The object of research is the process of measuring the strength of the atmospheric electrostatic field. This paper is devoted to an analytical review and comparative analysis of modern methods and instruments for measuring atmospheric electrostatic field strength. The results of scientific research and modern practical technologies, which are used to develop technical means and increase the accuracy of measuring the strength of electrostatic fields, are considered. In the work, the general functional requirements for the hardware of systems for measuring the atmospheric electrostatic field strength are formed and the main directions of research and practical tasks for its creation are defined. The design features and characteristics of existing measuring instruments are considered in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of electrometers, electrostatic field mills, microelectromechanical electrostatic field mills, and electric field imaging systems are determined given their portability, sensitivity, measuring frequency, accuracy, measurement range, linearity, and cost. The analysis of the state of modern methods and measuring instruments for the strength of the electrostatic field showed that one of the best solutions for measuring the electrostatic field strength of the atmosphere today is the use of an improved electrostatic field mill. It was determined that one of the important problems for ensuring the development of methods and means of atmospheric electrostatic field strength measuring is the need to generalize the structure of the measuring instruments and calculate its metrological characteristics. It has been established that solving the problem of increasing the accuracy of atmospheric electrostatic field strength measurement requires a comprehensive approach based on improving the design of the sensor structure of the meter, increasing the accuracy of navigation and positioning, increasing the autonomy of work, improving communication and data transmission systems, as well as ensuring high stability and reliability of work under the influence of external factors. Improving the structure and improving the characteristics of electrostatic field mills in the future will ensure the necessary accuracy, compactness, and availability for measurement and its inclusion in the automated system of atmospheric electrostatic field monitoring and forecasting.

The object of the research is the review of ways of implementing service-oriented approaches (SOA) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in modern healthcare systems. The generalization of these ways will allow to cope with complex modern challenges, such as increasing demand for medical services, growing volumes of data, and the need for high-quality and effective treatment. This work is aimed at this. The field of e-Health is rapidly gaining popularity and combines many different systems. But due to the large number of tools and system providers with different architectures, there is a problem that different systems are difficult or impossible to integrate and connect with each other. It is shown that the use of SOA makes it possible to break down complex systems into separate services that can interact with each other to ensure fast and accurate data processing, effective management of medical resources, and improvement of the quality of medical services. AI can be used to analyze large volumes of medical data, predict risks, diagnose diseases, and develop individualized treatment plans. The use of AI in healthcare systems helps improve diagnostic accuracy, reduce treatment times, and improve patient outcomes. The synergy of SOA and AI in health care systems is important when SOA provides the means to integrate various AI solutions, which allows for the interaction of different services and the exchange of data to ensure effective treatment and collaboration between medical professionals and artificial intelligence systems. Such distribution of systems makes it possible to scale them without affecting other services that are already running. Therefore, it becomes possible to use unified data transfer protocols and combine different services into one system without radically changing the codebase and building additional layers of abstraction for interaction between services that cannot be combined in one system. Examples of the use of SOA and AI in modern health care systems to improve the quality of medical services, optimize resources and ensure an individual and effective approach to patient treatment, which can be used at the next stages of medical reform in Ukraine, are considered.

The object of research is the electrical conductivity of biologically active points. Biologically active points as a method of non-traditional medical procedures and diagnostics, as well as being used for therapeutic purposes. Although this method has become the subject of mass research, a complete theory of the method has not yet been formed. Based on research, it is possible to say that there are different approaches to explaining the mechanism of action. These independent studies suggest the existence of unique electrical properties in the areas of the skin where biologically active points are located. However, due to technical and methodological problems, it was not in the interest of the scientific community, and as a result of solving the problem mentioned in recent history, interest in research in this field has increased. Nerve endings, called biologically active points or acupuncture points, are widely used in alternative medicine. The first step in electrostimulation of acupuncture points is the localization of the point. Localization is based on measuring the electrical conductivity of acupuncture points. The article discusses the virtual design of the measuring device, which is expected to be integrated with electrostimulators. As a result of the simulation, measurements were made and the accuracy class of the device was determined. Thus, it is possible to accurately measure electrical conductivity in biological objects through this device. The proposed device is designed on the basis of a modern element base. The basic element of the device is Arduino. A voltage divider scheme was used to determine the electrical conductivity of Arduino-based biologically active points. The purpose of using a voltage divider circuit is to protect the Arduino's analog input from overvoltage. Based on the measurements, the accuracy class of the proposed device was determined. As a result of the simulations, it was determined that the absolute error of the device is 0.463056, the relative error is 0.005742, and the accuracy class is 0.0463056.

