Writing is a proficiency which is very difficult and complex. This is because the learner needs many aspects to master, such as lexical aspect, grammatical aspect, the ability to present facts and express their thoughts, etc. According to the results of the final review of the 4th semester students, we found that students have encountered a lot of grammatical errors in the course of writing. As a result, we search for analysis to identify this problem and find solutions. Therefore, the problem proposed in this research is: 1) what type of error is often done by students in the course of writing? (2) What is the grammatical error which is found a lot depending on the result type? (3) What are the solutions to solve them? In order to find answers to this problem,we did a descriptive qualitative research with qualitative method by analyzing of the errors. We found that: 1) the dominant type of error is the grammatical error, 2) the most significant type of grammatical error is the error of the adjective. So, in order to solve the problems, students must have a good grammatical skill in the first half; we have to make the students know their grammatical errors even if it’s very simple, give more exercises in the students so that they are used to write correctly

Pencak silat is an attitude of self-reflection towards the embodiment of Javanese knowledge, because it teaches us to become human beings with noble character which can be achieved through the implementation of certain rituals such as breathing exercises, fasting and certain rituals. The concept of previous martial arts combined a total system of body training through physical and mental training, one is expected to know more about one's abilities, strengths and weaknesses, views of good and bad, know the beauty of every movement of the body and soul which is embedded in a spiritual quest called ngelmu. The existence of pencak silat as a martial art, which was developed and maintained in Java, cannot be separated from the customs of Javanese cultural traditions. Pencak silat is an interesting part of studying the essence and understanding a set of life principles as a guide to life. Pencak silat has a central role that reflects the epistemology of Javanese culture in general. This study was designed using qualitative research methods. The main approach in this research is focused on factual history. The analysis technique of synthesis and interpretation of data on the philosophy of Javanese culture which is reflected in the PSHT martial arts school. Ritual practices are manifested in the form of self-defense techniques that aim to explore the intuitive knowledge of PSHT members obtained through various processes. In essence, Javanese epistemology and its integration with ritual philosophy has the support of members of the pencak silat embodied in a ritual of salvation called slametan. Rituals involve the use of offerings which are philosophically believed to be able to bridge behavior with a spiritual sense, which is embedded in the martial arts practiced by members of the PSHT community. The process of moving from physical to spiritual forging is one of bodily encouragement that works in tandem with the spiritual sense phase.

The training system is a process designed so that the training carried out can achieve the expected goals. Significant changes are certainly expected after the training process ends. However, the institution must be aware that the abilities possessed by each training participant are certainly different from one another. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach, because to analyze the effectiveness of a process of training workers or volunteers in an institution or organization requires a detailed description so as not to cause an error in analyzing. The results of this study indicate that the training carried out by the AQL Islamic Center is less effective, the AQL Islamic Center does not apply the training evaluation method in accordance with the method of measuring the effectiveness of the training. The AQL Islamic Center only implemented an evaluation system in the form of an internal meeting called MONEV (Monitoring and Evaluation), but the MONEV internal meeting only discussed training events that had been held. the conclusion that the training organized by the AQL Islamic Center has been running smoothly and according to what has been planned but has not been effective based on the measurement of the effectiveness of the training.

The application of learning programs from home as an effort to reduce the transmission of the covid virus has brought about several phenomena in the field, including learning stimulation that is not carried out optimally, parents feel very bothered, and children are depressed and so on. All of this happened allegedly because some parents did not understand the approach to learning in early childhood. This research uses a literature study approach by utilizing various sources, both printed and online. From the results and discussion, it can be concluded that; 1. To optimize the results of intelligence stimulation/learning done at home, parents must understand the characteristics of early childhood learning in general, including children who like to play, each child is unique, and children like to imitate people in their environment. 2. Learning will take place well if parents understand and adapt the interests or tendencies of each child. 3. Every available space/spot in the home environment can be a fun place for intelligence stimulation for children if parents have sufficient understanding of the characteristics of an early child and the different interests of each child.

This study analyses the use of the code mix by students in the French School of Post-Masters department. The design of this study is a descriptive qualitative design. Source of the data of this study is the Whatsapp text. The researcher collects the data by screen capture of the text in Whatsapp and transcription. In analyzing the data the researcher used three steps based on Norman in Pitriyani (2007: 21), They are, (1) make the data classification based on types of code mix, (2) make the classification based on the cause factors of code mixing, and (3) find the percentage of each type of code mixing by the Bugin’s formula. The result of this study shows that the type of code mix that frequently occurs is the insertion of words, followed by the insertion of an expression. While the cause of the code mixing factor shows this situation as the most dominant factor in the code mixing, followed by the talking factor of speaker and partner.

In this research, we gave a grammar test to students of the second semester, in total 50 questions, with the type of test « Closure test » in the matter of the passé composé and imparfait. Then, from the result of this test, we analyze the grammatical errors made by the students. So, this study entitled « Analysis of grammatical errors at past tenses by the students of the department of French UPI of second semester academic year 2017/2018 ». The purpose of this research is to describe grammatical errors made by the student. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, and the dataswere obtained from the analysis of test results. Based on the analysis, we were able to conclude that the forms of errors are made by students is the conjugation error, the usage of auxiliary error, without the auxiliary, without agreement and error of the usage between the passé composé and imparfait in complex sentences and in a text. The main factor causing these errors is the neglect of students to answer questions and the lack of understanding of students to use the passé composé and imparfait in complex sentences and text.
