Влияние гомобуферного слоя на морфологию, микроструктуру и твердость пленок Al/Si(111) 同缓冲层对形态、微结构和Al/Si胶片强度的影响(111)

The results of complementary studies of Al films grown by magnetron sputtering at room temperature are presented. The films were obtained on standard Si(111) silicon substrates without and with a ~20 nm aluminum (homobuffer) layer preliminarily grown on their surface at 400°C. The interdependence of the morphology, microstructure, and hardness of Al films on the state of the substrate surface was studied by the HRXRR, XRD, SEM, EDS, AFM, and Nano Indenter (ASTM) methods. It is shown that the formation of homobuffer layers on the substrate surface makes it possible to control the structural and mechanical properties of thin aluminum films.

The paper presents the results of a study of the chemical composition of myocardial tissues and striated muscles at the cellular level using a combination of X-ray fluorescence microscopy and Raman microspectrosopy. The distribution of inorganic materials (Na, Si, Ca, etc.) was measured with the help of X-ray fluorescence imaging and microanalysis workstations at ELETTRA synchrotron (Italy). Methods of infrared Raman spectromicroscopy were applied for the identification of organic compounds (lipids, amides, and polysaccharides). All experiments were carried out with unstained paraffin-embedded histological sections. The research was related to the study of sodium deposits in muscle tissues.

In this work, nanophotonic circuits with directional couplers are studied, which, along with phase shifters, are one of the main elements for creating circuits of a linear optical quantum computer. Directional couplers are two closely spaced waveguides, were made of silicon nitride. The subject of the study was the splitting ratio of directional couplers at a wavelength of 914 nm at room (300 K) and helium (3 K) temperatures. On the basis of experimental data, the coupling length at which all the power from one waveguide passes into another was extracted, and the refractive indices of silicon nitride at room (300 K) and helium temperatures (3 K) were found. The results of the work are of great importance in the design and manufacture of fully integrated quantum optical microcircuits with superconducting detectors operating at helium temperatures.

The paper presents the results of studies of W/B4C multilayer structures with small periods for their use as the first mirror in a two-mirror soft X-ray monochromator at the KOSMOS station of the VEPP-4M synchrotron. It is shown that even if the periods of the mirror and the RbAP crystal coincide, when operating in a wide wavelength range, the Bragg angle must be adjusted due to the stronger refraction in the W/B4C multilayer mirror.

The results of an experimental study of the water (vapor) molecules transfer from the surface of a spherical droplet towards the anode when a spark discharge plasma channel flows at atmospheric pressure air are presented. Distilled water and sodium chloride aqueous solution were used in the experiments. Using a high-speed amplitude amplifier with a monitor output, the discharge current and voltage waveforms were obtained for four experiments: a spark discharge, a spark discharge with a drop of distilled water, a spark discharge with a drop of sodium chloride aqueous solution and a spark discharge with a multi-pointed anode structure and a drop of distilled water. Microstructural and energy dispersion analysis data were obtained to confirm the mechanism of substance transfer and the location of water molecules in the electric current closure zone of the spark discharge plasma channel on an aluminum substrate of a flat anode.

The paper considers the problem of optimizing gas-discharge sources of multiband UV radiation – excilamps. A method is proposed for estimating the ratio of partial pressures of the components of a gas mixture, which makes it possible to simplify the process of developing a multiband excilamp with the desired power ratio of the emission bands. It is shown that the optimization of a multiband excilamp on a mixture of one noble gas with several halogen carriers can be reduced to the problem of optimizing an excilamp on a two-component mixture. If, in addition to the radiation of exciplex molecules, the radiation of excimer molecules is of importance, then the method makes it possible to control the relative contribution of the powers emitted by these molecules.

The work presents the results of an experimental study of the characteristics of the RF capacitive discharge placed in a magnetic field with a predominant radial component. The experiments are performed in the plasma source, which has the geometry of a Hall thruster. The integrated characteristics of the discharge, as well as the axial distribution of the probe ion current in the channel of the plasma source, are measured using three diagrams of the organization of the external discharge circuit: with the open for DC discharge circuit, as well as in the combination of a capacitive discharge with a direct current discharge. The main measurements are made in the argon in the flowrate range of 0.75 - 1.8 mg/s and the power of the generator 80 - 300 W at a frequencies of 2, 4 and 13.56 MHz, the induction of the magnetic field lying in the range of 100 - 300 G. Evaluation of the parameters of the plasma engine based on capacitive RF discharge when working in air, argon and krypton are made.

NIIEFA have developed and began manufacturing a cyclotron project for the acceleration of multiple-charged ions to energies regulated in the range of 7.5—15 MeV/nucl. The cyclotron electromagnet is H-shaped. The acceleration system consists of two dees, located in "valleys". Acceleration is performed at even harmonics. Ions are injected from external sources through the axial channel. The classical deflector and magnetic channels extraction system is used.

The concept of an active superconducting terahertz detector for array applications is based on the combination of an RFTES bolometer and a microwave preamplifier based on a DC SQUID within the common integrated circuit providing the maximum, theoretically possible, signal transmission from the sensor to the amplifier. The problems associated with the design and positioning of the amplifier, that restrict the functionality and sensitivity of the ultra-low temperature detector, are considered. For the first time, a method for connecting a SQUID amplifier to an RFTES bolometer using the principle of partial loads of a resonator has been proposed and analyzed. The presented electromagnetic model of the active detector is suitable for optimization of RFTES, MKID and other detectors using high-Q superconducting planar resonators.

The paper proposes a method for detecting small oscillations in the length of interference fiber-optic sensors, which makes it possible to compensate for the problem of slow drift of the working point with a remote sensor. The result is achieved by combining homodyne demodulation methods with a tandem low-coherence interferometer. Theoretically and experimentally, the possibility of detecting acoustic effects in the operating frequency band of 4 kHz with a sensitivity of up to 0.3 nm has been shown.
本文提出了一种检测干涉光纤传感器长度小振荡的方法,从而可以用遥测器补偿工作点漂移慢的问题。该结果是通过将纯差解调方法与串联低相干干涉仪相结合实现的。理论和实验表明,在4 kHz的工作频带中以高达0.3 nm的灵敏度检测声效应的可能性已经被证明。