The study focuses on using a computer cluster for implementing real-time physical simulations, responding to a growing need for such use in various sectors, including medicine, video processing, automated transport management, robotics, and visualisation. The object of research is cluster and cloud technologies for conducting costly physical simulations for specific sectors, particularly high-budget and entertainment ones, such as cinematography and interactive entertainment. Research methods include using a modified Bullet engine to carry out physical simulations, integrated with OpenCL to work with the cluster. The choice of these technologies was determined by their high performance and adaptability to cluster systems. The research was based on a typical Bullet framework’s benchmark falling tower scene with the primary goal of measuring computational performance in frames per second. Results showed that the use of clusters is not advisable in environments with a low network throughput and the use of non-uniform computers. Under those conditions, simulations using a cluster become unstable with many objects and contacts between them and show a degradation in performance by an average of 50–60 % (to values of 10–20 frames per second). Despite the intermediate results of calculations on the cluster, the study met the expectations within the goals set and resources available. These results have significant implications for the further development of cluster and cloud technologies in physical simulations, providing valuable information about the limitations and capabilities of these systems.

The object of research is the development of human capital of machine-building enterprises in the direction of increasing the level of their digital competencies. The links between the indicators of financial and economic activity of the enterprise and the rate of economic growth are studied, since digital technologies allow increasing labour efficiency and creating new added value. It has been found that the economic growth rate of an enterprise that implements digital technologies is higher than the growth rate of an enterprise that does not implement digital technologies. The article proposes a model of economic growth at the enterprise level, based on the concept of human capital, as well as measures that can be implemented by machine-building enterprises to improve their digital competencies. It is established that the cost of human capital at the selected enterprises is characterized by a significant level of underestimation, and it is found that the change in the cost of human capital correlates with the factors selected for analysis, which are to some extent related to the digitalization of processes at the enterprise. Several recommendations have been developed to improve the value and efficiency of human capital, create new added value and ensure economic growth. Those recommendations can be aimed at strengthening fixed assets, increasing demand through assortment changes towards automation and digitalization of processes, production, product, digital reorganization, as well as attracting IT professionals and specialists. Digitalization of products and processes can help to increase labor productivity, increase the number of potential customers and, possibly, investors, thereby strengthening capital equipment. The article notes that digitalization today means competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets, strengthening of the company's position in the economic environment and transition to a balanced enterprise development strategy where the value of human capital will be higher, and as a result, labor productivity will increase.

In recent years, the world has been witnessing serious ecological imbalances due to the catastrophic situation and the damage caused to the environment. Human activities as waste disposal, cement units, smelting, chemical industries etc., are the main causes of pollution. Air pollution directly affects the human living standards, pollutants requires regular control in view of their direct impact on health, such as nitrogen oxide, sulfur dioxide, ozone, and particulate matter. Algeria adopts international standards to monitor the levels of pollution recorded in Algerian cities and compare them with global levels. Thus, the object of this study was the air quality index (AQI) in Annaba (Northeastern of Algeria). This study aimed to evaluate AQI in Annaba. In this context, quantitative estimates of polluted waste resulting from some industrial activities have been conducted in order to determine the degree of its danger and the extent of its contribution to the deterioration of the air quality. The monitoring of pollutants allowed to identify the benefits of comprehensive environmental assessment. The air quality index was determined using various pollutants parameters (dust, ozone, nitrogen dioxide and sulfur dioxide). A ten-point scale ranking of the overall air quality index of pollution accepted in Algeria allows making the differentiated assessment of negative impacts of existing industrial agglomerations on the environment. However, the analysis performed on samples DC1 and DC2 with SEM (TESCAN model VEGA II) and BSE detector (Backscattered Electrons) shows that the particles sizes are estimated to range from hundreds of microns to a few microns, a different morphology and irregular shape. Our results will enable policy makers to appropriate measures to be taken, and which are based mainly on sensitizing economic operators to environmental issues in order to adopt an environmentally friendly industrial system.

In Azerbaijan oil production is carried out both in the offshore and onshore. Offshore production is carried out on special platforms, while the onshore exploitation carried out directly by a mechanized method. Thus, the object of study is downhole pumps, which consist of a surface mechanical transmission and downhole equipment. For direct mechanization of ground equipment, a device called rocking machine is used, consisting of transmission and converting mechanisms. The main task of the rocking machine is to ensure the conversion of the rotational motion of the engine into the up and down stroke of the plunger of the pump. The downhole equipment includes rods column that lift liquid from the well, a cylinder and a plunger. However, the existing classic rocking machines have some advantages as well as some disadvantages. In order to overcome them, developed new design solution of the sucker-rod pumping unit, which consisting of a crank-rope-movable counterweight system has been designed. As a result of the research carried out in the article, a progressive expression was proposed for determining the strength condition of the rods column, which is one of the main working elements of the rocking machine. Then, in order to specify the wells in which the rocking machine can be applied, the statement regarding the determination of the value of the linear density of liquid column based on the strength condition of the rod column was put forward. These, in turn, can be determined in which oil wells with specific physical characteristics of the rocking machine with the given technical characteristics can be applied. All this can contribute to the prevention of accidents that may occur due to the breakage of the rods column of rocking machine. The formula proposed in this paper can be applied not only to the existing classic rocking machines, but also to other new design of rocking machines.

