Principal Leadership Qualities and Curriculum Leadership among Selected R9ural and Urban Schools: Basis for Development Plan 选定城乡学校校长领导素质和课程领导:发展计划的基础

: Over the course of the second half of the 20th century, the topic of principal leadership has gradually become a global discussion[1]. Researchers from different countries have done a wide range of empirical studies and model constructions on primary leadership in connection with regional and global realities. The areas of this research that received the most attention were the practical aspects of principal leadership and its relationship to student development[2]. The seven categories of principle leadership are most closely related to students' academic outcomes, according to a recent meta-analysis, with curriculum, teaching, and evaluation changes being made by principals.

: Preschool education is the beginning of lifelong learning, an important part of the national education system, and a significant social public good. As future teachers, preschool education students should understand the current situation of their professional perceptions and the factors influencing them, strive to improve professional identity, internalise learning motivation, take the initiative to learn, strengthen educational ideals and beliefs, enhance professional willpower, perceive the responsibility of being a teacher, and strive to become teachers with ideals and beliefs, moral sentiments, solid knowledge, and a loving heart.

Research on Cooperative Teaching Model of Hotel English from the Perspective of Ecology 生态学视角下《酒店英语》合作教学模式研究

: From the perspective of ecology, the teaching of hotel English cooperation mode pays more attention to the "comprehensive, connected and open" assessment method in English teaching, so as to ensure that the improvement of students' abilities in all aspects is more consistent with the development of hotels. In particular, the application of the education concept of "system, balance, connection and dynamics" in the hotel English cooperation model can effectively optimize the entire education system and promote the professional skills of hotel students by restructuring and adjusting the relationship between various factors in the education ecosystem. However, in the process of applying the cooperative teaching mode of hotel English, there are still many factors that need to be overcome. Based on the perspective of ecology, this paper attempts to provide some suggestions for hotel English teaching through the research on the cooperative teaching mode of hotel English.

: With the continuous development of the education industry, our country is paying more and more attention to the comprehensive quality development of college students. Physical fitness is an indispensable part of comprehensive quality, but the cultivation of students' physical fitness is now facing more and more difficulties and challenges. This paper comprehensively analyzes the faculty, curriculum design, and teaching status of college physical education teaching, and finds many unreasonable aspects, such as unreasonable arrangement of teaching content and inadequate teaching methods. Corresponding solutions are proposed in order to contribute to the development of college physical education teaching in our country.

A Review of Research Methods of Creativity 创造力研究方法综述

: Since the 1950s, the study of creativity has attracted the attention of the international community and scholars, but there are no consistent methods to study creativity. This paper gives an overview of creativity from the perspective of research methods, and summarizes that the research methods of creativity are mainly case study, psychological measurement, experiment, biostatistics, cross-cultural comparative study, and computer simulation technology. In the end, it briefly reviews the research methods of creativity, and draws a conclusion that the future research methods of creativity should be more ecological and territorial, so as to meet people’s needs and perfect the theory of creativity.

: Ideological and political education in higher education curriculum is based on the essential requirement of "educating people", and integrates such ideological and political elements as moral education, intellectual education, aesthetic education and values education into professional curriculum teaching, so as to comprehensively improve students' professional and political literacy. There are rich ideological and political education resources in the courses of architecture specialty. As an important professional basic course, the teaching effect of Architectural Construction Course affects the overall training level of the specialty. Therefore, based on the ideological and political education of the curriculum, this paper explores the innovative strategies and implementation paths of the teaching reform of Architectural Construction Course, which plays an important role in improving the comprehensive dimension of the teaching of architectural courses and building a teaching system with the core of educating, imparting, solving doubts and leading.

随着中国教育改革的兴起,越来越多的学校开始重视实习基地的建设。财务改革作为每个企业发展不可或缺的辅助部分,自然受到高度关注。特别是随着大数据时代的到来,对高素质复合型金融人才的需求正在快速增长。然而,各高校建立的传统金融实践基地培养的金融人才的实践技能相对薄弱,难以真正满足现代企业对金融人才的需求。对此,基于大数据时代背景,各高校应重视金融创新实践基地建设规划。目前,中国在金融培训基地建设方面的发展相对缓慢。高校作为培养人才的重要场所,最重要的任务就是加快金融创新的步伐。基于这种情况,笔者希望笔者的分析能够为大数据时代的高校财务改革提供参考依据。
