that the final PSO-SVM model is promising in short-term inflation forecast.

For a medical system consisting of single operating room and single post anesthesia care unit, this paper studies the surgical scheduling problem under patients' uncertain anesthesia recovery time. The objective is to minimize the total idle time including operating room idle time and post anesthesia care unit idle time resulting from patients' too long or too short anesthesia recovery time. For given patients, surgical scheduling program can be found by means of Genetic Algorithm. The numerical simulation shows that executing surgeries for the patients who have longer expected anesthesia recovery time earlier can help to reduce total idle time.

This study sought to investigate relevant issues concerning the influences of leadership styles, job satisfaction, and job characteristics on Vietnamese public servants' organizational commitment. Among them, only leadership styles and job characteristics were found to have strong impacts on organizational commitment. The results of the current study were discussed at the end of the paper, along with some suggestions for public sector practitioners.

Face recognition presents the difficulty of occlusion. The occlusion is generally endowed a little weight to weaken its influence on recognition performance. On the basis of this idea, many existing algorithms used the reconstruction error or projection error as the probability estimation for occlusion image. These methods require iterative computation, which may lead to the difficulty of threshold selection and high time complexity. To solve these problems, this paper proposed a novel method for occlusion face recognition by using an error detection method. First, a face image is divided into four regions and we extract feature and detect error for each region. Second, we use the logarithmic transform error operator to calculate the weight value of each region. The experiments based on the AR database demonstrate that the proposed algorithm for occlusion face recognition achieves high efficiency and good robustness and outperforms the existing methods for certain occlusion recognition.

Compared with the market, value, or size factor, momentum has offered investors the highest Sharpe ratio. However, in the research of domestic stock market, Chinese scholars find momentum profit exists only in the forming period and holding period within 4 weeks in China stock market. I find the momentum profits of domestic A shares are insignificantly negative using the monthly data, and after risk management, the domestic momentum has been slightly improved. Especially, the Sharpe ratio of the risk-managed momentum strategy has been greatly improved, changed from negative to positive.
