BIOAKUMULACIONI I TRANSLOKACIONI POTENCIJAL VRSTE „HOLCUS LANATUS“ L. NA JALOVIŠTU RUDNIK DOO „RUDNIK“ bioakumulacioni i translokacioni potencijal vrste "holcus lanatus" l. na jalovištu rudnik doo "rudnik"

The aim of this study was to determine the concentration of some metals (Mn, Ni, Fe, Cu, Zn, Cr, Ca, Mg, Pb, Cd) in the soil and species of H. lanatus L. on the tailings and flotation of the mine DOO "Rudnik". Concentrations in the soil were: Pb - higher than the maximum allowed, limit and remediation values; Cd, Cu and Cr - higher than the maximum allowed and limit values, and Ni and Zn higher than the limit values (according to the regulations of the Republic of Serbia). Results suggest the possibility of using the roots of H. lanatus in the bioaccumulation of metals Ni, Mg and Cd, as well as the aboveground parts of this plant species in the accumulation and phytoextraction of Cd.
本研究的目的是测定土壤中某些金属(Mn、Ni、Fe、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ca、Mg、Pb、Cd)的浓度,以及对杜“鲁德尼克”矿尾矿和浮选的影响。土壤中铅含量:高于最大允许值、限值和修复值;Cd、Cu和Cr -高于最高允许值和限值,Ni和Zn高于限值(根据塞尔维亚共和国的规定)。研究结果表明,在金属Ni、Mg和Cd的生物积累中,毛茛的根有可能发挥作用;在Cd的积累和提取中,毛茛的地上部分也有可能发挥作用。

UTICAJ FOLIJARNE PRIMENE NPK ĐUBRIVA SA MIKROELEMENTIMA I EFEKTIVNIH MIKROORGANIZAMA NA PRINOS SOJE

High yields and stable soybean production are under direct influence of plant nutrient quantity and availability. The aim of this research was to examine the effect of NPK fertilizer with trace elements and effective microorganisms on the yields of three soybean varieties which belong to different maturation groups. Effective microorganisms and NPK fertilizer with trace elements statistically very significantly increase soybean yield. Effective microorganisms increased the yield by 7.28%, NPK fertilizer with trace elements by 11.20%, while the combination of effective microorganisms and NPK fertilizer with trace elements increase soybean yield by 14.86%.
大豆高产稳产直接受植物养分量和有效性的影响。本试验旨在研究微量元素氮磷钾肥和有效微生物对3个不同成熟类群大豆品种产量的影响。有效微生物和添加微量元素的氮磷钾肥料对大豆产量的提高具有统计学上极显著的意义。施用有效微生物可增产7.28%,施用微量元素氮磷钾可增产11.20%,施用有效微生物与施用微量元素氮磷钾可增产14.86%。

HEMIJSKI SASTAV I SENZORNE KARAKTERISTIKE RAKIJA OD VOĆA

In addition to the main ingredients, ethanol and water, fruit brandies contain a small amount of a large number of secondary ingredients, which give these drinks specific organoleptic characteristics. Among these ingredients, there are also those that are harmful and undesirable, so the goal of the producer is to reduce their content as much as possible. In order to examine the quality of brandy, a chemical analysis and sensory evaluation of brandy obtained from different fruit species were performed. The content of ethanol and other parameters was within the limits expected for the tested brandies, and in accordance with the applicable law.

UTICAJ NAČINA ĐUBRENJA NA LJEKOVITA SVOJSTVA PERŠUNA 产卵方法对鲈鱼蜕皮特征的影响

In this paper, the influence of the method of production, on the content of vitamin C in the leaf and root of parsley was investigated. The research was conducted during two growing seasons: 2013 and 2014. Three varieties of parsley were used in the research. The experiment included three type of fertilization.: mineral, organic and organomineral. The application of different fertilizers affected the content of vitamin C in the parsley. In both years the research the highest content of vitamin C were recorded with the application of organomineral, then with the application of organic fertilizers. Parsley leaf has a higher content of vitamin C compared to the root.

