Everything left by ancestors in the form of moral teachings, values, and philosophical reflections will be very useful for future generations. However, centuries later, these relics are no longer known by the younger generation. Everything involved it will certainly be unique character and become the most appropriate for those who produce them. Works related to this subject have been widely written and obtained for several years. This paper would like to offer an old method initiated by Erwin Panofsky (1955) to convert the Jago temple relief into children’s literature. This children’s story can later be enjoyed as a popular discourse and informative local history. This work is expected to attract reading interest, especially children with the basis of local stories. This qualitative research applies iconographic methods which require pre-iconographic and iconographic. After the relief has been interpreted, then the resultant meaning will be converted into an overview of a story plot, developed in units of events so that it becomes a complete story. Through this paper, moral values can be disseminated more methodically. Furthermore, the breakdown of intergenerational historical relations can be improved.

This research is motivated by the lack of tourism promotion in Merangin District, Jambi Province, the lack of information on tourist sites / locations in Merangin District, which has an impact on the number of visitors / tourists, and the tourism sector is currently one of the important aspects in regional economy. Therefore we need promotional media that can provide complete, clear, interesting and easy-to-implement information in the form of designing this user interface so that it is expected to increase the number of visitors, visitors who want to be secretary are not confused with the existing tourist information. And if many tourists / visitors who come to Merangin Regency indirectly increase regional income, the economy of the surrounding community is elevated, such as the owner of transportation, hotel, lodging and merchant services. This research includes the type of research development or known Research and Development (R & D). In the development of web design promotion media development, the Four D (4D) development model was used. The 4D development model is a development model developed by S.Thiagarajan. Dorothy S. Semmel. and Melvyn I.Semmel. The 4D development model consists of 4 main stages, namely (1) define (determination of material), (2) design (design), (3) develop (development), (4) disseminate (spread).

This research is motivated by the problem of industrial embroidery ‘kepala peniti’ tradisional creativity difficulties in developing innovative designs according to the market needs. This study aims to produce a embroidery ‘kepala peniti’ tradisional Minangkabau design development model based on acculturative batik to enhance creativity, innovative products, quality and competitiveness of the creative industries of West Sumatra. This is The Research Method uses Research and Development (R & D). This research has produced a development model for traditional Minangkabau pinhead embroidery designs based on acculturative batik according to market requirements that are valid, practical and effective. The results of the design validity by the expert team with the average Aiken’s V value above 0.815, in the valid category. The result showed that the creativity of the creative industry is increasing. The product of this embroidery design development model received a positive response from the embroidery industry (producers), consumers and luggage. This was shown from the results of the average luggage response practicality questionnaire of 85.96%, the entrepreneur's response (producer) of 92.00%, and the consumer response of 89.37% with a very practical category. which showed market competition is increasing, products are in demand by the market, following the fashion trend that is ready for dissemination to the market; The product model for embroidery design development was declared effective. This was obtained from the results of the t-test comparison of pinhead head embroidery products between before and after development with t-count = 9, 356> t-table = 1.70 at a significant level σ = 0,000. The results of the t-test indicate that there was a significant difference between the results of the product before and after development.
The Research Method uses Research and Development (R & D).

Conversation analysis (CA) provides researchers with a set of microanalytic tools and a solid set of research findings about human interaction as it naturally occurs in both ordinary, everyday interactions and in interactions that occur in institutional settings. It has its roots in a sociological, and specifically, ethnomethodological research tradition (Garfinkel, 1967; Heritage, 1984)that is focused on uncovering the orderliness of everyday practices of members of society. Since the pioneering work of Sacks, Schegloff and Jefferson in the 60’s and early 70’s (Sacks, 1992), there is now an impressive set of findings about the organization oftalk. Three important corner stones uncovered by this research are turn-taking (the rules that govern how the next speaker is selected), sequential organisation (how turns are organised into sequences such as questions and answers) and epistemics (how speakers work on establishing common knowledge states). This paper is concerned with explicating new findings that conversation analysis has brought to our attention on language teaching and learning, and how these findings can impact pedagogy. By examining transcripts of early childhood interactions, classroom and test-taker talk in foreign languages, through the Question and Answer and third turn sequence, the paper will focus on the language alternation (also referred to as codeswitching) practices, on the ―performance‖ of students in speaking, both in the classroom and in high stakes tests such as IELTS, on examiner talk and on a child’s development of interactional competence. The paper will end with practical considerations for improving speaking.
