Problems of goods identification during customs examination 海关检查中的货物识别问题

The article is devoted to the study of problematic aspects in the goods identifi cation during the appointment and conduct of customs examination. Problems occurring when formulating questions to an expert and taking samples or specimens of goods for customs purposes are identifi ed. The need to develop regulatory legal documents for customs offi cials that control the procedure for taking samples or specimens of goods which does not contradict the fundamental principles of sampling control is shown. The issues of harmonization of terminology for various groups and types of goods used in regulations of the customs service and in other regulatory legal documents are touched upon.

Assortment policy of three retail chain stores in the “Russian Wines” subcategory 俄罗斯葡萄酒 "子类别中三家零售连锁店的分类政策

The purpose of this article is to analyze the indicators of the trade assortment in the subcategory “Russian wines”, identify the main directions of the assortment policy, and develop recommendations for its improvement. The article presents the results of an examination of the assortment of Russian wines in stores of three retail chains, and the calculation and analysis of the following assortment indicators: real and basic completeness, depth, and their coeffi cients, as well as actual stability, novelty, and their coeffi cients. In addition, the coeffi cients of rationality of the assortment of Russian wines and the structure of the type assortment have been calculated. Diff erences in these indicators in different stores have been established. It has been revealed that in the structure of the type assortment, in terms of the number of items, red and white dry wines predominate. The main directions of the assortment policy of each examined store have been determined. The feasibility of correcting the assortment policy of these stores and including in it the direction of improvement through stabilization and renewal, including by expanding the range of fortifi ed wines, has been established.

The article presents the results of a commodity examination of samples of bottled kissel sold through the retail chain in Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region. The quality indicators of bottled kissel were studied for compliance with GOST requirements, and no defects or falsifications were found.

An initial testing of the developed sociological research methodology was carried out, aimed at assessing the level of consumer protection in the EAEU member states, including in the implementation of electronic commerce. Primary results are presented that reveal the behavior of consumers purchasing food products in online stores, as well as consumers’ assessment of the quality of e-commerce services.

Range and assortment policy of Moscow retail chain stores in the “Low-Alcohol Drinks” category 莫斯科 "低酒精饮料 "零售连锁店的产品范围和分类政策

The article presents the results of the study of the trade assortment of the product category “Low- Alcohol Drinks” in the stores of three retail chains in Moscow. It has been determined that the range of low-alcohol drinks in the examined stores of the Auchan, Lenta, and Perekrestok retail chains is characterized as extensive. It has been established that the basic depth of the assortment is 79 local trademarks. No signifi cant diff erences between the assortment indicators in the various surveyed stores have been found. The rationality coeffi cient in all stores is high and approximately the same. The structure of the product range is dominated by local trademarks of low-alcohol carbonated drinks and fruit-based beverages. The branded assortment of low-alcohol drinks is represented by 34 trademarks, mainly domestically produced (31 TMs), with only 3 imported TMs, including 2 brands from Belarus and 1 TM of apple cider from the UK. It has been established that the main directions of the assortment policy of all examined stores are the deepening and updating of the assortment of the product category “Low-Alcohol Drinks”.

Experiment on long-term storage of vegetable seeds under natural conditions 在自然条件下长期储存蔬菜种子的实验

Preservation of the genetic diversity of crop plants and genetic collections of cultivated plants in a living state is an important state task. Seeds are a convenient form of storing genetic material, as the specimens are small in volume, require relatively little care, and remain viable for a long period. The genetically determined period of seed viability can be signifi cantly extended by creating optimal storage conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to search for or create environmental conditions under which seeds could remain viable for as long as possible. There are modern high-tech seed storage facilities in the world, but in the event of emergency situations, natural storage facilities, one of which is located on the Taymyr Peninsula, will be in a more advantageous position. Since 1974, an experiment has been carried out to study the safety of various products in diff erent types of packaging in permafrost conditions with the participation of a number of research institutions. Employees of the breeding laboratories selected seeds of 27 varieties of seven main types of vegetable crops; the samples were planted in triplicate, in accordance with the planned three extraction dates: in 2022, 2028, and 2034.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the trade assortment of the subcategory “Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese”, sold in stores of three retail chains in Moscow, and identify the main directions of their assortment policy for this subcategory. It was found that the trade assortment of the subcategory “Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese” was identified as expanded. Such indicators of the assortment of sour cream and cottage cheese as completeness, depth, stability, novelty, harmony, and rationality were determined. The highest coefficient of the assortment rationality was established in the Azbuka vkusa store, and the lowest — in Dixy and Magnolia. The types of sour cream and cottage cheese that predominate in the assortment in terms of quantity of local trademarks, depending on the store, were identified. It was found that curd products occupied the smallest share in the structure of the product range. The structure of the brand assortment is represented by 170 local trademarks and 56 trademarks. The following 4 trademarks: Prostokvashino, Rosagroexport, Domik v derevne, and Vkusnoteevo accounted for 20 to 32% of all local trademarks, while the share of 16 brands was 28%. The general directions of the assortment policy of the surveyed stores in the subcategory “Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese” were established, i.e. the stabilization of the product range and updating of the brand assortment. Notably, updating of the trade assortment occurs only at the trademark level due to the inclusion of new trademarks in the assortment, including little-known ones, as well as through modification of trademarks, mainly cottage cheese and curd products, by including berries or berry jam in the recipe. In addition, specific assortment policy directions for each store were identified.
