: With the widespread adoption of internet technology in the information age, diverse forms of teaching have garnered attention from educators and learners. Micro-lessons, characterized by their precision and brevity, have emerged as a dominant teaching format for sharing instructional resources. The development of vocational education in the new era presents an opportune moment, as micro-lessons offer a new pathway for cultivating high-quality skilled talents. In the context of mathematics education in secondary vocational schools, there is a need to emphasize a shift in teaching approaches. This article utilizes the ARCS model to design micro-lessons, facilitating teachers' ability to incorporate innovation, distinctiveness, and highlights into their instruction. By implementing this approach in regular classroom teaching, where the design of the lessons is clearly structured, students at different proficiency levels can experience growth, enabling them to truly embrace the desire to learn and enjoy the process. As a result, this method effectively enhances students' learning outcomes and increases their confidence.

: In combination with the school orientation and professional characteristics, the goal of Wine Tasting is to cultivate comprehensive and application-oriented students with certain appreciation and marketing capabilities. In order to solve the problems of the course content, of the teaching hours, of the students' interests in learning, and of the ideological and political elements in the teaching process, the teaching team launched a mixed online and offline teaching reform. By promoting learning through projects, carrying out five levels of progressive teaching, establishing learning communities, reforming the evaluation method, enriching the ideological and political case library and other aspects, teaching reform and exploration are carried out simultaneously. Through practice, students' abilities are improved, the teaching quality is good, and teachers' level is also improved. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the follow-up promotion of the curriculum inside and outside the school and the teaching reform of other professional courses.

: Adaptability of higher vocational education in Hubei province has experienced three stages of the early germination, the expansion of the denotation, the ascension of the connotation. But the management system of higher vocational education is not perfect, which hinders the in-depth development of higher vocational education in Hubei province. The integration of industry and education is not deep enough, and school-enterprise cooperation is still at a low level in Hubei province. The teaching mode of higher vocational colleges is backward, which can not support the development of modern industry and high-quality economy of Hubei province. Higher vocational education has failed to highlight the type characteristics, and higher vocational education is still in a secondary position. Hubei Province should promote the reform of higher vocational education system and promote the development of higher vocational education governance to depth. The higher vocational colleges in Hubei province should take the idea of service adaptation as the core and enhance the adaptability of the basic point of higher vocational education. Hubei Province should take the reform of the integration of industry and education as an opportunity to promote the transformation and upgrading of Hubei industry and enhance the adaptability of the education mode of higher vocational colleges. : This paper investigates the relationship between the double reduction policy and secondary school students' learning anxiety by surveying some secondary school students in Beijing about the implementation of the double reduction policy and the academic burden and learning anxiety under the double reduction policy, and makes relevant suggestions for learning anxiety. The conclusions are as follows: (1) The quantifiable academic burden has been effectively relieved, while the psychological level of academic burden is still heavy, and the psychological level of academic burden is more likely to cause students to have learning anxiety. (2) Academic burden plays a partly mediating role in the double reduction policy and secondary school students' learning anxiety. (3) Students' subjective perceptions of academic burden differed among grade levels.

: Teacher’s self-concept is developed from inner and it is gradually formed and developed. However, the practicum is an important link between pre-service education and post-service practice. In order to realize the integration of pre-service and post-service education, this study focused on the Complex Dynamic System Theory, which is an important theory to research teacher’s recognition, to analyze how the self-concept is changed during the practicum. “Intervention”, as a core concept of the theory, will influence pre-service teacher’s concepts. This study was expected to be carried out in a middle school in Jiaozuo. A case study was needed in this research for six months and one participant was invited, who had finished the related courses without teaching experience. She was willing to write diaries and loves teaching. 30 diaries and one internship summary of a pre-service teacher were conducted and analyzed by the means of the grounded theory method. Besides, the pre-service teacher was interviewed as a supplement, which could provide the study with more details about the internship. Summing up and recording was also crucial if necessary. According to this study, it is suggested that the pre-service teacher’s self-concept had complex dynamic changes in three aspects of self-concept. Intervention can be triggered by the following: significant persons, critical events, and social relationships.
