A method has been developed for diagnostics of the ionospheric plasma density on board a microsatellite using a resonator made on a segment of a two-wire line. The measurements of plasma parameters are based on the amplitude-phase method, which permits extanding the dynamic range of measured values by three orders of magnitude without increasing the resonator length. The paper presents a measurement technique and its experimental testing on a plasma setup under conditions as close as possible to the ionospheric ones

The hypothesis of curved models is used to calculate the flow around a cylinder performing damped rotational oscillations in the air flow. The influence of a disk coaxially fixed in the head of the cylinder on the oscillations is studied. The elongation of the cylinder (the ratio of the length of the cylinder to its diameter) is nine. The diameter of the disk is equal to 0.6 of the diameter of the cylinder. It is assumed that the only reason for the damping of on the oscillations is aerodynamic force. The parameters characterizing the attenuation of rotational on the oscillations of the cylinder occurring in the air flow at the Reynolds number Re = 750 are determined. It turned out that the presence of a coaxial disk in the head leads to a faster attenuation of on the oscillations. This fact is in qualitative agreement with the results of an experiment to determine rotational derivatives in a wind tunnel at large Reynolds numbers. The hypothesis of quasi-stationary is applied in the calculation of translation vibrations of the cylinder. The parameter characterizing the damping of vibrations of a cylinder with a disk in absolute magnitude slightly exceeds the same parameter for a cylinder without a disk, which corresponds to the results of the experiment.

Магнитоэлектрический гиратор на основе трехслойных симметричных структур: теория и эксперимент 三层对称结构的磁电陀螺仪:理论和实验

The work is devoted theoretical and experimental studies of a magnetoelectric gyrator, consisting of an inductor coil, inside which there is a magnetoelectric heterostructure, which is a mechanically connected piezoelectric layer and two magnetic layers. Using the system of equations of elasto- and electrodynamics for the piezoelectric and magnetostrictive phases, expressions are obtained for the current/voltage conversion coefficient of the gyrator in terms of the phase parameters of the heterostructure. An experimental sample of a gyrator based on the Metglas/PZT/Metglas heterostructure was fabricated. Theoretically calculated and experimentally studied the frequency and load characteristics of the gyrator. It is shown that theoretical calculations are in good agreement with experimental data. Recommendations for the creation of gyrators with the highest current/voltage conversion efficiency are presented.

In the work, we studied the influence of matrix effects on the detection limit of individual components, and the dilution and mineralization method carried out a comparative analysis of the results of sample preparation. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry studied a number of elements in solutions for analysis. It was found that the decrease in the throughput of a number of parts of the analyzer is a decrease in the diameters of the sampler and skimmer holes due to organic solvents. Two methods to reduce the influence of organic components of analyzed solutions on the results of the analysis were proposed —microwave decomposition and simple decomposition. We showed the advantage of simple dilution. However, in the analysis of biological fluids (mainly whole blood), oxidative mineralization can remove complex organic matrix and reduce biohazard. The article also considers the possibility of using an internal standard in order to obtain correct results by eliminating matrix effects. The article may be useful for an experimental analyst to assess (even increase) the degree of accuracy of the results obtained and allow doctors to restore important elements lost during dialysis in the patient's body.

The experimental results of the formation of polymer masks for the creation of planar microparticles of a given shape by scanning probe lithography are presented. The problems associated with the nonlinearity of the probe movement during the mask formation are considered. The possibility of increasing the lifetime of the probe by changing the mask formation procedure and (or) changing the sample temperature has been demonstrated. Improving the quality of the resulting mask is achieved through the use of chemical etching.

By the method of ion-beam shape correction, a small-sized ion beam formed a non–axisymmetric aspherical profile of the collector surface for an extreme ultraviolet radiation source TEUS-S100 with a numerical aperture of NA= 0.25, PV on the surface is 36.3 microns, the surface shape accuracy by standard deviation is 0.074 microns, which allowed to obtain a focusing spot with a width of 300 microns at half-height. To solve the problem, the technological ion source KLAN-53M was upgraded – the flat ion-optical system was replaced with a focusing one. The ion-optical system consisting of a pair of concave grids with a radius of curvature of 60 mm provided the following parameters of the ion beam: the ion current is 20 mA, the width at half–height is 8.2 mm at a distance of 66 mm from the cutoff of the ion source.

Within the framework of the self‐consistent‐charge density functional tight‐binding method, we study the features of the atomic structure and electrical conductive properties of a hybrid graphene-nanotube film with an island topology under uniaxial stretching and compression. The hybrid film is a composite structure formed by AB-stacked bilayer graphene and horizontally oriented chiral single-walled carbon nanotubes of 1.2 nm in diameter. The regularities of the deformation behavior of the investigated hybrid structure are revealed and the limits of its strength are established. It is shown how the electrical resistance and the current-voltage characteristic of the film change under stretching/compression deformations.

Влияние способа подачи газов в камеру на процессы реактивного магнетронного распыления Ti-Al составной мишени 向照相机输送气体对Ti-Al复合目标喷气式磁控管喷射过程的影响

Представлены результаты исследования процессов реактивного магнетронного распыления Ti-Al составной мишени в Ar/O2 смеси газов при различных способах подачи газов в камеру. Установлено, что независимо от способа подачи газов при изменении концентрации кислорода в Ar/O2 смеси газов происходит изменение соотношения содержания Al и Ti в нанесенных пленках Ti1-xAlxOy. На основе исследований диэлектрических характеристик нанесенных пленок Ti1-xAlxOy установлено, что при раздельной газоподаче (Ar подается в область мишени, O2 подается в область подложки) в отличие от совместной газоподачи (смесь Ar/O2 рабочих газов подается в область мишени) возможно нанесение диэлектрических пленок в переходном режиме при сравнительно высоких скоростях распыления. При этом подача кислорода в область подложки позволяет увеличить содержание кислорода в пленках до 60-64 at.%. Установлено, что независимо от способа подачи газов при изменении концентрации кислорода в Ar/O2 смеси газов происходит изменение соотношения содержания Al и Ti в нанесенных пленках Ti1-xAlxOy. На основе исследований диэлектрических характеристик нанесенных пленок Ti1-xAlxOy установлено, что при раздельной газоподаче (Ar подается в область мишени, O2 подается в область подложки) в отличие от совместной газоподачи (смесь Ar/O2 рабочих газов подается в область мишени) возможно нанесение диэлектрических пленок в переходном режиме при сравнительно высоких скоростях распыления. При этом подача кислорода в область подложки позволяет увеличить содержание кислорода в пленках до 60-64 at.%. The molecular dynamics simulation is used to analyze the features of the deformation behavior and the process of fracture of graphene with dislocation dipoles with different arm. Moreover, the wrinkling of graphene during deformation is taken into account, which greatly reduces the strength of graphene. It has been established that an increase in temperature slightly affects the mechanical properties of graphene with dislocation dipoles, in contrast to defect-free graphene and graphene with a Stone–Wales defect. It is shown that a change in the distance between dislocations in a dipole does not significantly affect the elastic modulus and graphene strength. However, the presence of dislocation dipoles can affect graphene wrinkling during stretching.

We found the exact solution for a model consisting of two dipole-coupled qubits, one of which is an isolated, and the other interacts with the thermal mode of a cavity with the Kerr medium. The results showed that Kerr nonlinearity may greatly enhance the degree of entanglement induced by a thermal field both for separable and entangled initial states of qubits. We also showed the possibility of the disappearance of the sudden death of entanglement for a model with a Kerr nonlinearity..
