Based on unpublished documents, many issues of Vietnamese history from 1940 to 1945, when France and Japan governed over Vietnam, could be researched in depth. Due to the linguistic and geographical challenges of using foreign languages, such as French and Japanese, the Vietnamese documents in all written forms, including Vietnamese newspapers, attest to their significant values. Along with Sciences Newspaper and Tri Tân, Thanh Nghi Newspaper was one of the three most widely legal-published newspapers in North Vietnam in this period. In its five-year existence, 120 published issues, and 1000 articles, Thanh Nghi had not only reflected Vietnam’s economic, political, and social affairs but it promoted national development by disseminating information and knowledge as well as struggling for social advancement. The documentary values of this weekly newspaper are identified not just in its research articles, essays, and investigative reports. Rather, the newspaper itself became a forum for Vietnamese intellectuals, composed of doctors, engineers, writers, presenting their opinions to contribute to advance the nation. Many journalists were the pioneers in building a people-owned regime. If effectively unearthing the Thanh Nghi material, it could provide tremendous value to research the Vietnamese history in the 1940 - 1945 period in various aspects, thus narrowing the research flaws in previous studies and bestowing a multi-dimensional viewpoint on this controversial historical period.

Can Xue is a famous female writer in Chinese contemporary literature, known as the "Kafka of Asia". Her works are loved by a worldwide audience, especially in Japan and many Western countries. Her work requires the reader's patience through experiencing different emotions and feelings in the lonely art world that she opens. It is a world whose center is the depth of self, and the “humanity” of man. And readers with different perceptions and attitudes of the post-modern era when entering that art world will certainly sympathize with the loneliness, loss, and disconnection of the characters. The loneliness appears as a constant in the lives of the characters while they cannot name their emotions to balance their own soul. Thereby, readers reflect on themselves in the real world, rebalance their bruised self, and aim to open up their soul towards Beauty and Goodness without compromising with the Bad, the Evil in the work. After the process of empathy, the lonely "self" is purified and awakened – the own worth is realized. Loneliness is an inevitable part of human nature. One should be content with the loneliness, be friends with one's "inner child", enrich one's self-worth to become a positive individual in the civilized community, to lead a healthy lifestyle of an adult in modern society.

The Tang Dynasty had a prosperous economy and political stability and good educational policies marking the golden age of Tang Poetry with the greatest number of poets and the most brilliant number of compositions in the history of classical Chinese poetry. As a precious cultural heritage, Tang poetry and the culture of the Tang Dynasty were positively received in Vietnam… Vietnam has been many in-depth research works about regarding the influence and reception of some typical poets of the Tang period, namely DuFu, Li Bai, Bai Ju Yi… Other Tang poets are still faint silhouettes. In the process of studying the history of the propagation and reception of Tang poetry into Vietnam, we have more knowledge about Tang poems composed by poets during their exile in our country. They have an intimate relationship with Vietnamese writers, so they have had the opportunity to disseminate the Tang poetry, and have contributed several poems with the enormous value in content and art at the same time. Within the scope of the article, we focus on introducing and surveying poetry in the exile of two poets of the Early Tang period – namely Du Shen Yan and Shen Quan Qi. The survey of poems written in a special historical period by two poets shows that the beauty and undying vitality of the Tang poetry is also the contribution of poems describing Vietnam’s nature, landscapes, and Vietnamese.

Preserving traditional culture and preserving the intangible cultural assets of humanity is a matter of concern to almost every country in the world. Japan is one of the countries that, despite having a developed economy, still preserves almost intact many traditional cultural values of the nation, including festivals. The article explores the current status of festival conservation in Japan by analyzing a number of examples such as Obon, Gion, Daimokute, fire festivals, etc., at the same time, points out the remaining problems in conservation festivals such as: the impact of economic development towards for the change of festivals, the problem of lack of successors, funding for conservation and organization of the festival. In addition, the author also points out the policies that Japan has applied to preserve traditional festivals such as: promulgating relevant policies, providing budget and financial support, providing conservation methods, promoting advertising, promoting the festival, etc..., then propose some suggestions for Vietnam in this field.

Air pollution is one of the major challenges for human development, directly threatening human health. The study presents the air quality assessment of Bac Ninh province based on the integration of the Geographic Information System (GIS) and the Air Quality Index (AQI). The data used for this study are the parameters affecting the air environment, including Total suspended particles (TSP), Sulfur dioxide (SO2), Carbon monoxide (CO), Nitrogen dioxide (NO2), which are collected from 52 monitoring stations in Bac Ninh province in 2019. The results show that the air quality of Bac Ninh province is heavily polluted and divided into four levels, namely medium, poor, bad, and very bad. Areas with bad and very bad air quality are mainly distributed in cities, towns, and areas with many factories, and craft villages such as Tu Son town, Bac Ninh city, and Que Vo district.

At this time, the great powers like America, Britain, France, Germany ... also want to open the door of trade with North Korea. Throughout his entire career, Mishima Yukio has always presented as a writer of martial spirit and beauty. Studying the his short stories, we can see a Mishima full of loyal to the king and patriotic with many criteria pushed to the limit. “Bushido” or “loyal to the king and patriotic” is that he not only inherited from his family background, from the situation of Japan protecting the imperial period, but also from favorite books named Hagakure. In his work, the ideal man in the bushido spirit is the full image of the modern Samurai: loyal to the king and patriotism, treating death as light as a feather and whether every moment of life or death, people also donate a rare beautifulness. However, it is because of the trend fascinated by death, his work has a sense of death fanaticism. This is probably the unfortunate limitation of a genius that people still praise as a strange “evil flower”.