Offshore production is carried out on special platforms, while the onshore exploitation carried out directly by a mechanized method. Thus, the object of study is downhole pumps, which consist of a surface mechanical transmission and downhole equipment. For direct mechanization of ground equipment, a device called rocking machine is used, consisting of transmission and converting mechanisms. The main task of the rocking machine is to ensure the conversion of the rotational motion of the engine into the up and down stroke of the plunger of the pump. The downhole equipment includes rods column that lift liquid from the well, a cylinder and a plunger. However, the existing classic rocking machines have some advantages as well as some disadvantages. In order to overcome them, developed new design solution of the sucker-rod pumping unit, which consisting of a crank-rope-movable counterweight system has been designed. As a result of the research carried out in the article, a progressive expression was proposed for determining the strength condition of the rods column, which is one of the main working elements of the rocking machine. Then, in order to specify the wells in which the rocking machine can be applied, the statement regarding the determination of the value of the linear density of liquid column based on the strength condition of the rod column was put forward. These, in turn, can be determined in which oil wells with specific physical characteristics of the rocking machine with the given technical characteristics can be applied. The object of the study is the remote work. The prevalence of remote work has increased, bringing a dual effect for businesses and employees. On the other hand, it has the potential to blur boundaries between family and work responsibilities which can lead to family conflicts. The study investigated the challenges and opportunities of remote work for tax practitioners in South Africa. Drawing from a qualitative research approach, a purposive sampling technique was used to select the participant. The participants were selected based on their lived experience of remote working. The sample for the study comprised fifteen Tax practitioners from eThekwini municipality in KwaZulu-Natal. The study adopted semi-structured telephone interviews as a data collection tool, interviews were recorded, transcribed verbatim and coded, while thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. The study revealed that remote work saved Tax practitioners time on travelling to and from work, travel costs and offered a flexible work environment. In addition, privacy, family conflicts, overwork, access to digital devices and lack of digital skills were found to be the main challenges experienced by practitioners working remotely. From the findings, it’s clear that remote work is influenced by invisible and visible factors that affect productivity. Therefore, the systems in remote work should provide a conducive environment that will buffer the factors mentioned in remote work to exploit the opportunities presented by remote work. The study recommends that employers develop new policies that will allow employees to work remotely in an optimised way.

Ensuring the security of complex technical systems of various functional purposes requires a constant search for new scientific and practical approaches in order to ensure its proper level against a growing list of new risks and threats. Nowadays, no state in the world is able to work on the creation and implementation of artificial intelligence in isolation from others. Artificial intelligence technologies are actively used to solve both general and highly specialized tasks in various spheres of society. The problem of synthesis of management of complex technological processes is an urgent task in management theory. A promising direction in the design of such complex ones is the use of bio-inspired algorithms that are effectively used while solving optimization tasks. Thus, the object of research is complex technical systems. The subject of research is the state security of complex technical systems. The research developed a method for assessing the security of complex technical systems using artificial immune systems. The novelty of the proposed method consists in: ‒ taking into account while calculating the correction factor for the degree of uncertainty about the state of a complex technical system; ‒ reducing computing costs while assessing the state of a complex technical system; ‒ improved implementation of procedures for solving the task of influencing relationships in a complex technical system; ‒ creating a multi-level and interconnected description of hierarchical complex technical systems; ‒ the possibility of performing calculations with source data that are different in nature and units of measurement. It is advisable to implement the mentioned technique in specialized software, which is used to analyze the state of complex technical systems and make decisions.

The object of research is the enterprise. The subject of research is a complex of theoretical, methodological and practical issues related to the improvement of planning as a tool of effective enterprise management. The work is directed to the generalization of theoretical provisions and the development of organizational and methodological aspects of planning, as well as the development of practical recommendations regarding the mechanism of implementation of planning at enterprises. Among the sources for analysis when considering issues of the economic essence and content of planning were the methodological and legal foundations of legislative acts and government resolutions in the field of planning. The following research methods were used: abstract-logical, economic-statistical, system-functional analysis, analytical, balance, program-target, economic-mathematical, calculation-constructive, experimental and others. The main one was the systematic analysis of theory and practice, with the ultimate goal of developing methodological recommendations for the creation and development of the planning system at the enterprise. The task of improving planning at the enterprise was solved in the work. Insufficient use of all types of planning affects the results of enterprises, lack of maximum efficiency. Requirements for productivity and product quality require the use of new technologies and approaches, especially in the processes of resource management and enterprise planning. Preparation of a detailed plan can help objectively assess business opportunities, trends and development of the enterprise. The practical significance of the conducted analysis lies in the development and implementation of recommendations for improving the forms and mechanism of planning at the enterprise. The implementation of proposals regarding the methodology of implementation and functioning of planning will allow the enterprise to increase the efficiency of management based on the clear implementation of strategic goals in the system of planned indicators.
