The objective is to determine the benefits of the use of ICTs as a teacher's resource to achieve significant learning in students with NEAE of the School of Basic Education "18 de Noviembre" of Loja. The use of a mixed methodology is proposed, which adopts quantitative and qualitative approaches, which obeys the action research line. The sample is made up of 30 teachers who provide information on the subject in a validated questionnaire, then the application of the instruments was carried out with the proposed sample. At the end of this theoretical study we conclude that, initially, teachers do not integrate ICTs in the classroom, however, later it was observed that the correct integration of ICT tools in the classroom allows students to achieve better grades in the different activities. , but there are still drawbacks such as lack of teacher training, inadequate infrastructure, and resistance to the use of ICTs.

This research provides clear perspective with broad spectrum on the pro-environmental behavior (PEB) of learners. It sought to determine the level of awareness, attitudes, intention, motivation, environmental social interaction, environmental education and green behavior of learners, and the significant relationship and significant difference among the variables. The researcher utilized the descriptive-qualitative survey method; through the use of a questionnaire backed up with Key Informant Interview (KII) and triangulated by Focus Group Discussion (FGD). CADMIACA, the model of this research, are from the theories of Comprehensive Action Determination Model (CADM) Motivational, Interpersonal ones (MI) and the Action Competence Approach (ACA). For the empirically causal relationship among variables, structural equation methodology (SEM) was initiated. The study included 384 learners from junior and senior high school of NDDU-IBED Lagao, General Santos City, school year 2017-2018. Overall, there is no significant difference on the PEB of junior and senior high school learners; they had a moderate energy-saving behavior and high level of environmental education. On the other hand, there is a significant difference in the attitude and global warming of students. Another study is recommended, using other respondents from a subdivision or barangay to determine whether social status might affect the totality of PEB of an individual.

The objective of this research was to analyze the tax impact of electronic government on income tax collection in the commercial sector of the Portoviejo canton. The methodology was developed under the quantitative approach, of a non-experimental type, with a field design, of a descriptive level. The population was made up of seven (07) officials who work in the Strategic Planning and Management Department of the Portoviejo Internal Revenue Service. The results indicated that 71.4% of those interviewed considered that the Electronic government in Portoviejo provides information, procedures and digital services; 67% believed that Portoviejo merchants do not have the necessary knowledge to properly use technologies that facilitate the cancellation of taxes; 69% indicated that there is the necessary technological infrastructure in Portoviejo for merchants to pay their contributions in a timely manner; 100% estimated that tax collection contributes to the quality of life and 90% considered that merchants pay their taxes. It is concluded that: the electronic government offers services adapted to the requirements of the users and the taxpayers of the city of Portoviejo comply with their obligations; however, on many occasions they resort to the support of accountants or managers to formalize the payment of taxes. In the case of those who do not comply with their tax duties, it is generally due to ignorance. It is considered that Ecuador has the necessary technological resources to comply with the requirement of payment of taxes via electronic government.

The objective of this study was to make a proposal for a predictive and preventive maintenance plan in the electrical substations La Propicia, Las Palmas, and La Pradera belonging to CNEL-EP Esmeraldas Business Unit through the use of thermography. The methodology was of a qualitative approach, under the type of documentary-bibliographical research. The search for information was carried out online in scientific and academic databases. It was found that the information on the maintenance plans in the subtransmission system of CNEL EP Esmeraldas Business Unit, is meager, preventive and predictive maintenance actions are carried out such as revision, washing, readjustment and replacement of elements in poor condition, but no information was found on the analysis technique used leading to the maintenance activities of electrical equipment and installations. The results of the consulted investigations agree that the thermographic technique and its tools such as drones, infrared cameras and software programs are very useful for the diagnosis, collection and processing of data in electrical systems to determine maintenance requirements. Finally, the investigation yielded substantial information that allowed the preparation of a maintenance plan for the aforementioned La Propicia, Las Palmas and La Pradera electrical substations of CNEL-EP Esmeraldas Business Unit through the use of infrared thermography, to assist in their better operation. and performance by allowing the evaluation of the state of the equipment that makes up the electrical system of the aforementioned substations.

