: Nowadays, ideological and political education in courses is highly concerned, which is related to the cultivation and development of students' comprehensive qualities. Improving teachers' ideological and political abilities in courses is particularly important. The improvement of ideological and political abilities in courses for young engineering teachers in universities is one of the important topics in the current reform and development of higher education. With the rapid development of society and the need for talent cultivation, engineering education in universities is increasingly focusing on the cultivation of comprehensive qualities. As an important component of curriculum teaching in universities, ideological and political education in the curriculum is of great significance for cultivating the educational goal of students' comprehensive development. : The talent training process based on the school-enterprise cooperation pays more attention to the practicality of talents. Targeted training on the cross-border e-commerce talent for the society is conducive to improving the quality of university-related students training. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 41 undergraduate students majoring in cross-border e-commerce in China, and selects 244 valid questionnaires for factor analysis to explore the influencing factors of China's cross-border e-commerce talent training based on the school-enterprise cooperation. The research conclusions are as follows: The main influencing factors of China's cross-border e-commerce talent training based on the school-enterprise cooperation are school training system, social policy environment and student source. Among them, the factor variance contribution rate of the school training system is the highest, indicating that it is the most critical factor affecting the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in school-enterprise cooperation.

With the continuous development of global economic integration, China's foreign cultural dissemination and exchange have shown a rising trend. Over a hundred Confucius Institutes and Confucius Classrooms around the world have become important platforms to promote China's excellent traditional culture to the world. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the cultivation of Chinese international talents in China. With the deepening development of science and technology, digitization, informatization, and intelligence have played an important role in promoting the development of education reform in China. Promoting digital education, building a society of lifelong learning for all, promoting China's digital transformation of education, and reshaping the high-quality education system are the focus of our country's education work. Under the globalization trend, strengthening the digital construction of Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages major is an important strategic content. Guided by modern educational concepts, Chinese language education majors in China should actively explore new models of talent cultivation, attach importance to the cultivation of composite, practical, and applied talents, and gradually improve the teaching level of Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages major majors. Based on the curriculum concepts of openness, dialogue, reflection, experience and self-organization, he proposed 4R standards of curriculum, namely richness, recursion, relationality and rigor. The post-modern perspective on curriculum of Doll will bring new ideas and new perspectives to curriculum ideological and political. However, the post-modern perspective on curriculum has been criticized and questioned by many scholars. We should analyze the post-modern perspective on curriculum of Doll dialectically and absorb its reasonable components critically. In the process of curriculum ideological and political construction, we insist on combining preset goals with generative goals, combining closed content with open content, combining teaching with dialogue, and combining discriminative evaluation with developmental evaluation.
