At the first stage, a detailed dynamic solid-state model of a passenger car is developed which has a bolsterless truck. The dynamic model is a system of absolutely rigid bodies interconnected by elastically dissipative linear and nonlinear force elements, hinges and contact forces. The adequacy of the car dynamic model and the reliability of the results obtained are evaluated the results of running tests. Based on the developed solid-state dynamic model, a comprehensive study of the effect of the friction factor on the guide block support surfaces on the safety and dynamic performance of a passenger car under various modes of movement along the track, taking into account irregularities is carried out. As a result of modeling, a range of rational values of friction moments on the support guide blocks is obtained. The composition of the composite material for the support surfaces of the truck guide blocks is selected using neurocomputer modeling methods, the manufacture of the proposed composite material is tested, experimental studies of the characteristics of composite elements confirming their properties and safety were carried out.

The study results of grinding the surfaces of gas turbine engine repair parts made of heat-resistant stainless steel EP-517SH with sprayed high-strength wear-resistant VKNA and VK-20KS coatings are considered in order to select the most effective abrasive tools. The effectiveness was evaluated based on the results of comparative studies of the quality parameters of the surface layer: roughness, cracking, tempering, peeling of the coating, pore formation, as well as the machining temperature when using grinding wheels made of fused alumina impregnated with molybdenum disulfide and without impregnation, made of green silicon carbide and el'bor borazon material. As a result of the study, it is found that the best quality of machining parts coated with VKNA and VK-20KS is achieved by using el'bor borazon circles.

The study objective is to determine the effect of residual deformations on the behavior of the boiler during operation. Tasks: to develop a creep model based on flow theory and a methodology for calculating creep deformations of a railway tank boiler that occur during long-term operation. The methods of elasticity and creep theory, finite element method are used. The novelty of the work is in the development of a methodology for determining residual deformations in the boiler of a tank car. The results of the study are the dependences of the value of residual deformations on various factors, the deformation of the boiler in the support zones, the selection of parameters of the creep model. Conclusions: in the study, the creep state equation is modeled, on which basis calculations of various technical solutions for reducing residual deformations in the boiler are carried out. The options are compared.

The results are presented devoted to the study of the influence of flux type on the process of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) of titanium carbide in aluminum flux, as well as on the structure and properties of the resulting composite material AMg2-TiC. During the research, the most promising halide salts for use as fluxes were analyzed and selected: Na3AlF6, Na2TiF6, K2TiF6, K1-3AlF4-6 (Nocolok ™ made in Germany). During the experimental synthesis, the most active signs of an exothermic reaction between titanium and carbon powders in the flux were recorded having a flux additive Na2TiF6. Then microstructural, micro X-ray spectral analysis and quantitative X-ray phase analyses were carried out, according to their results it was found out that the most homogeneous distribution in terms of material volume, the maximum content of a high dispersion of carbide phase close to the stoichiometric composition is also observed in samples obtained with the use of Na2TiF6 salt. The synthesized samples of the composite material were assessed according to physical and mechanical characteristics: hardness, porosity and electrical conductivity. It was found out that composite samples with an optimal structure are also characterized by a decrease in porosity by 1.33%, an increase in hardness by 94 MPa and a reduction of electrical conductivity by 0.3 MSm/m compared with samples obtained using other fluxes. According to the results of the studies carried out, Na2TiF6 flux is recommended for use to implement SHS composite AMg2-TiC material.

The study objective is to increase the efficiency of machining eccentric shaft necks using a special tool such as a broaching cutter, where up cutting is used for machining and the rotational speeds of the shaft and the broaching cutter coincide and the tool has a feed parallel to the workpiece axis. The task to which the paper is devoted is the development of a method for calculating the geometric parameters of the layers cut by the teeth of the broaching cutter during the stock removal when machining eccentric shaft necks. The research is carried out using the geo-metric theory of cutting tools design and computer modeling methods. The novelty of the work is in the development of a method for calculating the geometric parameters of the layers cut by the teeth of the broaching cutter during the stock removal based on the construction, study and consideration of the features of spatial interference of the cutting surfaces formed by the cutting edges of the tool when machining eccentric shaft necks. As a result of the study, it is found that at not high values of the cross-feed of the tool (<10 mm/min), the area of the longitudinal section of the cut layer does not change significantly for different teeth of the cutter. Conclusions: the developed method for calculating the geometric parameters of the cut layers allows to evaluate and study the the stock removal with a broaching cutter when machining eccentric shaft necks in accordance with the method proposed by the authors.