The general objective of this study is to develop the technical, regulatory and economic analysis for the installation of an alternative electricity supply system based on tidal energy in the canton of Esmeraldas, Ecuador. The methodology was descriptive with a documentary design. The population consisted of eleven (11) documents related to the topic that met the selection criteria based on rigor in contributions, relevance and pertinence. It was found in the texts consulted coincidence in the fact that tidal energy in the coming years will be considered within the range of renewable energies to produce great changes in the energy sector due to the great potential it offers. According to IRENA, the cost of current tidal technologies ranges between 0.17 €/kWh and 0.23 €/kWh, although the pilot projects underway point to a decrease of between 0.25 and 0.47 €/kWh. Thus, in the course of time it will become increasingly accessible to incorporate it into the energy matrix of countries such as Ecuador given its constant wave potential estimated at 14kW/m on average. Thus, the production of tidal energy in Ecuador and specifically in the canton of Esmeraldas should be considered more strongly, given the advantages it offers for environmental, social and in the near future economic quality, all of which is in line with the philosophy of energy efficiency for sustainable development.

The province of Esmeraldas, where the research was carried out, is recognized for the quality of its fine aroma cocoa (Theobroma cacao, L.), which is highly sought after internationally, but the regulation for cadmium by the European Union has restricted its commercialization, for Therefore, with the objective of evaluating the presence of cadmium in the soil, leaves and almonds, to establish its mobility and absorption by the plant, 51 farms from the Eloy Alfaro, Muisne and Atacames cantons were sampled that have cocoa crops of more than 5 years of age, applying a zig zag sampling, the lowest average values of cadmium in the soil were found in Colón Eloy (0.064 ppm.Kg-1), while the highest were obtained in the soils of Muisne and Atacames (0.147 and 0.145 ppm.Kg-1 respectively); in the leaves, the data were 6.96 and 11.50 ppm.Kg-1 for these locations, respectively. In cocoa beans, both in Colón Eloy, Muisne and Atacames, they were high (1.09; 1.99 and 2.08 ppm.Kg-1, respectively) with respect to the maximum limits of Cd, established by the European Union (0.10 to 0.80 μg .kg-1). It is concluded that the analyzed samples yielded values greater than 0.1 ppm.Kg-1 considered contaminants, due to the fact that Cd, due to its mobility, is easily absorbed by cocoa plants, which is reflected in its content in the leaves and fruits, for Therefore, remedial measures must be applied to help producers recover their commercialization in the world.

In order to make good decisions in the company, executives must know the reality of their company and the needs that each area has, as this allows them to adequately plan their budget and allocate sufficient economic resources for the performance of their functions. The main objective was to determine the relationship between economic management and liquidity of a company listed on the LSE from 2017 to 2021. In addition, it was considered to use a basic quantitative approach, with a descriptive correlative level, with a longitudinal design, with the population and sample composed of the company's consolidated financial data in the 2017-2021 study. The findings revealed that inventory turnover achieved a p-value of less than 0.05 with the three liquidity dimensions; additionally, a Pearson of 0.883 was obtained with working capital. This allows us to conclude that if an organization is able to maximize its value through proper planning that takes into account the real needs of the organization and moves towards recognizing the economic risks that can cause liquidity problems, then efficiency in business management is achieved.

The present work is based on a didactic proposal in gamification as a teaching strategy for the subject of History, in order to provide teaching staff with an approach towards the application of this strategy as a response to the problems that arise in the classroom classes at the time of having a continuous traditionalist methodology. The methodological change constitutes for the teacher the overcoming of traditional linear approaches, for this reason the importance of innovating the teaching methodology with activities that motivate and promote the integral formation of students is exposed (Fidalgo, 2020), likewise, it is detailed in detail. clear and simple the elements of a gamified project that allow its joint development. The activities proposed in this project have the purpose of developing together with the participants a didactic unit in the subject of history and they can acquire by themselves an experience in gamification, facilitating its implementation in the classroom and above all serving as a reference for the next projects that each participant plans to carry out, according to the needs of their students and the theme that is being taught.

Background: The immunization is a very important process for the organism of the human body, since in this process the body becomes resistant to various pathologies caused by viruses and bacteria. Vaccines are administered from the first days of life to acquire defenses in the body and fight diseases successfully. Objective: Analyze the causes of non-compliance with the vaccination schedule of children under 5 years in San Bartolomé de Pinllo. Methods: A quantitative approach of descriptive scope of cross-sectional design was used, with a sample of 45 parents or caretakers of children. A questionnaire consisting of 15 questions was used with a Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.99%. Results: The incomplete vaccination schedule in children under 5 years in San Bartolomé de Pinllo was determined due to sociodemographic, institutional, and cognitive causes. Conclusions: This investigation allowed us to determine the percentage of children under 5 years who have an incomplete vaccination schedule and the reasons for non-compliance. However, it is necessary to provide information to the children's caretakers about the importance of vaccinations.
