: Over the course of the second half of the 20th century, the topic of principal leadership has gradually become a global discussion[1]. Researchers from different countries have done a wide range of empirical studies and model constructions on primary leadership in connection with regional and global realities. The areas of this research that received the most attention were the practical aspects of principal leadership and its relationship to student development[2]. The seven categories of principle leadership are most closely related to students' academic outcomes, according to a recent meta-analysis, with curriculum, teaching, and evaluation changes being made by principals.

: From the perspective of ecology, the teaching of hotel English cooperation mode pays more attention to the "comprehensive, connected and open" assessment method in English teaching, so as to ensure that the improvement of students' abilities in all aspects is more consistent with the development of hotels. In particular, the application of the education concept of "system, balance, connection and dynamics" in the hotel English cooperation model can effectively optimize the entire education system and promote the professional skills of hotel students by restructuring and adjusting the relationship between various factors in the education ecosystem. However, in the process of applying the cooperative teaching mode of hotel English, there are still many factors that need to be overcome. Based on the perspective of ecology, this paper attempts to provide some suggestions for hotel English teaching through the research on the cooperative teaching mode of hotel English.

: Since the 1950s, the study of creativity has attracted the attention of the international community and scholars, but there are no consistent methods to study creativity. This paper gives an overview of creativity from the perspective of research methods, and summarizes that the research methods of creativity are mainly case study, psychological measurement, experiment, biostatistics, cross-cultural comparative study, and computer simulation technology. In the end, it briefly reviews the research methods of creativity, and draws a conclusion that the future research methods of creativity should be more ecological and territorial, so as to meet people’s needs and perfect the theory of creativity.
