As a visual modelling language, UML relieves many problems of software development, and it improves the software developing process by object-oriented analysis and design method. In the background of network teaching, this paper establishes a model of network teaching platform based on UML. Combined with the fact of colleges and universities, this paper investigates and analyses the network teaching’s current situation and developing tendency deeply. At the same time, it builds a model of network teaching platform, and describes the use-case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram of relevant scene in detail.

The paper adopts the system of cultural ecology, the overall theory and research methods, starting from the relationship between nature and human-society, and regards the Central Shanxi Plain folk arts and crafts as the "core body" and the Central The dynamic relationship between the folk arts and crafts of Shanxi Plain and its ecosystem is studied. Through field investigation, text interpretation and psychoanalysis, relevant theories such as art anthropology and folklore are used, from historical, realistic and temporal. From different perspectives of space, the research on the production and development rules and performance characteristics of the influence of Central Shanxi Plain folk arts and crafts on cultural ecology is carried out.

Guangzhou Yanfang Photo Studio is a long-established photo studio in Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau. It was photographed by Sun Yat-sen and Mr. Lu Xun. However, due to relocation, rapid equipment upgrades, and soaring costs, the business was bleak and gradually faded. This article takes the Yanfang photo studio as an example to explore the marketing strategies of the old and new look, including: repositioning, realizing service innovation, and innovative brand communication.

Assessing Fertility Policy effectiveness by the theory of endogenous population growth will provide the theoretical references for universal two-child policy. We have established a dynamic general equilibrium mode includes family, business and government, 3 kinds of Fertility Policies about quantity, economy and child-rearing time are brought into the mode. The endogenous population growth mechanisms are deduced and the effectiveness of different Fertility Policy is assessed by the numerical simulation. The results have shown there are mutual constraint relationships between population growth and economic development. Economical Fertility Policies have the strongest effect to adjust fertility rate, but may be cause fertility accumulation; the effect of polices about child-rearing time occupies second place; the quantitative Fertility Policy effect is the weakest. The above conclusions have implications for optimization of current China’s Fertility Policy.
