: With the continuous development of China's social economy and the significant improvement of opening-up, the number of international students studying in China is remarkably increasing. To improve the quality and efficiency of Study in China, recruitment publicity has become the first important step to attract high-quality international students. However, in the process of recruiting international students, local application-oriented colleges and universities are faced with a series of problems, such as lack of specific characters in programs, insufficient analysis on student’s needs, incomplete working system and mechanism of enrollment and management, and so on. Based on the theory of Harold Lasswell’s "5Ws" Communication Model, local application-oriented colleges and universities can improve their international students’ recruitment as follows: 1) To integrate all forces to set up communication subjects of recruitment; 2) To enrich communication content with dominant disciplines and programs; 3) To expand communication channels by efficient use of modern information technology; 4) To match accurately with the communication targets on the basis of preliminary market research; 5) To assess the communication effect through international students’ cultivation process evaluation. Thus, the local application-oriented universities can optimize international students’ recruitment mechanism and improve the quality of international students.

: Comprehensive ideological and political literacy is the spiritual prop of teacher education, which not only affects teachers' moral standards and ideal beliefs, but also is closely related to the development of teachers' professional abilities. The comprehensive ideological and political literacy of teachers is a key factor affecting the development of the education industry. Normal college students are the main talents of the future teaching team. Normal students with vague ideological cognition and unstable political stance are difficult to carry out effective quality education. Therefore, improving the comprehensive ideological and political literacy of normal university students has become a key research topic of the times in higher education institutions. : With the reform and development of higher education and the quality requirements of society for professional talents, the double creative education for college students has become an indispensable teaching content in colleges and universities. Cultivating high-quality professional talents with good innovation and entrepreneurship ability being suitable for social needs has become the social responsibility that colleges and universities must undertake. This paper first introduced the connotation of double creative education, and then made a comprehensive analysis on the current situation of the above-mentioned problems for the students majoring in aircraft manufacturing in CAFUC, and put forward the countermeasures for carrying out entrepreneurship and innovation education, the strategies for developing double creative talents and the countermeasures for universities to implement entrepreneurship and innovation driven.

: This study seeks to investigate the employment intention and death anxiety of undergraduate nursing students post-internships, to create a foundation for enhancing their job intention and diminishing nursing staff turnover. The method applied in this paper is the convenience sampling method, this study investigated the employment intention and death anxiety status of undergraduate nursing interns in a tertiary hospital through a questionnaire survey. The research results demonstrate that 158 of 233 nursing students are eager to take part in clinical nursing, making up 67.8%, while 32.2% are unwilling. The total score of death anxiety among nursing students after the internship is 38.14 ± 11.907. Among them, personal conditions, social security, occupational conditions, and other factors have a certain impact on the employment intention and death anxiety demand of nursing students. This study shows that the intention of undergraduate nursing students to continue clinical nursing work after internship needs to be improved, and family residence and death anxiety are important factors that affect their employment intention. Educators and nursing management should vigilantly observe the death anxiety of nursing students, to bolster their professional literacy and coping aptitude, bolster their physical and mental well-being, and foster the growth of nursing careers.

: In today's quality education, art education has enriched people's lives and enhanced their pursuit of truth and beauty, while art appreciation has cultivated students' aesthetic perception and enhanced their aesthetic emotions. Nowadays, "efficient teaching" has become the development direction of teaching, and the "problem-oriented PBL art teaching method" is precisely the implementation of this concept.