UTICAJ MINERALNIH ĐUBRIVA NA FLORISTIČKI SASTAV I PRINOS TRAVNE ZAJEDNICE „FESTUCO-NARDETUM STRICTAE SUBALPINUM“

This study was aimed to investigate influence of different doses of mineral fertilizers addition on grassland community type Festuco-Nardetum strictae subalpinum. In the course of the study influence of the following fertilized treatments: control, N60P60K60; N90P60K60; N120P60K60 on floristic composition and dry matter yield was investigated. The obtained results suggested that grasses percent increased, while forbs percent decreased in all fertilizer treatments. Grassland quality index and dry matter yield were increased by application of mineral fertilizers in both years of study.
本研究旨在探讨不同剂量的矿质肥料添加对草地群落类型的影响。在研究过程中,以下施肥处理的影响:对照,N60P60K60;N90P60K60;研究了N120P60K60对植物区系组成和干物质产量的影响。结果表明,各施肥处理均提高了禾本科植物的比例,降低了草本植物的比例。施用矿质肥可提高草地质量指数和干物质产量。

ENZIMI U ISHRANI BROJLERA

The paper presents the most important aspects of the action of exogenous enzymes (amylase, xylanase, glucanase, cellulase, hemicellulase, pectinase, phytase and protease) added to broiler feed. The addition of broiler feed enzymes has nutritional, health, economic and environmental justification. The use of complexes of exogenous enzymes (enzyme cocktails) as additives to complete mixtures for feeding broiler chickens in different phases of fattening, significantly increases the availability of reserve polysaccharides, fats, proteins and some minerals, better energy efficiency from food, better health of chickens, better quality carcasses and chicken meat, reducing the cost of feeding fattening chickens (and thus the total cost of production), as well as reducing environmental pollution and is one of the easiest feasible alternatives to improve the profitability of production in poultry.

FENOLOGIJA I MONITORING INSEKATA U ZASADIMA KRUŠKE NA PODRUČJU ISTOČNOG SARAJEVA

Phenology and monitoring of pear insects was realized in 2011 and 2022 in intensive orchards, in the locations Vojkovići and Kula, in semi-intensive orchards in the locations Tilava and Petrovići, and in extensive orchards in the location Kasindo. Insects, as well as other organisms, react with a series of periodic phenomena to all climate and phenological changes. The aim of the study was to determine the time of occurrence and activity of overwintering forms of insects, as well as other successive phenological stages in their life cycle, in order to ensure their successful control. During the dormancy of vegetation and the vegetation season, harmful and useful species were determined and their activity were shown by monthly decades. The period of their activity was quite uniform in all locations, regardless of the type of orchard, except in the location Petrovići, which was located at a higher altitude. That was reflected on the later movement of vegetation and the activity of insects in this location.

POTENCIJAL BIOAKUMULACIJE I TRANSLOKACIJE Pb i Cr U BILJNIM VRSTAMA KOJE RASTU NA JALOVIŠTU

The paper presents the results of research on the bioaccumulation and translocation of Pb and Cr by the species Leucanthemum vulgare Lam., Melilotus officinalis L., Onobrichis viciifolia Scop. sampled from the tailings of Kosovska Mitrovica. The highest amount of Pb is contained in the inflorescence (93.46 mg kg- 1) of type L. vulgare and the largest amounts of Cr were found in the herb O. viciifolia. Due to the ability to absorb large amounts of Pb and Cr type O. viciifolia and L. vulgare from contaminated terrain, should not be used as a medicine or fodder. On the basis of the content of Pb and Cr, the examined organs in species O. viciifolia can be arranged in a series: herba>root>inflorescence, in species L. vulgare in a row: inflorescence>herba>root and in the species M. officinalis root>herba>inflorescence. All tested species act as excluders of the pollutant.

This research investigates the influence of different factors on purchasing and consuming honey in Vojvodina. The method used in the research is a survey, which involves collecting data on the attitudes, opinions and motives of the respondents. The research included 315 respondents. The results indicate that the primary reason for consuming honey is its beneficial effect on health. The most important factors which influence purchasing and consuming honey include quality, taste and type of honey. The goal of the producers is to respond to the demands and wishes of the consumers and provide honey that is healthy, natural and produced in a way that meets environmental requirements, and that has good taste and a satisfactory quality-price ratio.
