The emergence of network technology has brought great challenges to the traditional ideological and political education approach. Now many colleges and universities are making all kinds of attempts in online ideological and political education. This paper designs a .NET-based online ideology and political education platform. By combining the .NET technology and C# language, this paper realizes the various functional modules of the ideological and political education system platform; based on the functional analysis method, it establishes a requirement model for the system platform; under the guidance of relevant database theories, this paper designs the conceptual structure and logical structure of the platform database. The platform ultimately established involves ideological and political education and knowledge, provides students with services and allow them to participate and have fun, which is not only a network space for students to improve their ideological and political consciousness, show their creativity and release psychological pressure, but also an online platform for the good interactions between teachers and students. With the continuous development of China's economy and the rapid improvement of China's comprehensive strength, the demand for high-quality English talents in the market has increased significantly. As a place cultivating professional English talents, colleges and universities have begun to attach importance to the training of applied English talents in order to cultivate more professional talents who meet the needs of the society. They change traditional teaching ideas, focusing on improving students' practical skills in English application and job adaptability. Under this kind of guiding ideology, while constructing modular curriculum construction, applied colleges should deepen the discussion of practical teaching theory for English majors and implementation strategies to construct a specialized English teaching system combining classroom teaching with practical teaching. By analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of applied English talents in colleges and universities and the problems in the process of training, the author explored the methods of training applied English professionals in this paper. The quality and safety of food was influenced by the agricultural and sideline product logistics process. This paper aims to analyze the key joints of agricultural and sideline products logistics to find the reasons that affect the quality and safety of food. Through studying the whole process from supply to consumption of agricultural and sideline products. This paper find supply chain links, logistics operations and logistics informatization all affect the quality and safety of food. In the end, the article puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of standardizing logistics process, completing cold chain logistics system, improving informationization degree and improving logistics system. It is necessary to evaluate the performance of cultural industry demonstration zone, which is good for giving full play to its demonstrated and leading role, and making the cultural industry develop get healthy, effective and sustainable development. The principle of establishing evaluation system includes the objectively, orientation and balance. And indexes are set from five aspects, zone management and service, industrial development, total economic and social benefits, and zone enterprise operation and management. In addition, the index weight is arranged by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and experts marking. After the establishment of indicator system, Tianjin Cultural Industry Clusters is taken as the example to make the empirical analysis and assess the rationality and feasibility of evaluation system. “Analysis of E-Commerce Cases” is a comprehensive application course for the specialty E-commerce, aiming to develop students' ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems. In view of the problems in the teaching of this course, this paper explored the closed-loop and systematic teaching mode from the aspects of teaching content design, teaching process control and teaching assessment implementation, with the purpose to enhance students' initiative and enthusiasm for learning, cultivate their sense and ability of teamwork, and ultimately exercise their ability to analyze and deal with realworld problems in e-commerce.