Approaches to the analysis of the load-bearing systems of the bodies of double-deck cars, as well as the experience of their operation on domestic railways are analyzed. It is found out that for modern load-bearing structures of bodies with minimum permissible safety margin and stability of elements, it is advisable to pay more attention to specific loads, such as wind and loads associated with excessive solar radiation. The method of studying the influence of these factors on the load-bearing capacity of the elements of car body pressure shell is proposed. The method provides for both experimental simulation of exposure of the double-deck car roof with excessive solar radiation in combination with subsequent exposure to repair loads, and carrying out a complex of calculations based on the application of the finite element method (FEM). The conducted studies indicate the need for a more precise account of the influence of lateral wind load and excessive solar radiation when assessing the strength of the load-bearing structures of the double-deck car bodies. It is shown that the proposed technique makes it possible to take into account these specific loads on the basis of mathematical modeling with confirmation of the results obtained by the data of field experiments.

The study objective is synthesis of the control structure diagram of an adaptive elastic and safety friction clutch with positive feedback based on V-shaped elastic elements and determination of the optimal parameters of the system. The task to which the paper is devoted is the development of structural and functional diagrams of an adaptive friction clutch with positive feedback. Research methods: previously applied theory of complete limit torque stabilization of an adaptive elastic and safety friction clutch with positive feedback made it possible to create mathematical models that locally describe the process of automatic regulation in the control device. Based on the analysis of the mathematical modeling method, the possibility of using synthesized structure diagrams of positive feedback acting in the entire range of changes in the friction factor or in its most parts. The novelty of the work is connected with finding the relations for calculating the optimal parameters of the feedback control device, which allow to increase the stability of the transmitted load. Research results: structural and functional diagrams of an adaptive elastic and safety friction clutch with positive feedback based on a flexible console of variable length with a "negative" initial angle of inclination are developed. A dependence is obtained that allows determining the maximum load of the clutch at different values of friction factor. Conclusions: high reliability of the adaptive elastic and safety friction clutch of the third generation is theoretically ensured by the synthesis of a control device with V-shaped elastic elements.

The influence of changes of typical organizational management structures in transport companies on the effectiveness of its adaptation to the changing environment is analyzed. The impact is studied which affects the efficiency indicators of increasing the intensity of communication flows, including the formation of the position of a communication broker in the organization structure, an increase in the number of communication channels per agent, an increase in the intensity of interaction between individual agents when using modern means of communication, such as corporate messengers, online meetings, videoconferences. The research method is numerical modeling of the behavior of a transport industry company, presented as a set of interacting agents. The nature of the organization model construction reflects the prevailing organizational culture in it (the study considers models of two types of organizational culture – hierarchy and adhocracy). The novelty of the work is in quantifying the effectiveness of the transport organization in processing information about changes in the environment through modifications of the organizational structure. The results of the study show that the organizational effectiveness is determined by the static and dynamic characteristics of the organizational management structure. Static characteristics include the depth of hierarchy levels, the density of interaction between agents and departments in the organization; dynamic characteristics include the speed of information dissemination, indicators of the impact of agents on each other. Conclusions. Tochalnaya","doi":"10.30987/2782-5957-2023-7-49-58","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30987/2782-5957-2023-7-49-58","url":null,"abstract":"The influence of changes of typical organizational management structures in transport companies on the effectiveness of its adaptation to the changing environment is analyzed. \u0000The impact is studied which affects the efficiency indicators of increasing the intensity of communication flows, including the formation of the position of a communication broker in the organization structure, an increase in the number of communication channels per agent, an increase in the intensity of interaction between individual agents when using modern means of communication, such as corporate messengers, online meetings, videoconferences. \u0000The research method is numerical modeling of the behavior of a transport industry company, presented as a set of interacting agents. The nature of the organization model construction reflects the prevailing organizational culture in it (the study considers models of two types of organizational culture – hierarchy and adhocracy). \u0000The novelty of the work is in quantifying the effectiveness of the transport organization in processing information about changes in the environment through modifications of the organizational structure. \u0000The results of the study show that the organizational effectiveness is determined by the static and dynamic characteristics of the organizational management structure. Static characteristics include the depth of hierarchy levels, the density of interaction between agents and departments in the organization; dynamic characteristics include the speed of information dissemination, indicators of the impact of agents on each other. \u0000Conclusions. The methodology and results of the application of the newly developed coatings on hard alloy VK8 for turning corrosion-resistant steels of grades 12X18N10T, 13X15N5 AM-3, 09X17N7YU are considered. The purpose of the work: to increase the durability period of turning tools when applying coatings. Research results: coatings have been developed for a hard alloy of the VK8 brand, which increase the durability period of the incisors by 3 times. Conclusion: the simplest and most affordable solution to increase the tool durability period when turning steel 09H17N7YU is coating by condensation with ion bombardment (CIB). Novelty of the work: a new approach has been formed to increase the durability period of a metal-cutting carbide tool, based on modeling the cutting process in the deform software environment.
