Ohta","doi":"10.1246/NIKKASHI1898.74.12_2471","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1246/NIKKASHI1898.74.12_2471","url":null,"abstract":"酸化モリブデン-アルミナ触媒上でのプロピレンの不均化反応を通常のガス流通法で研究した。反応条件は 50~260℃, GHSV=60, 常圧で行なった。三酸化モリブデンはアルミナなしでは不均化活性をもたない。Mo/Al (原子比) が 1/25 の組成の時触媒活性は最大値を示した。この触媒では 120℃ 以下では不均化が円滑におこるが, 200℃ を越えると, 水素化, ブテンの2重結合移行, 重合などの副反応が盛んになり, 炭素の析出による活性の経時的低下が顕著となる。アンモニア水で抽出したモリブデン-アルミナ触媒の活性に関する実験結果は, アルミナと結合していない遊離の酸化モリブデンは不均化に関与せず, 特に高温において副反応を促進し, 触媒活性の経時的低下にあずかっていることや, 不均化にはアルミナと結合したモリブデンが触媒として働いていることを示した。触媒の水素による前処理の効果や, 触媒のX線所見から, 上記の活性点, モリブデン-アルミナ結合体のモリブデンは6価より下で4価より高い原子価状態にある時, 特に高い不均化活性を示すことが分った。","PeriodicalId":22880,"journal":{"name":"The Journal of the Society of Chemical Industry, Japan","volume":"3 1","pages":"2471-2474"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1971-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81701520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
